I bought two “challenges” from Equity Edge, but I made a silly mistake and used the wrong email address to receive the credentials. For a moment I thought I’d be stuck, but thanks to Chelsea—an agent at Equity Edge—they helped me recover everything pretty quickly.

She went ahead and retrieved my credentials and updated them to the correct email without much hassle. Honestly, I really Much Much Appreciated the support. Great service and outstanding assistance!

Honestly, this has to be one of the biggest scams I’ve seen on the market. I bought around 75 accounts with them starting last year. This week, I finally managed to reach my payout threshold—then suddenly I was told my payout request was rejected because of “one side betting.”

What’s really funny is they provided what they call proof that I was doing one side betting. But when I looked closely, about 80% of the trades shown were actually losing trades. On top of that, they claim that adding to a winning position is illegal, yet most of the positions highlighted were being added in ways they labeled as winning.

So basically I’m being denied payout on losing trades because, in their view, those qualify as one side betting. And I’m also being blocked for “adding on a winning position,” even though the way they selected the examples makes no sense. This was genuinely one of the biggest disappointments of my life.

The customer service was really great. Honestly, it felt like a miracle because even with a few issues, they still managed to resolve everything for me. The support team was responsive and kept following up until I was fully sorted. Thank you so much!

This place is pretty good overall. Also, their customer service is really solid—people respond fast, like within a short time after you reach out. From my experience, everything felt smooth and professional. I’d recommend it.

Really good customer support from Bright. I had trouble for about 3 days, but they still managed to sort it out for me in the end. The team was responsive and genuinely helpful, so thank you—would recommend.

Great communication and quick payouts—plus the costs are pretty reasonable. I also appreciate that the rules aren’t overly complicated, which made it easier for me to focus on my trading instead of reading fine print. Honestly, they’ve helped me a lot in my trading journey, and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth experience.

Miracle is a really kind and helpful assistant. Honestly, it makes a difference when you need quick answers, and the support feels genuine—not just automated. I used it a few times this week, and every time it responded fast and tried to understand what I meant. Overall, it’s a great experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for assistance that actually feels friendly.

My experience with Equity Edge was honestly very disappointing. I followed their rules, managed to get profitable, and even thought things were going well. But when I requested a payout, my account was suddenly flagged and disabled with barely any explanation.

Support was also all over the place—every time I asked, I got a different answer, and none of it really matched what they had said before. After weeks of back and forth, I lost trust completely. The whole process just felt unprofessional from start to finish.

I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk until they’re more clear and consistent. If you’re going to trade, please be careful before spending your money here.

The rules are great, no doubt about it. However, the only real problem is me. When I trade, I sometimes fall into a bad mindset, especially when my emotions get the better of me. It’s not really the system’s fault, but my condition and mood can mess up my decisions pretty easily.

I’m writing this review mainly to share my personal experience in a straightforward way, so other traders can judge for themselves before spending money with this firm.

I bought a 5K Swift evaluation account with Equity Edge and I did pass it. I followed the rules on their website and traded within the stated parameters, including respecting the drawdown limits during the challenge.

Still, after I passed, I was told I would NOT receive the funded account. Their reason was that my trading allegedly breached their “Full Porting / Gambling Policy.”

At first, they said it had to do with the daily drawdown limit. They even sent me a screenshot of the trade they considered problematic. But when I looked at it properly, the loss on that trade didn’t look like it even got near 3% of the account.

Then I checked their own website. The maximum daily loss limit for Swift accounts is clearly written as 4%.

So I asked a simple question: how is it possible that I “violated” the daily drawdown when the drawdown was still under 3%, and the official limit they publish is 4%?

After that, the explanation completely changed.

Next, I was told the problem was “Full Porting.” Again, I went back to their site and reviewed what “Full Porting” means according to their rules. Their definition says Full Porting is when traders:

    – exceed the maximum daily drawdown in one trade,
    – split large positions into smaller ones to avoid detection,
    – or risk near the entire daily drawdown.

None of that applied to what I did.

I never exceeded the daily drawdown limit.
I never split a large position into smaller trades.
And my maximum loss was still below 3% while the daily limit was 4%.

In the end, after several email exchanges, the reasoning shifted again. This time they told me Equity Edge “recommends” risking no more than 2% per trade.

Honestly, that was the part that shocked me the most.

A recommendation is not the same thing as a written rule violation.

So, despite passing the evaluation and staying within the rules they publish, my funded account was denied based on what feels like a subjective internal interpretation rather than an objective breach of the official terms.

That’s why I personally felt extremely disappointed—and yes, I felt scammed by the way it was handled.

I spent a fair amount of money with them because I trusted their process and believed that if I respected their rules and passed, I would get the funded account.

