I reached out to support, providing all the necessary information, but it took a month just to have my ticket created, and over a month more to resolve the issue. When I finally received an email stating that my ticket was resolved, there was no information regarding the decision made. For over two weeks, they kept telling me to just wait. The support I received was truly awful.
