I really wish it was a bit easier to ask questions. Sometimes it feels like you have to jump through hoops just to get a simple answer, and that can be frustrating.

They really do charge for a new evaluation, even if you already have an account and you’ve basically settled everything. I’m not sure why they ask for it again, but it felt unnecessary and a bit frustrating. I submitted the information and tried to get it resolved, yet they still hit me with another evaluation fee. Overall, this process is way too repetitive.

STAY AWAY. I do not recommend this firm—honestly, if I could give them negative stars I would. Trading is already difficult, you really don’t need some company making it even harder with what feels like scammy practices.

This was my first payout request after being with them for a little over a month. I traded my Elite (Funded) account for 9 trading days total, and during that time I had zero red days. I kept things consistent and followed their rules to the letter, while earning roughly $900–$1,200 per day (so not small amounts). Profit-wise, account 1 was about $9,445 and account 2 was $3,227.60. My requested maximum payout was $2,750.

After I submitted the payout request, I went through everything they asked for—Sumsub and Rise verification documents—because I was under the impression the payout was actively being processed. Both verifications were approved with no issues.

And then, somehow, despite meeting the requirements, they cancelled my accounts and are trying to move me to a live account without paying out what I actually earned. Convenient, right? At the same time, I’d be losing more than $12,000 across both Elite Funded accounts. Their “offer” is a live account with only $1,800 after a $199 account data fee, and on top of that I can only trade up to 5 micros. To me, this is a sham and a complete waste of time.

If this ETF is going to scam people, then I’m going to make sure people know. I also have a social media following, so I’m posting my experience everywhere. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but after I requested my second payout of $1,900, they pushed me into “live” instead of actually paying me.

At first, it sounds like a step in the right direction. Then you realize it’s basically a tactic to delay or avoid the payout, and then reset your account in the hopes you’ll blow your account. I had two accounts at 150K each. In one, I had about $7,000, and in the other I had around $2,000. When I requested a payout of $1,900, they didn’t pay it out. Instead, they forced the live option.

The problem is there was no real choice here. If I refused, they said I could only take something like 5% of the payment—and then I’d get banned. With the live account, I was looking at about $1,800 total. There’s also a $200 fee just to activate the account. So “going live” wasn’t a reward at all—it felt like punishment.

I paid money for two 150K accounts to support my toddlers. I was genuinely relying on this income. They basically erased the progress I made and replaced it with a live account balance that doesn’t even let you operate the way you need to. And since you now have to check margin fees at night, it becomes way harder to trade when you actually want to.

This is only the beginning. They also suspend accounts if you hit certain performance rules—something like losing 30% to 35%—which makes the whole thing feel designed to sabotage profitable traders. Honestly, save yourself the time and money. I worked hard to trade and support my family, and this firm completely screwed me.

What’s even more frustrating is that I don’t think I met whatever criteria they were talking about. They claimed they pushed me to live by discretion. I had rent due that I needed this payout to cover, and now I’m stuck.

Going live should be a reward. Either pay the trader what they earned when they request it, or transfer all the funds they made into live. Trading is already difficult, and this firm is adding extra rules that make it harder on purpose. Working for this firm feels like a waste of time.

I still haven’t received my live account, and they also haven’t clearly outlined the specifics of the live account I’m supposed to be getting. That’s a big red flag, because you can’t build anything long-term with vague parameters. I should have read the fine print, but I didn’t think it would end up like this.

If you’re a profitable trader, I believe they’ll use the live loophole to avoid paying you out and resetting your progress. I’ll update my review once I see whether they actually deliver the live account they owe me and share the exact payout rules.

To anyone reading this: I’m not being paid to bash them. I’m genuinely risking my own financial well-being because I might not even get the live account based on what they’re doing right now. I’m also not the only person saying similar things—there are multiple reviews that point to the same problems.

Step up, ETF. If you don’t, you’ll be exposed. Do better, and shame on the people running this firm. Karma is real, and I hope this place gets dismantled. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM—artisti.

The platform itself works really well, and honestly the support team also does a decent job. However, the biggest issue is that they never paid me.

It feels like a bunch of scammers—avoid if you can.

I’m honestly pretty disappointed with this prop trading firm. To say the least, it was frustrating, because I did everything by the book and still ended up nowhere.

I paid activation fees for 5 Elite accounts. On top of that, I also covered roughly $50 per month for each Rithmic account—so 5 accounts in total—while fully following the rules and the risk conditions. I traded in a disciplined way and managed to reach the point where I was supposed to become eligible for a payout.

Then, the moment I submitted a withdrawal request for my profits, everything changed. My account was suddenly moved to a “Live Elite” program, and my payout request was canceled, even though I never asked for that switch.