Unfortunately, my experience showed the opposite.

And this was only for a 5K account, which is one of the smallest sizes they offer. If something like this can happen on a small account even when there is no clear, written rule breach, I honestly can’t imagine how risky it could be with larger accounts.

What worries me most is that lowering risk even further may not necessarily prevent the same outcome, because the issue seems to come from subjective interpretation rather than clearly defined rules. In my case it was risk exposure, but for another trader it could potentially be something else entirely.

I want to be very clear: I’m not inventing anything. Everything in this review is based on my real experience and the email exchanges I had with their support and risk team.

I’m not writing this out of anger or hostility. I’m sharing it as a warning to be extremely careful before investing money into Equity Edge, because for me, passing the challenge and following the stated rules did not guarantee I would receive the funded account.

Please do your own research carefully before buying an evaluation/challenge from Equity Edge.

Great chat support experience overall. The team walked me through their full program right there during the chat, which I honestly didn’t expect so quickly. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident after I got all the details. I can definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something similar. Really good service.

Equity Edge is actually quite good. I tried it for a bit, and the whole experience felt solid and straightforward. From what I’ve seen so far, it’s a reliable option compared to many others—definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something decent.

I really liked the support service from the guy named NASDOM on Discord. He was super helpful and gave a clear reply right away, which I honestly appreciated a lot. Communication was smooth and it felt like he actually took the time to understand my question. Overall, good support from him—would recommend.

I’ve had a really good experience with Equity Edge so far. Their support team is very active and professional, and they usually respond quickly whenever you need help. I also want to give a special thanks to NAFFE for the excellent assistance and for keeping the communication clear from start to finish.

If you trade with discipline and you actually follow their guidelines, the whole process of getting funded and then receiving payouts feels pretty straightforward. So far, it’s been smooth overall, and I can see why people stick with them.

I had a bit of a mess after I accidentally picked the wrong trading platform for my £10k challenge. Luckily, the Equity Edge support team sorted it out quickly and in a very professional way. Rehoboth walked me through the steps clearly, and they escalated my request right away. A bit later, Hillary got back to confirm that the platform change had been fully completed.

Honestly, the communication throughout was fast, polite, and genuinely helpful—no runaround at all. Really appreciate the support from both Rehoboth and Hillary.

If you follow their rules, you basically won’t run into payout denials.

The pricing on the challenges is also quite good, and honestly, my experience so far has been the best.

What stood out most was the speed—support on Discord resolved my issue very fast, like within minutes. Keep it consistent and you’re likely to be fine.

I’ve just received my second payout and overall the process has been pretty smooth. Honestly, I’m really grateful to the support team, and a big thanks goes to Hillary in particular. I was a bit doubtful at the beginning, but after going through everything carefully and following the rules, it worked out. If you stick to the requirements properly, you should definitely get paid too.

Customer service was honestly the best with Nafee. From the first minute, he was quick to respond and very helpful, and it made everything feel smooth. Really appreciate the effort—five stars for that kind of support.

  • Oliver Bennett

Nafee goat guy—really? I’m not sure what I expected, but this definitely felt a bit all over the place. The whole thing gave me weird vibes from the start, and I ended up questioning what the point was after about 30 seconds. It’s not that it’s totally unwatchable, but it didn’t quite land for me either. I’d probably pass unless you’re into that kind of chaotic, offbeat humour.

I bought an account from Equity Edge, but it was terminated out of nowhere—no warning, no email, nothing. One day it just stopped working. I then reached out to their customer support and they accused me of “group trading.” Honestly, that’s completely wrong. I’m sure about it: I only logged into my second account using a different phone number.

What really bothers me is that they don’t share any evidence or even a proper explanation. It feels like they ban accounts randomly just to hold onto the money you’ve paid. Terrible service, and I’d strongly recommend you avoid this firm.

I’ve had a really great experience with customer service from Caleb. He was helpful from the start and made everything feel easy, not like I was being rushed. Honestly, I can’t complain at all.

  • Rahul Mehta

This is honestly the best prop firm for me. I purchased a 50K instant account, and so far I’ve hit the 15% consistency target along with the 7 trading days rule. Right now I’m just waiting for my payout. However, I still need to complete KYC, which was due on 14th May. Once that’s done, I’ll update this review again with the payout status.

What I like most is that the firm has great leverage and the rules are pretty clear, which really helped me stay on track for the 15% consistency requirement. Also, customer support has been solid—especially Caleb. He helped me understand the criteria for payout without making it confusing. Thanks, Caleb.

