While they do offer communication through Discord and Telegram, which I understand some may prefer, I personally find those platforms frustrating and believe they shouldn’t be the primary mode of contact. I faced several hurdles trying to create a Discord account, which only added to my anxiety about receiving my funds—thankfully, I have my money now.
It’s important to highlight both the good and the bad. Thank you, Magnesium! Funding Traders isn’t a bad company at all; they have their strengths. Even when Futrad experiences downtime, I can’t fault them too much; their automated email service is quite reliable. Notifications about my coupons, account upgrades, and general updates always reached me, and I appreciate that.
Right now, I’m giving applause to Funding Traders. Your live chat feature on the website is, without a doubt, your strongest asset. If that weren’t available, I wouldn’t have been able to connect with Magnesium, who was fantastic in assisting me—yes, I probably pestered him, but the wait time was lengthy and, frankly, unreasonable. I hesitated to trade because I didn’t want to risk my profits.
I did try reaching out to a “Kraken,” but honestly, the assistance wasn’t very helpful, as they just directed me to Discord—clearly, I needed more direct help.

FT stands out for its incredibly responsive customer service. I’ve certainly faced my share of challenges while trading, but FT has consistently proven to be reliable. Their support team is genuinely helpful, with standout agents like Khalifa, Ced, Lance, and Saint always ready to assist.
I purchased a $50,000 trading account and, after a while, I managed to bump it up to about $50,900 in the initial stage. However, things took a turn when I went long on 3 lots of silver; initially, I faced a loss of roughly $400 due to what I felt were unfair spreads. That loss ballooned to around $790, prompting me to open another long position with 3 lots, which, surprisingly, started with a $400 loss as well. Just a minute later, I found my positions closed, accompanied by an email claiming a breach of their consistency rules! To top it off, my two trades ended up with losses of $790 and $405.
When I reached out to support to understand what went wrong, I was informed that I violated their rules based on their article. It’s amusing, really, because the article didn’t state anything about a 2% loss limit on similar positions. It only mentioned a maximum of 2% loss per trade at the beginning, suggesting I hadn’t actually breached that guideline. Towards the end of the article, however, they introduced this new phrase, “Trade Idea.” Curious, I inquired what they meant by that, and I was told it refers to a setup. I couldn’t help but wonder why they didn’t simply use the term “setup” from the start. The representative then went on to explain their definition of a trade idea, and I pointed out that they really should have included that clarification in the article. Instead of addressing my concerns, he suggested I buy another challenge!
I was left bewildered by the lack of response after that.

My advice is to steer clear of them, as their contradictory rules seem designed to confuse and take money from traders. Companies like this, along with their subpar customer service, seriously tarnish the industry.
