I purchased an account and reached my target within just two weeks, but then came the usual excuse: I hit my drawdown limits, which seems to be their go-to line to delay payouts. I’m owed more than £500, and until I receive my payment, I plan to use my documented evidence to actively deter other traders from joining this firm.

I began my journey with Audacity Capital a couple of years ago. Initially, my first two or three attempts at trading weren’t successful, and the previous model involving a monthly maintenance fee didn’t seem to help my situation much. However, everything changed when they eliminated those monthly fees and increased the account leverage. That was exactly what I needed to give them another shot.
Now, after trading with them for 49 days, I’ve successfully secured two payouts and have seen my account doubled twice, just as they promised. My experience with Audacity Capital has been quite positive so far, and I’m eagerly anticipating my third payout later this week, along with another potential doubling of my account.
The customer service team has been consistently polite and highly responsive. If I had one suggestion, it would be for them to consider lowering the minimum trading days requirement, as well as the 3 to 5 days wait for account reviews and payouts.

I’d like to share my experience with Prop Audacy Capital. I paid €2,200 to join their funded traders program and was given an account with a balance of $60,000. I focused solely on trading Gold using a scalping strategy. Over the course of five days, my account grew to $74,000.
When I tried to withdraw my earnings and move on to the next stage, I received a letter from management saying they’d reviewed my application and concluded that my trading was considered arbitrage, which is against the regulations in England. They stated that because I had many trades lasting under two minutes, this constituted arbitrage. I communicated to them that my trades were exclusively in Gold, so I didn’t understand their reasoning.
Interestingly, their website states that scalping is permitted and doesn’t mention a minimum trade duration. I pointed this out as well and reminded them that quick trades are standard in scalping. Unfortunately, after that, they stopped responding to my inquiries.
From what I’ve gathered, their system seems designed to avoid paying out promised funds. Not only did I lose my earned money, but they also took my initial contribution. I urge everyone to be cautious.
If you’ve faced similar issues, I’m organizing documentation to report them to the authorities for fraudulent activities.

I successfully passed the challenge, with all metrics well within the acceptable range. However, just three days later, I received a notification that I had failed. There was no explanation offered, just a link urging me to purchase another challenge.
In a quick update, I found out that my failure was attributed to trading the FRA40 asset. This asset was available on the MT4 platform, leading me to believe it was intentionally made available to justify failing all traders. After all, you can only trade assets that the broker activates on MT4.
In another update, after a series of heated emails with Audacity, we reached an agreement that allows me to continue my journey through the Ability Challenge. I’ll see how it all plays out and plan to provide a final review once the Challenge concludes.

Trading both during news events and over the weekend is certainly a positive aspect of this firm. However, there are some issues with the consistency rule and how it’s enforced. It feels overly manual when it comes to approving a stage after passing the challenge. Compared to other proprietary firms, the verification process here seems unnecessarily cumbersome, making the experience less appealing for future trading endeavors. I successfully completed my challenge in just four days but was informed that I needed to wait another full day for verification. If I had been with FTMO, I would have received an automatic email confirming my success as soon as my dashboard indicated I had passed, without any requirement for manual account verification from the support team.

In comparison to many other firms that impose little to no consistency requirements, a reevaluation of these rules could increase their competitiveness. Additionally, the profit targets during the ability phases are higher than what you typically see at other firms. A review of these targets would really help Audacity align more closely with top players like FTMO and Funding Pips. Lastly, the payout period, currently set at 30 days from the first trade, could benefit from a reduction to better attract and retain traders.
While I’m still pleased to be with Audacity, for larger accounts, I might look into other options.
