Since August, I’ve been getting payouts pretty regularly, but now they’ve chosen to deny my most recent payout and have even banned me. In their first email, they mentioned “section 27” without giving any additional context. If you look up section 27 for prohibited conduct on their website, you’ll find the message: “Uh oh. That page doesn’t exist.” It seems like they’re changing the rules as they go along. I suspect they didn’t want to transition me to a live account because I’m a scalper, so they opted to cut off my payouts and ban me instead.

I gave one star because I can’t give less. I requested two payouts a week apart, and now it’s the 20th day since I asked for the first one, and I still haven’t received any money. I reached out to the support team, and they said they would check with finance, but days have passed with no response. Not only that, but the person I initially contacted has completely stopped replying. This level of unreachability makes me feel like this company might be a scam.
