I purchased a $50,000 account just the day before yesterday, but I’ve encountered issues logging into both NinjaTrader and RTrader Pro. I opened a customer support ticket, and while they did respond, they kept asking me to provide the correct credentials. I already have accounts with other firms and know the login process well. I’ve made multiple attempts, ensuring that each character I enter is accurate, but nothing has worked. Unfortunately, customer support wasn’t able to assist me. I’ve now lost two trading days since my subscription began. I’m uncertain if I’ll be able to recover my money; if not, I may have to reach out to my credit card company for a chargeback.

The discourse regarding Bulenox and Rithmic seems to loop back to the same problems. NinjaTrader even sent me an email confirming the errors, but Bulenox never seems to accept any responsibility. It’s best to steer clear of Bulenox; there are certainly more reputable firms out there.
