Initially, I was prompted to purchase the funding for a pips zero $10,000 account. After completing this, I was provided with login credentials for the trading platform; however, I was unable to execute any trades. They informed me that I needed to complete the KYC process. I complied with the identity verification requirements, but my proof of address was rejected. This same municipal document has been successfully accepted by multiple other platforms without any issues. Frustrated, I requested a refund since they could not accept my proof of address. Unfortunately, I found myself being shuffled from one agent to another, receiving the same list of acceptable proof of addresses, but no one was willing to discuss my refund. To sum it up, I want my $99 back because I couldn’t trade on their platform due to being blocked.
Regarding the ongoing refund issue:
I’ve read their response, and here are my concerns regarding this company, which seems like a scam:
1. My proof of address is issued by the municipality—a legitimate government entity. It features a handwritten format with the municipal logo, an official stamp, and the signature of the issuing official. I have successfully used this document with firms like FTMO, HFM, and Octa FX without any problems.2. They inform you of their requirements only after payment has been made. It seems they should verify documents beforehand to ensure approval before taking any money. Informing me that I can’t be approved after I’ve already paid feels like fraud. It smacks of a scam, as they set conditions for accepting clients after the fact. If I wasn’t made aware of these conditions before parting with my money, that crosses the line into fraudulent behavior.
3. Where can we report these companies? What recourse do clients have after being defrauded? Who regulates their activities?

For swing traders, this poses a significant issue, as it effectively means they can’t trade at all. With news events happening constantly, holding onto a position during these times is unavoidable.
Moreover, the lack of transparency and inadequate customer support creates additional frustrations, as representatives often reiterate the same unclear rules without providing real assistance.
