I honestly feel like FundingPips scammed me. The problem started after I combined two 50k master accounts, which gave me a total balance of 100k. Then I opened two 0.5-lot positions in gold, and the trades were already in a loss.
Here’s the issue: when I closed the trades, my total loss was around $1,950. The time I submitted the close was 20:45, but the closure happened at 20:56. During that gap, the market moved and my loss jumped to over $2,000 (somewhere above $2.1k). Because of this, the firm’s rule—about 2% risk per trade—was triggered, and my account ended up getting breached.
When I explained everything to their support, they kept telling me it was “server issues,” and that’s exactly what caused the breach. To me, that explanation doesn’t hold up. If their server delay can trigger risk limits and breach an account, then they’re basically admitting the problem is on their side.

I have been trading with FundingPips for a few months now, and I finally managed to get my first funded account. At the same time, I also had two other accounts running pretty well, and both of them reached Phase 1 not long after.
Then, right after that success, I got a notification that all my accounts were blocked. We’re now more than three weeks in, and even though I’ve sent three separate emails, I still haven’t received a reply—no real explanation, nothing.
To be honest, it kind of feels like the moment you start doing well, they start looking for reasons to ban you. Suddenly you’re hit with accusations like copy trading or being part of a trading group, but there’s zero transparency about what exactly they claim and why.
What makes it even more questionable is that the trades they flagged as “copy trades” were actually losing trades. So yeah, that doesn’t really add up.
If a company decides you violated their rules, that’s their right, I guess—but then at least show clear evidence and communicate properly. Completely ignoring customer emails only makes the ban and the reasoning behind it feel unfair.
My advice: stay away from this company.
