These crooks will reel you in with “sweet” promises about returns, and then nothing ever gets fulfilled. Honestly, I’d probably still be stuck dealing with them if not for CELESTI~~~~ALDRIFTS.

I’ll be honest with my review. At the beginning, this company felt pretty genuine and responsive. However, their customer support has gone downhill badly. The only agents available (Emily, Anna, and Sophie) mostly send automated replies, and in my opinion it’s honestly better just chatting with a bot instead.

I did pass their funded account, but I breached an 80% profit violation rule, so my account got reset. To be fair, I don’t want to fully blame them—I didn’t read that rule properly before taking the challenge. Still, it’s been about two weeks now, and my account still hasn’t been reset.

I’ve been contacting them through both email and live chat. Every time, they assure me they’re going to fix it, but nothing seems to happen. At this point, I’ve really lost hope that my account will be reset anytime soon.

If you’re considering funding platforms, I’d avoid this firm for now.

Title: Hidden “Single Trade Loss” Trigger Used to Breach My Account

My FundedFirm account was breached based on what they called a “single trade loss (40%)” rule.

To be clear, my total daily loss came to $223.60, which is within the permitted daily drawdown of $534.49. However, they still moved forward with the breach because one trade went past $213.80.

Here’s the main issue: this “single trade loss” condition is not actually mentioned anywhere in their trading rules or FAQ. I looked through their documents carefully, and there’s no clear disclosure of a single-trade trigger like this.

When I contacted support, they said it’s part of their system—but they didn’t share any proof that this rule was previously disclosed to me. After that, the conversation basically stopped and they stopped responding.

Overall, it leaves a pretty big concern around transparency and fairness. If they can provide proper evidence (like the rule being clearly communicated before the evaluation) or fix the breach outcome, I’m completely open to updating my review.

I bought 3 accounts in total. Out of those, 2 were instant accounts of 10k and 1 was an instant account of 5k. Initially, I did breach a couple of accounts because I wasn’t following the rules properly, so later I took time to read everything carefully. I wanted to avoid another violation, cover my losses, and trade consistently.

I deposited $400 and then requested a payout. After that, my payout got rejected, saying there were “lot of rules breach.” The problem is, it’s honestly very hard to contact customer support with a funded firm. Still, I managed to reach out via email and asked for the details. Their reply was basically that the rule had been implemented the very next day after I bought the accounts.

I didn’t receive any popup, alert, or any notification by email beforehand. It feels like the company has a lot of hidden rules, and these kinds of changes aren’t communicated clearly. To me, this looks like a new kind of scam in the market.

If you’re seriously interested in trading with a funded account, there are other firms in the market for nearly 10 years with much clearer and easier rules. In comparison, this experience has been really frustrating.

I opened a $10,000 account (Account No: 30188656) with a clearly defined daily drawdown limit of 3%—that’s about $300. On paper, it sounded reasonable and well protected.

But the account got breached after a single trade loss of just $122.50, which is way below the $300 daily limit. The real problem seems to be a hidden (or at least poorly communicated) “single trade loss rule” of around $120.

To be honest, this wasn’t explained properly during onboarding. I didn’t see it highlighted anywhere important, and it feels misleading to advertise a $300 daily drawdown limit while quietly enforcing a stricter per-trade cap in the background. Losing the account over a tiny difference—like $2.50—really frustrates me, and it doesn’t feel fair.

Risk rules should be transparent and easy to understand, not buried under technical language. Traders deserve clarity before they start placing trades, not after things go wrong.

I would not recommend this platform unless they improve transparency and clearly spell out every risk rule during onboarding. In my experience, this is one of the worst platforms I’ve used. Do not use it.

I purchased a 5K One Step account, and it’s been about an hour now. So far, I haven’t received the account, and the chat support isn’t giving any proper response either. Is anyone else facing the same issue with this so-called scam firm? I’m starting to worry that something is off.

I’ve not been able to log in to their website for the past hour, and there’s been zero update from the company. I checked Gmail as well as their X account, but nothing—no notice, no status update, nothing at all. Is anyone else facing the same login issue right now?

Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I’d already bought one account, and then I noticed the promotion for a 50% sale on all accounts. But when I tried to purchase again, they only offered a 20% discount.

The bigger issue was the unclear rule about the “percentage trade risk” and how it affects promotions. I also contacted their support because the website was clearly showing 50% off, yet the team kept replying slowly—sometimes it felt like one message took around 5 minutes.

At first, they either didn’t understand my question or seemed to pretend they didn’t. Later, they told me the promotion was a mistake, but the banner and details were literally on their site for everyone to see. And to make it worse, they kept closing the chat without fully resolving the problem. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them if you’re relying on promo terms that they may change after you’re already ready to buy.

They’re scammers. I’m saying this after going through their entire process—Phase 1 and Phase 2—using the exact same strategy they asked for. In the end, when I requested my payout, the “real account” team messaged me a standard rejection note.

    Here’s what they sent:
    “Dear Trader,
Your payout request has been rejected due to extreme trade clustering, layered position stacking, and concentrated effective exposure, which are inconsistent with prudent risk management.”

My issue is that their explanation doesn’t match their own rules, or my actual trading data.

    – **Extreme trade clustering:** They claim it’s “extreme,” but my trade quantities were **0.15 and 0.25 lots**. For the lot size, I used **0.05 lots** as well, because it’s partly booked in case the market doesn’t move. So I still don’t understand how that becomes “extreme clustering.”
    – **Layered position stacking:** They say adding **3–4 trades** in the winning direction is wrong. But honestly, that’s how many people manage trades—if you’re scaling into a move, is it automatically “layered stacking” and prohibited?
    – **Concentrated effective exposure:** They label it as concentrated exposure because I was reading the market and holding winners. But again, where is the clear justification that winners must be capped if you’re following the risk limits?

Also, their **“prudent risk management”** argument is contradictory. Their own risk statement says **no trade** if certain drawdown is hit. Yet they rejected my payout after I did not breach anything. According to them, I supposedly lost **around 40% of the daily drawdown limit in a single day**, while their stated max is **5% daily drawdown**.

The problem is: they rejected my **$5,651 payout** with a simple line and no proper breakdown. That one month of effort feels wasted, because they couldn’t explain the numbers using their own rules.

Worst prop firm I’ve dealt with. They accessed/breached my account for no clear reason, and when I sent them proof to show what happened, they didn’t reply at all. I’ve never experienced this kind of issue with any other firm—really disappointing and honestly makes it feel unsafe to use their platform.
