正直に言うと、Apex Trader Fundingは「すでにプロで、何をしているかを自分で正確に分かっていて」、そのうえで複数口座での拡大だけを狙っている人以外は避けた方がいいと思います。
Apexの良い点を挙げるなら、最大で20口座まで運用できる点くらいでしょう。他の大手のプロップファームと比べると、それ以外は正直あまり魅力を感じません。
まず、ルールがかなり厳しめです。しかも、他社より分かりにくいというか、実際に手続きを進めるまで「これ、条件に引っかかるの？」みたいな要素が隠れているように見えることがあります。近年Apexは競争力や市場シェアで後れを取ってきた印象で、2026年にアップデートを入れたのは分かりますが、内容はまだまだトレーダーに優しいとは言いにくいです。
そして何より重要なのが、出金（payout）まわりの弱さです。プロップ選びで、出金の確実性やスピードは最優先だと思うんですが、Apexは遅延や長い待ち時間、さらにサポートとのやり取りが何度も必要になるケースがよく起きているように感じます。
各ステップで時間がかかります。出金申請→承認、さらに承認→実際にトレーダー口座へ着金、という流れなので、結局1回の出金サイクルが約2週間、下手するとそれ以上かかることもあります。コミュニティ側では「ルールが不明確で複雑だから申請が否認された」という報告も多めです。出金がシンプルで、資金が早く入る他社と比べると、この点ではApexはかなり不利です。
私の直近のケースだと、5月1日に出金申請をしました。5月14日時点でもまだ着金していません。この状況だと、最終的に5月20日前後まで延びる可能性も十分ありそうです。
サポート面も大きなストレスです。2026年に入っても、Apexはメールフォーム中心の対応がかなり多く、AIエージェントのような即時対応や、ちゃんとしたライブチャットが充実しているわけではありません。営業時間中でも、待てばすぐ返事が来るような体験は期待できないです。返信は数時間から数日までブレることがあり、正直かなりイライラします。
総合的に見ると、Apexを勧められるのは「上級寄りで、安定して利益を出せていて、口座規模を広げたい」人だけだと思います。厳しめのルール、遅い出金、弱いカスタマーサポートを受け入れられるなら、選択肢にはなります。
一方で、初心者や、できればスムーズで分かりやすい体験を求めている人には、もっと良いプロップファームが他にあるはずです。

“Honestly, I’m really disappointed with Apex Trader Funding support. My account got restricted because of an alleged payment problem, but the payment actually went through a few days ago. Yet they’re still not addressing my messages or giving any kind of update. Meanwhile, I’ve lost valuable time and opportunities, and it feels like support has basically gone quiet—no real solution, no real explanation, nothing.
For a financial company, the communication here is just not acceptable. If you ever need urgent help, be careful, because it seems like customer responses aren’t a priority at all.”
