Unfortunately, when the daily limit was reached, they automatically closed my trade and subsequently suspended my account. I made repeated attempts to connect with customer support, but it felt like I was being ignored completely. If they had assisted me, I could have exited my position with only a minor loss or perhaps a small profit. After waiting for seven or eight hours, their customer team finally contacted me on WhatsApp, which was quite frustrating given the earlier lack of response. This experience has been quite disappointing; I lost money and now feel really down about losing my hard-earned funds. 😔🙏🏻
