Certainly not the top choice for trading. While I appreciate the effort, you can’t simply impose new rules after a contract has been finalized. It’s highly questionable to have regulations hidden away on obscure pages rather than clearly stated on the trading rules page or the dashboard. All policies should be readily available for any trader to see before they start investing or trading, not tucked away in an “FAQ” section.
Additionally, the claims of breaching a 3% rule are unfounded; the evidence I provided clearly shows that I never exceeded a 3% loss on any individual trade. So, that’s another point that needs addressing. Trying to brush off these issues is not a solution. Quite frankly, in both situations, you have it wrong. Nowhere have I received any reimbursement, account do-over, or refund due to this lack of transparency. Instead, I’m left with responses that seem to come straight from an AI, lacking any real accountability or ethical considerations. It feels like they market themselves as “Funding Pips” while falling short compared to other firms, like My Forex Funds Jr.

My experience with Funding Pips started off quite positively; I successfully passed both phases of the challenge and got onboarded! However, things took a turn on the master account, which has a 3% loss limit per individual trade. I always set my stop-loss at around 2.7% to stay within that limit. But today, when trading XAUUSD, I opened a BUY position with 5 lots on a $100k account. Unfortunately, my stop-loss was missed by just 10 pips, resulting in a 3.3% loss on that trade, and they closed my account! Despite managing the risk appropriately, I lost my account due to slippage during a period with no high-impact news. This doesn’t strike me as professional behavior from a firm that claims to be the “BEST PROP FIRM.”
My account number is 5648100, and I’m simply asking for my account to be reinstated at the same balance. I believe I can recover from the losses caused by this slippage. For anyone considering this firm, be cautious, as slippage appears to be quite significant. It feels like they might be looking to breach your account, which means you’ll be pressured to buy a new one!
