It’s great, thanks! Honestly I didn’t expect it to be this good—everything works smoothly and the overall experience feels really solid. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something reliable.

I went with Funded Trading Plus for my Smart Gold Hunter EA from MQL5, mainly because they give decent raw spreads on gold and the rules feel pretty fair. MT5 also runs smoothly on my side. I’ve been cross-checking the live performance against my raw broker signals to see how close everything stays. So far, it honestly feels like a solid, reliable option if you’re an EA trader and you care about execution and consistent conditions.

I did get a little nervous a couple of times, but honestly they always come through. No complaints from me—things went smoothly when it mattered most.

Great company overall. The communication has been excellent from day one, and honestly there are no hidden rules or nasty surprises. Withdrawals have been processed on time every time so far—i’ve had 4 payments go through within the expected window—and everything’s felt smooth. I’m very happy to work with them at the moment and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable setup.

Good overall support, and the customer service team is really helpful. I contacted them a couple of times, and both times they responded fast (usually within 10–15 minutes), so that was a nice surprise. They explained things clearly and didn’t make it complicated, which I appreciated. Service has been solid so far—no complaints from me.

No complaints at all. Everything was excellent—really top-notch service from start to finish. Would definitely use them again. One of those rare experiences where nothing feels off.

Funded Trading Plus seems to market itself like a proprietary trading firm, but in reality they often struggle to pay clients on time. Even though their adverts talk about quick, prompt payouts, many customers report delays that drag on much longer than expected. What’s more, the company keeps pointing to “ongoing reviews” of trading activity as the reason for the hold-ups, but the whole review process feels a bit dodgy and, frankly, not transparent enough.

Taken together, these issues raise pretty serious red flags. This is exactly the kind of situation that deserves closer scrutiny—ideally from the FCA—rather than more vague assurances from the firm.

Very reliable prop firm. I’ve had an experience with them, and over time it’s been clear they’re genuinely committed to the long-term journey—not just a quick payout. They reviewed my account carefully, gave me a clear and honest assessment, and they didn’t terminate it. Honestly, that kind of support is hard to find. For me, this is still one of the best options out there.

Overall, they’re really good. I liked their daily drawdown tracking and the way they handle the maximum overall loss—everything feels fairly consistent with the spread rules. That said, there’s one part I didn’t enjoy: they asked me for the source code of my EA, even though I was following their guidelines. It was a bit annoying, especially since I’d already complied with the process. Other than that, I’m satisfied and I’d recommend them.

By far the best prop I’ve come across. It always arrives on time, and the customer care is genuinely great—quick replies, helpful attitude, and no messing around. Honestly, the whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the item itself is exactly as described. I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Fast support, smooth order execution, and overall good trading experience. Payouts are also pretty quick, and I like that it feels straight to the point—no b*sh*t.

The only thing I’d like them to improve is the option for a second account in a bigger size. At the moment, I’m not allowed to run my strategy across two accounts. I fully respect their rules, but for that reason I’m giving 4 stars.

Honestly, this was truly supportive and easily the best experience I’ve had. The response was timely, and I really appreciated the transparency around the evaluation process—made everything feel clear from the start. I know it’s only a few details, but it mattered a lot to me.

Hi, this is my honest review of this prop firm. A few months ago I took a $100k One-Step Challenge, and they ended up closing my account, saying I breached their rules. I emailed them and they did explain things, but I still don’t agree with their decision.

At the time they shut the account, my balance was $98,669.79. The overall DD they claim was only $1,330 at that point. So I’m confused—how can they close the account when the drawdown was basically $1,330? If the allowed DD was around $6,000, then I can understand a close. But they closed me on a balance close to $98k when the DD was just $1,330. Even if I had $94,000 balance and an allowed overall DD of $6,000, then fair enough—but that wasn’t the case.

They’re also marketed as one of the “most trusted” prop companies, but honestly, I don’t see how that’s accurate. It feels like they’re looking for ways to fail traders. When traders do everything right and pass, they somehow still find reasons to cut the process short, and that’s extremely frustrating.

My suggestion to every trader: please don’t waste money on funded accounts with this firm. From my experience, they will try their best to fail you even after you pass the challenge. Overall, I’ve reached the conclusion that this prop firm is a scam and that they did fraud in my case.

Please stay away from this company and use your own real account instead—don’t waste time and money on these prop firms. I tried a few, and honestly, many felt fake. Thanks.

Absolutely great service. The staff were really friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, which doesn’t always happen these days. I also appreciated how quickly they answered my questions—took maybe 5 minutes, if not less. Overall, a really smooth experience, and I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for good support.

  • Mark Taylor

    Total confusion.
I wouldn’t trust them at all. They seem to get overly excited and then close your position as they want—then they send you a statement which only they claim is “correct” to convince you that you lost your position. Honestly, don’t trust them.

