I had an XFA (Topstep funded account), and it got liquidated because of a liquidation engine glitch. I reached out to support, and they only offered me one reset for the Trading Combine—not an actual XFA account restoration.
I’ve got two main concerns. First, their TopstepX platform has glitches sometimes, and those issues can wipe out months of hard work in minutes. Second, once something goes wrong and their own support admits it was a system mistake, the compensation you get usually isn’t enough to make up for the damage.
Honestly, I’m not going to trade on Topstep again.
