Caution is advised with this company; there seems to be a significant problem here. I successfully passed their exam, but then they claimed I had breached some rules and subsequently denied me my real trading account. It’s disappointing because I had high hopes. In my experience, they don’t come across as trustworthy—definitely not a legit operation. Just be careful and don’t fall for their tactics.

Having successfully completed two phases, I was dismayed to find that I wasn’t granted a funded account, and they didn’t offer any explanation for their decision.
Here’s the email I received:
“We regret to inform you that following a secondary review conducted by our senior risk team, the decision related to your account breach has not changed. Unfortunately, we can’t share the specific reason for this breach as stated earlier.
A refund for the account in question has been processed.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.”

The experience has been quite frustrating. I previously had a funded account and went through the KYC verification process smoothly. Recently, I completed another challenge and anticipated the review period of 24 to 48 hours, ideally just a day or two. However, today marks the two-week point since I submitted everything, and each time I contact the support team, they keep telling me to wait another two to three days. After multiple follow-ups, they finally mentioned that they would prioritize my case by creating a ticket. Yet, when I received the latest update, I was informed that I would need to wait another two to three business days. So, it looks like I’ll be waiting until next Wednesday.

I opened a phase 1 account, and when I tried to withdraw my funds, they informed me that my maximum loss was capped at my initial balance. Essentially, this meant I’d no longer be able to trade on that account. If you reach out to their support team, they’ll tell you it’s noted in the FAQ, but honestly, that’s just ridiculous! It feels like a scam! I’d highly recommend sticking with reputable firms and steering clear of these scammers.
