Depositing and withdrawing funds is a breeze, often happening on the same day or the following day. For over five years, I’ve been trading with this broker and have yet to encounter any issues. Honestly, I wouldn’t consider trading with another firm. I strongly recommend giving them a try.

Initially, they promised a free amount for trading during the first phase, stating there would be no profit share. However, once I signed up, they required a deposit for trading. It’s crucial to be clear about what you want from the beginning. I went through all the terms and conditions, but after creating my account, they stated a minimum deposit of $500 was necessary. It’s really frustrating to see such inconsistencies. What are they even doing?

Upon checking my phone, I saw that two trades had been executed on MT4, and I lost approximately £170 as a result. I reached out to Axi via email to explain the situation, but their response was disheartening. They informed me that three mobile devices were logged into my account and insisted that it was my responsibility, so they wouldn’t offer any compensation.
I strongly advise looking for another broker instead of dealing with these issues.

I’m currently facing a floating loss of about $700 on my XAU/USD position, and today, on May 15th, Axi forcibly closed all my trades. It feels like they’re meddling with traders’ accounts! It’s now been 17 days, and I’m still waiting for my withdrawal to process. They did finally add a bank transfer option in my account. I entered all the required info, but then received an email saying my withdrawal was cancelled. The email listed multiple reasons, so I’m still unclear about why it was rejected. I reached out to them on WhatsApp, and they mentioned they are investigating the issue.

I’m pleased to share that I finally managed to make a withdrawal! The initial request got cancelled because I hadn’t included my middle name. Although it took some time, they ultimately figured out a solution to my initial issue, and I found their support to be quite helpful. I feel they’ve redeemed themselves in the end.
Upon joining Axi, I opted for the standard account and found their leverage selection to be quite flexible. I decided on a leverage of 1:300, though it’s worth noting that they allow options up to 1:500, and you have the freedom to adjust this as you see fit. Making deposits was easy; I utilized my debit card, and the money appeared in my trading account nearly right away. Up to this point, my experience has been excellent, and I fully intend to continue trading with them.
I have to say, I’m really frustrated with this firm. It’s been two months, and I’m still waiting for my account manager to get in touch with me. Can someone please respond to my email about my affiliate account manager?
It’s been around three weeks since I reported a mysterious £500 that vanished from my account without me initiating any withdrawals or making trades. Unfortunately, the firm has just been dragging its feet, claiming they will investigate, but I haven’t received any updates whatsoever. They took £240 from my account and labeled it as a refund, and since that incident, I’ve been left without any communication. There are definitely more reputable brokers available; this firm seems to be nothing more than a bunch of scam artists. I am actively working on building a case against them. This situation has gone on long enough.
Don’t pay attention to those comments about withdrawals, honestly. I’ve been using Axi along with a bunch of my friends, and we’ve found that cashing out to our bank usually takes no more than a single business day. We’ve never run into any problems. Right now, I’d say they are one of the best brokers out there.
Axi claims on their website that international withdrawals should take around 3 to 5 business days. However, when my withdrawal didn’t arrive, they informed me it could take as long as 10 business days. After waiting 10 days, they even mentioned it might extend to 14 business days. While I’m not at the 14-day mark yet, I can’t shake the feeling that soon they’ll just push it to 21 business days. The customer service representatives seem completely out of the loop; it feels like they don’t check the accounts at all and just recite scripted responses. Honestly, Axi could have dispatched my funds in a taxi, and it would have been faster. Axi, if you happen to see this and care about your clients, please escalate this issue to someone in a higher position who can take action. Once this matter is resolved, I’ll be happy to update or remove this review.

Initially, they provided me with a payment proof from Bank A that seemed manipulated; the transaction time matched my withdrawal request time exactly. Given that they required ID verification beforehand, any transaction should have occurred after that verification.
After three weeks without resolution, the broker decided to reverse the withdrawal and return the funds to my trading account—presumably hoping I would trade away what they owe me. Curious about their response, I decided to stay silent about the returned funds. A few days later, they claimed my withdrawal was being escalated and presented another “payment proof” from yet another bank, suggesting I contact my bank to expedite the process.
When I asked their customer service why my funds were re-deposited while my withdrawal was still pending, I was stunned by their reply. They claimed they had sent the funds, but my bank had returned them, adding that fees had been incurred from the international transfer. They even asked for an alternative bank account to attempt another transfer.
To make matters worse, they deducted $30 from the original withdrawal amount, while their supposed “payment proof” indicated only a $4 transaction cost. I’ve made it clear that if I don’t see my funds this week, I’ll be seeking legal action. I’ll keep you updated on this unfolding situation.

This is hands down the worst forex broker I’ve ever dealt with. After years of trading experience, I can confidently say that withdrawing profits here is impossible. Even when I reached out to customer service via email and live chat, they were completely unhelpful. I honestly can’t recommend this broker to anyone who values their time and money.

The updates I’ve received have been generic, just stating, “Dear Trader, we have escalated your complaint,” with no human touch or signature to be found. If I could give a negative trust rating, I absolutely would.
At this stage, I’ve decided to reach out to the regulators regarding my situation, given the complete lack of any substantial responses.

However, after looking into the Financial Services Register (FCA), I noticed that AxiCorp Limited is no longer authorized, which isn’t a great sign for potential investors in the UK. On a side note, I did notice that the reference code on their site needs an update—originally listed as 509746. After reaching out via email, I was provided with a different code (466201). I did some further searching on the register and discovered they are, in fact, registered. This prompted me to change my review from 3 to a perfect 5 out of 5.

Axi provides a copy trading app that discreetly utilizes Pelican services in the background. Within this app, users can view key details for each copy trade, including trade specifics, value, closing options, as well as drawdown and close management statistics. Unfortunately, the reliability of this app is questionable at best. Just today, it inexplicably began copying numerous trades without displaying them in the app. As a result, there were no visible open, pending, or closed positions, leaving users unable to manage their trades effectively, such as closing or setting stop losses. Consequently, my funded account experienced a staggering 60% drop today, with no prior notification. It was only by chance that I noticed the drawdown and had to manually close all positions through the web version of MT4. I’ve filed a dispute regarding this issue and will update you on the outcome. Proceed with caution!