I’ve got 3 other ongoing accounts with different companies and it’s been brilliant, but these guys don’t feel like they’re there to help you. Their T&Cs are so complicated that even they can’t explain them properly.

In my case, they closed my account at 3% rather than 10%, and the whole process felt more like damage control than anything transparent.

I started trading an Instant Funded account a few weeks ago, and honestly the setup has been really smooth. I requested my first payout and the whole process felt quick and efficient from start to finish. Since then, I’ve received three payouts in the last month of trading—each one came through promptly, with no issues, and it’s all been successful so far. I’m now planning to scale up my account and I’m expecting many more payouts going forward.

I had a really great experience with Funding Trading Plus, and I honestly felt like it was worth sharing.

Recently I ran into a few technical issues, and what really stood out was the support I got. Simon, the owner, actually stepped in personally and helped sort everything out fast and in a very professional way. You don’t see that kind of hands-on attention all the time, and it made me think they genuinely care about the traders, not just the numbers.

On the trading side, the conditions are solid. The raw spreads are strong (I was seeing pretty tight numbers), and the commissions felt fair and competitive compared to what I’ve tried with other prop firms.

Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with the platform and the support team. If you’re looking for a reliable prop firm, I’d definitely recommend Funding Trading Plus.

I bought a $10k account from this prop firm. After I cleared my 2-step evaluation, I still managed to make at least $500, even though the company claims there’s a minimum withdrawal requirement. But later my account got closed.

Honestly, it feels like they cheated me, and it wasted my time. If you’re thinking of purchasing from this prop firm, I’d really urge you to reconsider. Don’t make the same mistake—I don’t want anyone else to get fooled like this.

It really helped shape my trading strategy. I wasn’t expecting much at first, but after using it for a couple of weeks—maybe around 10 or so sessions—it started to make things clearer. The way it presents information is pretty straightforward, and it helped me plan my next moves with more confidence. Overall, I’m satisfied with what I got from it.

I opened an account, paid £349, and within about 2 hours my account was suspended. Honestly, it felt like they just took the money and that was it—I haven’t seen them or received any proper response since. I’d recommend being really careful with this one.

I recently took a $100,000 one-step challenge and, just yesterday, they closed my account without giving any real reason. I emailed them straight away, and they replied saying I breached the account terms, but I honestly don’t think I’ve broken any rule at all.

At the time, my balance was well above $98,668, so it’s frustrating to have everything shut down like that. I’ve tried to get a clear explanation, but it feels like they’re just covering something up. To me, this looks like a scam and plain fraud—no proper warning, no evidence, nothing.

So far, I’ve had my $50k account approved and I’ve received my first $1k payout. As long as you follow the rules and don’t break them, you should be fine and get paid. Just don’t go overboard with huge lot sizes or anything like that. Keep it sensible, stay consistent, and it seems to work.

  • Oliver Clarke

I opened an account with Funded Trading Plus today and topped up $349. I placed 2 trades with take-profit set on both, then I called it a day. Later that evening, I received an email saying there was a breach and my account was suspended.

What’s frustrating is that after the suspension, they still managed to “open and close” 11 trades and I ended up in losses. Honestly, it feels like they suspended my account just to create an excuse that the money is all gone. Their YouTube videos and Trustpilot reviews look fake to me.

Please don’t waste your money. I’m going to see what they try next, and whether they’ll try to demand anything further from me or claim the rest of the balance is missing.

Yousef was a big help with my SFE. Honestly, I didn’t expect things to go so smoothly, but he made the whole process a lot easier. He was quick to respond and very clear with what needed to be done. Definitely recommend if you’re sorting anything similar.

A very smooth payout withdrawal. I’m one of the proofs that they actually pay their traders. Honestly, it’s refreshing that they use direct bank transfer for payouts—no extra hassle, and the process felt quick and straightforward. Overall, a good experience so far.

  • Luca Meier

Honestly, this is the worst prop firm I’ve come across in my life. I passed the challenge on the very first day, which should’ve been the end of it. On top of that, I even gave up 3 days of break-even to avoid their pretty crappy rules, hoping they’d at least be consistent. But no—despite all of that, they still didn’t grant me the second phase of the challenge.

Also, their support experience is terrible. There wasn’t a single real live support or general support, only their QA people responding sometimes. It felt like you’re on your own the whole time, and that’s not acceptable.

I recently signed up for an account with Funded Trading Plus. One thing I really like is the spreads—they’re quite good, honestly. On top of that, their customer support has been really helpful whenever I had questions. I appreciate how responsive they were, it made the whole process a lot easier for me.

