My experience with this firm has been nothing short of frustrating. I successfully passed their challenge and even made a profit, but when I attempted to request my payout, I discovered that the dashboard was not displaying the details of my funded account. I reached out to support and was told that a user on Discord had issues regarding trading signals back on January 13th. I submitted my support request on February 2nd, 2025, and it’s now been over a week without any updates. What have they been doing since mid-January? I feel completely left in the dark. Not to mention, they haven’t provided any evidence to address the concerns raised.
This firm appears to be a total sham. Trusting them has become increasingly difficult. Their support is practically nonexistent when you need help, yet they are quick to react to any violations. On payout requests, they come up with arbitrary reasons to deny your money. To make matters worse, they blocked me from their Discord server after I brought this issue to light in an open discussion.
Their rules might seem straightforward, and they boast a plethora of payout certificates. However, I can’t help but wonder if those certificates are genuine. If they truly had as many payouts as they claim, one would expect more recognition than competitors like FundingPips or FundedNext. Exercise caution if you decide to trade with this firm.

Just today, I made my fourth payout request, and you’ll be pleased to know that I received my last payout yesterday. I can even withdraw every day if I choose to!
As a full-time gold trader, my primary requirement is good spreads, and I can confidently say that FundexFX offers the lowest spreads in the industry. Without a doubt, this is the best prop firm I’ve ever worked with. The speed at which I receive my payouts is impressive—I typically get them in under 12 hours. Getting funded happens quickly, too; within just a few hours after passing an account challenge, you’re good to go.
If you’re on the lookout for a reliable prop firm, I highly recommend FundexFX. After trying many other firms, I’ve found that trading here feels like managing my own personal account. I’ve been funded with FundexFX for about a month now and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. I found them while researching new firms in the trading space—I’ve been a funded trader for two years. The support here is exceptional; the team is quick, targeted, and precise. If you need help, Karl from their support team is always available on their Discord server, plus there’s a live chat on their website where team members are ready to assist you at any time. You can also reach out via email for more specific inquiries, like payout management, and they respond clearly and promptly.
What stands out the most are their challenge fees, which are quite affordable, and their trading conditions that are really commendable. I’ve never encountered slippage or ping delays on the charts. The spreads are among the lowest in the industry, and their commission rates from the broker are competitive as well. Plus, they offer trading on MT5, which is a nice touch.
Their trading rules are flexible, allowing traders to operate without unnecessary restrictions, while emphasizing risk management. I particularly like the algorithm that’s clearly detailed on their website. Payouts are processed through standard methods, similar to other companies, and they’re typically fast, which is a big plus.

It’s disappointing to say the least, and it feels like nothing more than a scam. I strongly advise sticking to reputable proprietary trading firms and steering clear of those that might not have your best interests in mind. This is a genuine review. Personally, I’ve worked with several well-known firms, but there was one situation I faced that led me to discover this firm. It was interesting how they handled a rather straightforward issue regarding an account breach. What stood out to me the most was their exceptional support team. They offer you a second chance if you make a mistake because they truly understand what traders go through and what they need.
If you’re looking for tight spreads, you’ve come to the right place—this firm offers some of the lowest in the market. I’ve noticed that during market reversals, my stop-loss is respected when using their platform. In contrast, with other brokers, you find that your stop-loss can be hit even when it’s just a couple of pips away.
Order execution here is quite reliable, and although the dashboard has a few minor issues, they are continuously working on improvements. Overall, this is the best trading firm I’ve encountered!
