Initially, I was a bit disappointed when they stopped supporting cTrader; however, they introduced TradeLocker, which honestly reminds me of TradingView! Since I was a former user of TradingView, it’s been great to integrate all my old indicators back into the charts, plus I’ve saved on subscription fees. At first, their customer service wasn’t available, but once they went live, they transitioned me to TradeLocker within about 20 minutes. I encountered a login issue early on, but Theo was super helpful with the server and got me logged in quickly. The charts on TradeLocker are impressive and smooth, and I can even access them from my iPhone. If there’s one area for improvement, it would definitely be to have 24/7 chat support, as I’ve noticed that other proprietary firms offer this. Nevertheless, when their support team was available, they were genuinely helpful.

I’ll keep this brief regarding my experience with the firm. I initially received instant funding of $100,000. To qualify for those funds, I had to first trade a $25,000 account and achieve a 10% profit, which I managed to do twice. Their reasoning for another review was that I was trading without a stop-loss, which I understand; they have a stop-loss policy in place to help develop better trading habits.
After securing the $100,000, I took some time to reach the 10% target, during which I didn’t request any payouts because my goal was to double the account balance. I consistently used stop-losses, with only a couple of accidental exceptions from trading on my phone—however, I quickly cut those trades, and the lot sizes were always minimal at 0.01.
Ultimately, they denied my withdrawal request of $10,000 and removed me from the platform entirely. When I sought a review of my trades, they outright refused to consider my request, which I found quite rude.
In conclusion, it seems like this firm does not support successful traders; rather, their aim appears to be taking advantage of hard-working individuals and keeping their money.

Let’s clarify: I had multiple discussions with them prior to my trading activities. Once I completed phase one, they evaluated my results and greenlit my attempt for phase two, indicating their approval to proceed.
However, they’ve been unresponsive in providing a clear rationale for their decision to reject me. It feels as if they prefer traders who are set up to fail rather than those who might actually succeed. My motivation for exploring a prop firm was due to my inability to trade Bitcoin effectively from my location. If you have access to a legitimate and regulated platform, I highly recommend that you pursue that instead of wasting time as I did. Their advertising is misleading; they do not seem to be keen on nurturing winning traders.
Additionally, I possess all correspondence and screenshots of our exchanges. Just because they respond politely here, it doesn’t mean they operate as a legitimate business. Their customer service probably serves more as a façade for their sales approach. When genuine issues arise, be prepared for untruths and denials. A quick look at other negative reviews shows a pattern of similar grievances.
It’s interesting to note that after I submitted this review, they even went so far as to disable my access to my FTUK account—not prior to my review, but afterward. Quite telling.
Instead of addressing my inquiry regarding the nature of my supposed prohibited trading practices, they opted to ignore my requests, sending only a generic rejection email. Their presence here seems more about financial concerns rather than providing quality customer service. It’s disappointing to see them respond in this space instead of addressing real issues directly.
I’ve never shared a review like this before; I actually created this account just to bring attention to their practices. If it helps even one person steer clear of this firm, then it’s worth it.

When I attempted to withdraw my earnings, they unexpectedly froze my account and blocked my access, all without any clear explanation. Despite sending numerous emails seeking clarification, I received no responses. Realizing I needed to take action, I sought help from THE PRESTON WEALTH ADVISORS. They took on my case, guiding me in recovering my investment through legal channels, and ultimately managed to close my accounts for good. I wouldn’t be surprised if they respond to this review as well.

I began utilizing the Ftuk funding service about a month back with my Ctrader ID. Out of the blue, I got a notification that as of November 29, Ftuk will cease operations with Ctrader, prompting me to transfer my funded account to a different trading platform, one I’m unfamiliar with. It feels like the company is pushing me to switch platforms without any consideration, and they’ve outright refused to refund my payment.
I had invested in the 2-STEP challenge and had just transitioned to a 1-STEP challenge after spending a month preparing for the new requirements!
Given this experience, I won’t be using Ftuk’s services again, and I certainly cannot recommend them to others.

Skillful Traders, in particular, has left a bad taste in my mouth after over a month of waiting—no payouts, no responses to emails, and my account is basically frozen.
It seems more evident to me now that proprietary firms and trading opportunities might just be the latest iteration of a scam that’s been plaguing us.
