Compared to many other proprietary trading firms, their rules seem a lot stricter right from the get-go. After completing the practitioner phase, you have to wait two days just to get your contract, followed by an additional two to four days for the “on-boarding” process. Honestly, I’ve never experienced a situation where it took over a week to start trading on a funded account. I’ve reached out to support for an update on my status, so I guess we’ll see how quickly they get back to me. It’ll be interesting to see what happens when I actually go to request a payout.

I’ve received four payments, each amounting to $5,000, and I must say the transactions have been processed remarkably quickly—usually within about an hour. Payments are issued weekly, and their policies appear to be quite clear and straightforward.
That said, there are areas for improvement. Enhancing the live chat support would be beneficial, as would reducing trading commissions. It strikes me as unusual that some demo trading firms charge commissions at all. Additionally, their automatic closure of positions once objectives for each phase are met is something to consider. It’s worth noting that the fee refund is applied to the first payment, rather than the third, which could be confusing for some.
