After paying for accounts, it was honestly pretty difficult to get access delivered by email. Even the phases were confusing—sometimes it took anywhere from 2 weeks up to a full month. Then I switched to the funded option. I ended up getting funded, but it still took about 3–4 weeks before the accounts showed up.
After that, the payout process was supposed to be within 24 hours. Instead, nobody contacted me, support went quiet, and weeks passed with no updates at all. I messaged multiple times, and each time I just got the same silence.
Then, about three weeks into waiting for the payout, they started making these wild claims. They said—without real evidence—that someone had mentioned my payout “the day before,” as if that somehow explained the delay. After waiting that long, the sudden story change was just nonsense. They wouldn’t provide any details or clarification, and they’ve since stopped responding to any messages.
Overall, this company feels like nothing more than a scam. They take your money during the phases, but when it comes time for support or payouts, everything turns out to be fake or at best extremely unreliable. Even if they were legitimate, the customer service is so bad that it still comes across as a full scam.

After putting in the work, submitting everything they asked for, and waiting around for days, I was still left with no payout. Honestly, I’m not sure what they’re doing, but it felt like a dead end from the start. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t waste your time—go with someone else who actually pays.

This company simply does not pay out. After you ask for updates, they even ban you from their support chat, which is pretty wild. I also emailed customer service and never got a response back—at all. On top of that, it took weeks to get my account set up, and the whole process felt extremely sketchy. Honestly, this looks like a scam company.

My experience with Fundexfx was really negative. During the funding trials, they let me trade using my own style, so I thought things were going to be straightforward. But the moment I tried to withdraw from the funded account, I ran into restrictions and delays that had no clear explanation.
Customer support is painfully slow. On several occasions I had to ask again for my credentials, and every time my messages either timed out or came back hours later. Also, I bought a promotion that supposedly offered daily payouts, and honestly, that was never honored.
What bothers me most is the inconsistency. What they allow in the trial stage isn’t the same as what happens once you’re trading on the funded account. For example, if my strategy had been something like grid trading from the very first stage, I’m pretty sure they would’ve flagged the account or blocked it for “rule violations”. In my case there was no clarity at all—no consistent rules, no solid answers.
Overall, I’d summarize it as poor support, unjustified delays, and promises that don’t get applied. It’s a frustrating experience if you’re trying to fund your account and expect them to follow what they advertise.
I even bought a coupon similar to the one they have right now, which says payment is daily. They didn’t apply it, and I was honestly scared to ask on Discord because I felt like they could ban you.

FundexFX me ha dejado una muy buena impresión. En serio, las condiciones se sienten claras y bastante accesibles, y eso hoy en día vale oro. Por ejemplo, tienen desafíos sin límite de tiempo, spreads bajos y la opción de llevarse hasta el 90% de las ganancias (para mí, eso es un punto clave). También me gustó que trabajen con MT5 y que te dejen operar durante noticias y también en fines de semana, que no siempre lo ves en otras cuentas.
Otro detalle que suma bastante es el pago diario, pero ojo: después del primer retiro. Para traders que son consistentes, esto se vuelve un plus real. En general, es una opción bien interesante si lo que buscas es escalar capital dentro del trading financiado. -

My experience with this firm has been nothing short of frustrating. I successfully passed their challenge and even made a profit, but when I attempted to request my payout, I discovered that the dashboard was not displaying the details of my funded account. I reached out to support and was told that a user on Discord had issues regarding trading signals back on January 13th. I submitted my support request on February 2nd, 2025, and it’s now been over a week without any updates. What have they been doing since mid-January? I feel completely left in the dark. Not to mention, they haven’t provided any evidence to address the concerns raised.
This firm appears to be a total sham. Trusting them has become increasingly difficult. Their support is practically nonexistent when you need help, yet they are quick to react to any violations. On payout requests, they come up with arbitrary reasons to deny your money. To make matters worse, they blocked me from their Discord server after I brought this issue to light in an open discussion.
Their rules might seem straightforward, and they boast a plethora of payout certificates. However, I can’t help but wonder if those certificates are genuine. If they truly had as many payouts as they claim, one would expect more recognition than competitors like FundingPips or FundedNext. Exercise caution if you decide to trade with this firm.

Just today, I made my fourth payout request, and you’ll be pleased to know that I received my last payout yesterday. I can even withdraw every day if I choose to!

It was interesting how they handled a rather straightforward issue regarding an account breach. What stood out to me the most was their exceptional support team. If you’re looking for tight spreads, you’ve come to the right place—this firm offers some of the lowest in the market. I’ve noticed that during market reversals, my stop-loss is respected when using their platform. In contrast, with other brokers, you find that your stop-loss can be hit even when it’s just a couple of pips away.
