Honestly, I’d recommend looking for a different platform. It seems like they frequently alter or add rules that ultimately benefit them, allowing them to disable accounts without a clear justification and avoid making payments.

This trading firm seems to employ tactics that favor their profit margin at the expense of traders. For instance, I typically trade with a risk level set at 1%, yet I’ve noticed an additional deduction of 0.4% from my deposits consistently. This, of course, doesn’t even factor in the commission fees. They justify these cuts by citing slippage and volatility due to high trading volumes; however, I’ve experienced little to no volatility in reality. It’s disheartening to say the least, and it raises concerns about the firm’s integrity after all this time.

Fundingpips didn’t update the closing balance from the previous trading day, and now I’ve hit a mere 1% drawdown on my master account, which led to a breach of trading rules and the closure of my account. It feels as if they’re intentionally trying to shut down my master account. To make matters worse, their customer service is extremely slow, often taking hours to respond. I have a strong feeling they’re up to something that might blow up soon. I recommend saving your money and opting for a different platform.

Yet, after closing my trades, I received a notification about breaching the daily maximum loss limit just an hour later. I reached out to their support team, but they remained unyielding. While I believe they have potential, their system definitely needs an upgrade. Mistakes should not happen when dealing with money.
