Initially, this firm appears to offer an enticing opportunity for traders, but it quickly becomes evident that it might be too good to be true. For US-based traders, there was a significant change—they had their white label broker removed from MetaTrader and are now stuck using MatchTrader, which can be quite frustrating.
The platform doesn’t retain your selected timeframe, features wide spreads, and complicates the order entry process, often steering users towards market orders. Additionally, it’s essentially a demo account associated with an unregulated broker, raising potential conflicts of interest. Recent lawsuits involving prop firms have shed light on the risks posed by such unregulated entities.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. I received no notifications about the transition to MatchTrader; they simply deactivated all US accounts with a vague note about an “Announcement coming soon!” Weeks went by before they finally introduced MatchTrader, yet there was no email or documentation provided about the platform or the migration process.
In my attempt to request a refund to use a legitimate broker, I faced significant delays. They ultimately denied my refund request and even blocked the transaction with my bank. I had followed all account rules during my challenge, yet when I tried to trade on MatchTrader, I discovered that my account was closed—with no violations recorded. There’s supposedly unlimited time for trading in the challenge, and I’m still trying to resolve this with no response from their chat support.
It’s a puzzling situation, and I would recommend steering clear of this company for now. Consider alternatives like 1 of 1 or FTMO. This experience has been a real waste of my time and thoroughly frustrating as a customer. At this point, it feels like they’ve simply taken my money. My account number is 958678, and anyone can verify that no rules were broken.
