I’m honestly very disappointed with this firm, mainly because of the customer service and the long payout delays. I had heard quite a lot about these issues from others, but experiencing it first-hand is really frustrating.

About a year ago, I got a 3k challenge account. Unfortunately, I failed the challenge. The breach itself was quick, and even the update after that came fast too.

Then I came back at the start of February and opened another account, this time 5k. The scaling process was the first major problem. For every phase, it would take days—sometimes even weeks—just to get moved to the next stage. Phase 1 to Phase 2 was delayed. Then KYC also took longer than it should. In the end, the live account only came after about three months (those in-between delays were the worst part).

To be fair, my timeline wasn’t the issue. I only needed 5 business days to scale Phase 1 and 7 trading days to scale Phase 2, yet the overall processing stretched way too long.

On top of that, support suddenly became non-responsive. I sent emails to the official support channel and after a full day, there was no reply. Also on Discord, I got a week timeout just for expressing frustration after waiting for 5 days with no update on my withdrawal.

They initially mentioned withdrawals should take about 48–72 business hours, so this is far beyond what was promised. Unless they have serious reasons for these delays, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. You put in hard work and follow the rules carefully, then you end up being delayed and ignored when it’s time to get rewarded.

I really hope they fix this though. They can do better, and they need to respect customers more than this.

Ever since the recent upgrade to the current trading platform, my experience has been pretty awful. Placing trades has become difficult—sometimes the order goes through, but the stop loss and take profit values don’t. What happens is, the trade initially shows the wrong SL/TP, and I have to manually edit the position to reset the TP and SL before the system finally updates everything correctly.

Because of this SL/TP bug, trades keep getting closed early. The stop loss is often set too close to the current price at the beginning, so even normal market movement triggers it. Honestly, I’ve lost money multiple times, not even from the market, but just while trying to get the platform to apply my correct settings.

I’ve used other platforms before and I can say I’ve never had a worse experience like this. I do not recommend it.

I can’t believe you migrated to a new platform without any proper notice first. Most people ended up losing money, and honestly that’s just not okay. If you’re going to make changes like that, you should at least communicate it clearly beforehand. This was a bad move.

Fraud alert—this looks like a Nigerian-style forex prop scam firm being run by a known forex fraudster. I actually passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of their evaluation, so I thought things were moving forward. But once we started trading, they froze my account. After that, they moved everyone over to a new and totally unknown platform, claiming they would give us a “fresh” account.

The problem is, before we even placed a single real trade, they allegedly traded the account themselves and then told me I breached one of their rules. Honestly, how do you breach a rule when you didn’t even let me make a trade?

Save yourself the stress—avoid them. Dapo Willis is a scammer. Be warned.

I was in a long trade and they suddenly sent a message saying everyone should close their positions. At the time, I was holding a trade that was meant to be closed later this week.

What I don’t like is how often they do “maintenance” — sometimes it feels like they’re switching providers or making changes, and they keep saying they want to serve customers better, but they can’t really promise long-term stability. Honestly, it’s stressful when you’re trying to plan your trade and then they interrupt you like that.

    Please run from them.

These guys are scammers—seriously, don’t put your money into buying a challenge account with them. It feels like they’re mainly focused on getting the account into your hands just so they can find any excuse to squeeze more money out of you, and scam people out of their cash. The whole process was a mess.

I eventually managed to pass an account after several attempts and a lot of purchases. I even reached a 200k account level, with no drawdown, and my profit target was hit within just a few trading days. Honestly, I expected them to just recognise that and move me on to a live account.

Instead, a representative told me I’d breached their consistency rules—on a challenge account, no less. That’s what really annoyed me. It’s hard to see how they can claim you failed something while your numbers were clearly on track.

Bottom line: don’t try to buy a challenge account from them if you don’t want to end up regretting it. Right now, I’m feeling exactly like that, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Absolute nonsense, and I hope the company gets what it deserves.

Honestly, these guys are the biggest scum I’ve ever dealt with. From Willis Capital, they’ll promise you one thing and somehow it turns into another. Please, I’m begging you: don’t work with them at all. Don’t sign, don’t transfer, and don’t even try to “discuss” anything—nothing good comes out of it. I wish I listened the first time. Overall, save yourself stress and stay away from Willis Capital.