From my perspective, this is where the big red flag shows up. The terms apparently get “updated” right when you become profitable—exactly the time when a firm should be allowing you to withdraw what you earned. If the partnership is based on clear conditions, then the profit should be paid first. Any transition to Live should happen only with the trader’s consent, otherwise it feels more like the firm is changing the game to protect itself.

I tried to clarify it and push for payment under the original terms, but the support replies were vague and didn’t bring any concrete solution. It was mostly explanations with no real answers.

Overall, this approach feels highly problematic because it creates uncertainty around access to realized profits. There’s also very little transparency about how and when your payout eligibility can be interrupted.

So, I strongly recommend avoiding paying for “challenges” or activation fees. In my case, it had a scam-like structure, and I genuinely don’t think you’ll get your money back. It’s simply not worth the risk and time. There are more serious companies out there, and low-cost challenges with big “dream promises” often end up being just a waste of money.

Based on my experience, I don’t consider this a fair or transparent collaboration, and I wouldn’t work with them again—even if they claimed they would pay me my own funds. Everything feels designed to stop you from getting paid. Avoid at all costs.

This is honestly the best funding company I’ve come across. From what they offer to how smooth the process feels, everything seems to be handled pretty efficiently. I’ve dealt with a few others before, but none of them matched this level of service. If you’re looking for funding and want it without a bunch of hassle, this is the place to go.

Great company overall. We ran their 10k static through on 4/30 and it passed without any issues. Really solid performance and communication too.

Still waiting for the payout. It’s been a bit frustrating on my side, and I’m hoping it comes through soon.

    5/5

I followed the rules and received my payout within 48 hours, which I honestly wasn’t expecting to be that fast. Everything went pretty smooth from start to finish.

Customer support was also solid—when I had questions, they got back to me in a reasonable time and actually helped. No runaround.

Overall, this is a great prop firm. It feels trustworthy and honestly worth the cost. Their ETF has been around in the prop space for years, and it shows. The company just seems established and knows what it’s doing.

I was asked to write this review after I received a payout. I’m not an affiliate, and I’m not getting anything back for posting this—I just wanted to share my experience. If anything changes, I’ll update.

Looking forward to more payouts with them. Thanks, ETF!

It’s been a bit since I started, but I finally got my first payout this year using the ETF. The rules are pretty strict, yeah, but honestly they’re not too hard to follow once you read everything carefully. Overall, the process felt straightforward, and I appreciate how clearly they lay out what you need to do.

UPDATE: The ETF team has responded. Here’s what they left out.

Their public reply disputes a few points, but it conveniently skips several important ones. Below is what they did not address.

On the name: their own registration form only has two fields—First name and Last name. There isn’t any field for a third name (middle/extra name). You can’t penalize a trader for a field the form never asked for.

On the address: they acknowledged that documentation requirements vary by region, but they offered no real solution for Kenyan traders whose national ID carries a lifelong origin address. That address will never match a current residential location. This isn’t a “reconciliation failure.” It’s a system designed without considering much of Africa.

On the Sumsub override: they didn’t deny that a manual override option exists. They confirmed they chose not to apply it. That’s a decision, not some vague policy issue.

On the Discord: every time I posted, it got removed. I was first banned for 24 hours, and later it turned into a 7-day mute when the shorter ban was lifted. I didn’t get to respond to a single member. ETF said nothing about this in their response.

On the terms they quoted: they referenced clauses that protect their ability to void payouts. They didn’t cite any obligation to make sure their KYC actually works for the countries they’re taking challenge fees from.

The payout success page shows just two Kenyan traders over two years. Two.

This is not a rant. It’s a record.

    ORIGINAL POST
I’ve been with this firm for over three years. I failed 70+ funded and evaluation accounts before finally passing and qualifying for my first payout on a 10K Static Elite Sim Funded account. No trading violations at all—ever.

My payout was approved, then denied. After that, my account was terminated.

    THE NAME ISSUE
Your registration form asked for first name and last name—two fields. I filled both correctly. There was no field for a middle or third name. After three years, my payout was partly denied because my full legal name (which includes a third name) wasn’t on my profile. A name your own form never collected. That’s a design failure, not a compliance failure.

    THE ADDRESS ISSUE
In Kenya, a national ID lists your place of origin and it stays fixed for life, even if you currently live elsewhere. My bank statement (Proof of Address) shows my current urban address—so yes, it will naturally differ from the origin address for most Kenyan citizens. That isn’t fraud; that’s simply how our documentation system works.

Also, your KYC provider requires a street address, house number, and flat number. Most of Kenya uses P.O. Boxes. I can’t provide a street address that doesn’t exist.

I PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED KYC WITH THIS FIRM
Over the three years I was here, the firm went through major structural changes, including removing a KYC process I had already completed successfully. My identity was verified and accepted by this firm before. The documents haven’t changed—only their infrastructure did. I don’t think I should be punished for that.

SUMSUB OFFERS A MANUAL OVERRIDE. THE FIRM SAID NO.
This is the key detail. Sumsub—the firm’s own KYC provider—recommended that my case could be resolved through manual verification with an exception. There’s a clear pathway to fix it fairly.

    They chose not to.

Instead, they kept the profits from my account, denied the payout, and refunded only the evaluation fee. After 3 years, 70+ attempts, and a legitimately earned payout, that was their choice. That isn’t just “compliance.” It’s deeply unethical.

    THE NUMBERS
Look at the firm’s own payout success page. Over roughly two years, only two Kenyan traders are shown. Two. That’s not coincidence—it points to a systemic barrier that stays quiet while the firm continues collecting challenge fees across the continent.

And on top of all that, when I shared my experience on their Discord to warn other African traders, my posts were deleted and I was muted for 7 days.

If you’re based in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania—or anywhere in Africa where P.O. Boxes are common and national IDs carry origin addresses—please understand this: you can pass evaluations, trade cleanly, and still get denied at the finish line. And the firm will refuse to use the tools available to them to fix it.

This is not a rant. This is a record.

I’d like to sincerely thank Elite for the high level of professionalism and the excellent support they provide to traders.

In my experience with them, everything has been positive, from the ease of use of the platform to the speed of their responses and how quickly they handle problems. Honestly, it feels like they’re there when you need them.

This is a company you can really trust if you want to grow in trading. So thank you for the great level of service, and I wish you continued success and progress.

So far, my experience has been pretty great. I passed my evaluation, and to top it off I also won a free evaluation the very same day. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting that, and it made the whole process feel even smoother.

Easily the worst prop firm I’ve come across. I made over $30,000 across multiple accounts just a few months ago, and they somehow “found a way” to move my balance to a live account with only $6,000—then no payout was ever processed.

Honestly, it felt like a bunch of scammers, and it’s the kind of situation you want to avoid entirely. Don’t expect to see your money, because you probably won’t.

Really helpful overall. The info was clear and I didn’t have to struggle much to get what I needed. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for quick answers.

Honestly, 100% a scam. I followed every rule they listed, did the verification steps, and even got funded. After that, I was able to make $13,000 in about eight days, so I decided to try my first cash payout.

For the withdrawal, I used the appropriate third-party—Sumsub. Unfortunately, they denied me authentication. At the same time, the “Elite trader” experience basically fell apart: I was logged out of my dashboard and all my accounts were closed. They did refund me $80 for the subscription, but they did not return the $13,000 I made. On top of that, they also denied my first payout request entirely.

So yeah—seems like they take your gains, cut you off during verification, and only refund a small subscription amount to make it look legit.

Customer service was pretty decent overall. The staff seemed knowledgeable and they answered my questions without making me wait too long, which I really appreciated. A couple of things could’ve been handled a bit smoother, but the way they explained the options was clear and helpful. I’d say it was a solid experience—nothing amazing, but definitely not bad either.

  • Deon Jacobs

I was banned and every account got deleted after I irritated a customer service rep when I asked for a review of my denied payout.

Only after I requested the payout did they finally tell me about an inactivity breach that supposedly happened more than a month earlier. So basically I kept trading on an account for at least 4–6 weeks, racking up over $3,000, on something that—according to them—was already no good. And this could’ve been avoided with a simple email or message beforehand.

I don’t want to sound like a complete hater, because the platform felt fair for me for about 24 months overall. But the moment I started requesting regular payouts, things changed. Suddenly it was excuses and then the hammer: breach claims that weren’t communicated properly.

Why waste a whole month of my time when I could’ve been trading on my other two ETF accounts instead? If I truly broke the rules, then fine—just tell me immediately, don’t burn our resources and leave me guessing.

Go ahead and explain how this wasn’t arbitrary. I’ll be waiting.

  • Michael Thompson

I just finished my evaluation, and I’m honestly not sure I want to activate the Elite Funded Account. For starters, it’s pretty pricey, and it appears to rebill each month, which is different from what some other firms do.

Also, the requirement to hit $200 trading days pushes you to take on more risk and place more contracts than I’d like. I prefer a more conservative approach—taking what the market gives me, instead of forcing higher activity to meet targets.

So I’m still on the fence about whether I’ll move forward with your Elite Funded account. Thanks for checking in.
