I recently embarked on my first free trial with this proprietary trading firm, and unfortunately, I encountered several issues trying to log into NinjaTrader and Rithmic. The setup process felt unnecessarily lengthy and quite complicated. After a few days, they reset my trial, and when I attempted to log in again, I faced the same problems. I decided to open a support ticket, and their response was disheartening: “Unfortunately, the free trial profile linked to your email cannot be activated, as Rithmic blocks it each time you try to log in. The Rithmic system has identified that you already registered for a free trial from the same IP address. The email of the prior trial account is an unknown address.” I have no idea what that email is. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this trading firm to anyone.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Bulenox. Their customer support team truly stands out—responsive, helpful, and above all, empathetic.
Recently, I encountered a challenge connecting Ninjatrader with my Rithmic evaluation account. Despite their dedicated efforts, the issue lingered. However, what really impressed me was their willingness to offer a refund and close my account without hassle.
The promptness of their support is commendable, and it’s clear they genuinely care about resolving client issues.
Moreover, I find their evaluation and funded account rules to be quite reasonable, making them worth considering. One suggestion for the future would be to add Tradovate as an option, alongside Rithmic.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bulenox and am grateful for the assistance they provided!

Bulenox has delivered on every promise they made, even going so far as to pay me for my funded account! In my opinion, a company that lays out clear rules and then upholds their commitments is top-notch.
However, there are some areas where improvements could be made. For starters, capping Pro Accounts at just three and limiting the total to eleven feels too restrictive. It would be beneficial to develop an account summary page where traders can easily view key details like the number of trading days, net profit, and a graph of each account—all in one convenient location.
Additionally, I believe it would be wise to lead with exciting promotions or simply establish a fixed cost for services. Getting rid of sales events would streamline the experience, and offering a quicker passing period of one or three days instead of the current seven would be a significant upgrade.

If support is this slow, how can I trust them to handle payments efficiently? Other firms in this industry offer round-the-clock assistance, while Bulenox only provides support from 9 AM, and even then, it’s sluggish at best.

I began my journey with the Bulenox master account back in August. Since then, I’ve gained some valuable experience with the firm. The support team has been quite helpful and responds quickly, which I truly appreciate. However, I do find some of the rules a bit different compared to other futures prop firms, particularly the withdrawal system. One aspect I’m not fond of is that you have to reach a threshold of $1,000 for withdrawals. I believe this system could be improved, especially when compared to offerings from Apex Funding and Topstep. However, there’s one area where I believe Bulenox could improve: the consistency rule. I understand its purpose and generally agree with it, but I feel it could be relaxed for certain traders who are consistently meeting their targets. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have more payouts and possibly less buffer in accounts, or even eliminate it completely.