I had a really great experience with Funded Trading Plus. Their giveaway seemed genuine, and I actually received my 10K 2-Step Classic challenge exactly as promised. The whole process was pretty smooth from start to finish, and the support team was helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, it’s a solid setup for anyone trying to begin or grow their trading journey. Looking forward to getting started with them properly. Highly recommended for traders!

Honestly, I think this is the worst prop firm around at the moment, and I really don’t see them lasting much longer. I used them a few years back and back then they seemed fairly decent, but the feed they’re running now is dreadful.

I trade the same strategy across a few different prop firms, and the first big issue I had was a few weeks ago on gold. Everything went smoothly on the other firms, but with this one the price actually breached my account. I had a stop set, it should have kicked in, yet it went straight through it and took me well beyond the level where I’d expect to be stopped out. Even more annoying, it didn’t even match what was showing on their charts.

When I contacted support, they basically told me it was probably a liquidity problem on GOLD. I mean, come on—that’s mad. To their credit, though, they did accept my explanation and issued me a fresh account.

Fast-forward to this week and it’s happened again, this time with my take profit. Price moved through my profit target and paid out as expected on other prop firms, but not here. Their system ignored my take profit, reversed the move, and then closed me at the stop level, just to avoid paying and prevent an account breach. I can’t be bothered appealing again because I already know how it’ll go.

So yeah—won’t be going back. Ever.

Great, trusted company with a fast response support team behind the scenes. Every issue and concern I had was handled in a timely manner, and the resolutions were actually clear—no runaround. In my opinion, this is the best property firm in the business. From the programs they offer to the straightforward rules, everything felt easy to follow. And the support staff? Quick, friendly, and on point. You all are the best!

It’s important to understand how prop firms are typically set up. Many of them are marketed like education or “testing” companies, not traditional financial institutions. In some countries, regulators have already pushed back hard on this model because it can blur the line between trading, gaming, and (in the worst cases) gambling.

From what I’ve seen, prop firms are often very lightly regulated. They usually don’t have to follow the same strict rules you’d expect from a regulated broker when it comes to trading conditions, payouts, and enforcement of their own policies. Because of that, a lot of prop firms are designed to profit from the challenge fees, and it’s rare that they actually fund and pay traders consistently, even if you perform well.

Now—before we jump into the pros and cons for Funded Trading Plus (FTP)—please note this is just my personal take. Your experience may be totally different, and mine comes after trying multiple prop firms before reaching FTP.

Alright, let’s start with the most obvious positives, then we’ll get into the nitty-gritty.

    Pros

    (0) First, I want to be fair and give credit where it’s due. The CEO of FTP honestly comes across as down to earth, and he genuinely tries to help customers. That alone feels like a 10/10.

    (1) No consistency on the 1-step challenges, and the Instant side isn’t consistent either.

    (2) No minimum days for trading—this is honestly a big win.

    (3) They allow EAs (which matters a lot for some traders).

    (4) They allow hedging.

    (5) Withdrawals from day 1.

    (6) News trading is allowed, but only with specific rules.

    (7) Weekend holding is allowed on both 1-phase and Instant.

    (8) Probably the best part: there’s no weird hidden Daily/Maximum drawdown rules beyond what’s listed on the front page. Clear, at least on paper.

So yeah, those are my pros. Now, let’s get to the cons.

    Cons

    (1) The company seems to be driven mostly by the three main guys running the business. I know there are other employees, but their presence and impact (in my experience) just isn’t as noticeable.

    (2) The payments setup during signup has issues. Definitely needs to be revised, and it would help if they offered more than one provider. Checkout.com, in particular, has been problematic.

    (3) The dashboard is extremely faulty and, frankly, badly coded. Updates on the backend also feel slow.

    (4) The spread can fluctuate a lot, and I suspect it’s related to the liquidity provider being unstable at certain times.

    (5) The commission structure feels rather strict. For example, the $7 per lot framework makes it harder to build profit toward passing challenges—because a big chunk of what you earn gets taken from you. Maybe a softer number would be smarter.

    (6) I’m going to be direct here: support isn’t good. The markets are open 5 days a week, and time really matters when you’re trading real money. When something goes wrong, you need a solution fast so you can keep going. Instead, they often redirect you to a ticket system and you end up waiting through regular business hours for a response. In my view, that’s not acceptable.

Also, one more thing: FTP (and many similar firms) promote large payout numbers on the front page. Sure, it’s a business and they have every right to market themselves—but I don’t think it’s a good idea to keep banners like “we paid 19 million dollars” in giant capital letters. It feels more like a lure for new customers than something you should treat as a reliable promise.

In the end, if after reading this review you still want to sign up, then fair enough—the red carpet is there and they’ll be ready to take your challenge fee. My advice is just to understand their rules clearly. Yes, there are hiccups, but for me, they were not enough to completely ruin the experience. Good luck, and I hope it works out for you.