EDIT:: This has to be the worst prop firm I’ve dealt with. Their customer service do reply, but honestly they don’t seem very helpful. I couldn’t log into my dashboard for some reason, and I was basically fobbed off with the same steps: “refresh,” “try a different browser,” and “everything looks good on our side.” Problem is, if I can’t log in, I can’t request a payout, so it feels like they’ve taken my money and run without me even being able to trade the account properly.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROP FIRM.

EDIT: After posting this and emailing them, I finally got through to a customer service representative who sorted the issue for me in a few minutes. I’m keeping this review for now because the start with Equity Edge hasn’t been great, but I’ll update again once I reach the payout stage.

    EDIT: UPDATE 2.
Today I tried to trade the Account. It has a daily loss limit of £2,000 and a maximum loss of £3,000.
Yesterday I lost £1,900, which should have reset today. But today, even after trading, I didn’t lose more than about £200, and they told me it was breached the daily max loss—despite it supposedly being £3,000. The math just doesn’t add up.

COMPANY IS A JOKE—JUST STAY AWAY.

So I was genuinely confused about how my instant account got breached. I was really frustrated, so I opened a ticket. Surprisingly, Musa engaged me almost immediately—like, before I even finished describing my issue. I just sent him screenshots and he was able to explain the real reason for the breach right there.

Honestly, I was kinda scared because I had started thinking EE was just another scam prop firm. But after this experience, I have to give credit where it’s due. Musa handled everything professionally, and the team response was on point. Great job, Musa and EE!

My experience with Equity Edge was, to be honest, extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I bought several accounts from the company and I traded seriously, following my own analysis and sticking to proper risk management. Everything was going well for a while—then once I became profitable and requested a payout, my account was suddenly disabled due to an alleged “One-Sided Betting Rule” violation.
I didn’t agree with it at all. I kept asking for a proper explanation and I even offered to go through every trade in detail. If they needed proof, I was ready to share my analysis and provide video explanations. But instead of a clear, transparent review process, communication felt inconsistent and honestly a bit confusing.
At one point, my Trustpilot review was flagged and removed after the company apparently reported it. Later, I was contacted again and I was offered a “free” account. After more back-and-forth and some pressure, I eventually got a refund for my purchases.
What concerns me most is that I was later contacted on WhatsApp by someone who claimed they were linked to management. They asked me to send $1,500 in Bitcoin to “restore” my account after a supposed system upgrade. That really raised red flags for me—professionalism aside, it also felt like a major security risk.
In the end, I did receive my money back, but the whole process caused unnecessary stress and confusion, and it completely damaged my trust.
Based on my personal experience, I can’t recommend Equity Edge. I strongly advise traders to proceed with caution, double-check everything, and verify claims carefully before investing any time or money.

I requested a refund because I accidentally clicked MatchTrader and I actually wanted MetaTrader instead. Thankfully, Miracle stepped in and within 8 minutes or so, they had my account set up on MetaTrader. The response was really fast, and honestly the support team was great— they answered all my questions, even the small ones. Overall, good experience.

I’d just like to say thank you to Miracle for helping me with my instant account. Honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish.

They responded really quickly to everything I needed, and they kept me updated the whole time. From my side, the support was smooth and fast—exactly what you hope for when you’re dealing with an account issue.

  • Lena Vermeulen

I managed to pass the 1-Step Evaluation without any issues. I also followed their 1% drawdown rule, and still ended up with a Max Drawdown of just 0.794%—so, of course, I was disappointed when Equity Edge refused to approve my Funded Account.

According to them, my results look like “one-sided betting” and they even claim I was “spamming” because I used 0.01 microlots and placed Stop Loss orders. However, my trading logs should speak for themselves: I did both buys and sells (bi-directional trading). What’s more, they seemed to wait until I reached the profit target before coming up with subjective reasons to deny the payout.

They also told me, quite directly, that the drawdown percentage and the stop losses don’t matter for their review. If those objective risk metrics don’t matter, then it basically means they can disqualify anyone at will. Overall, I found the process lacking transparency and acting in bad faith.

Miracle was a great assistant with my complaint. I submitted my issue and I got help quickly, and honestly it made the whole process less stressful. The support team was responsive and clear in their communication, too. If you’re having any problems and you need someone that will actually follow up, I’d say Miracle is a solid help.

The support group were super quick to respond, and thanks to Miracle, she/he was really helpful with my query. I sent my question and got a reply almost immediately, which honestly saved me a lot of time. The whole process was smooth and friendly, and they sorted out what I needed without any back-and-forth. Overall, I’m impressed—would definitely reach out again if I need assistance.

I just wanna thank Hillary and Husain for helping me transfer my account to another trading platform. The whole process was super quick and, honestly, it was pretty easy from start to finish. Also, communication was great—responsive and not hard at all to get in touch with. I really appreciate it and would recommend their support to anyone who’s moving accounts.
