On the upside, when customer support is back online, they tend to respond fairly quickly.
However, I’ve encountered quite a few glitches that raised my eyebrows. For instance, I had an account that supposedly breached its limit, even though the balance clearly indicated that I was far from any breach. When I inquired about it, I was told that the markets had moved so quickly that it triggered a breach in the system. But by the time the trade was closed, the market had rebounded, leaving my account well above the breach level. It felt odd—strange, even—that I was just expected to accept their explanation without any concrete evidence.
Despite my initial optimism about this trading firm, I found their customer service and overall professionalism lacking compared to some of their competitors. Firms that go the extra mile to assist and resolve issues seem more appealing right now. So, if you’re considering investing here, it’s wise to exercise caution and do your homework first.

Overall, this platform serves as a fantastic option for traders looking to streamline their profit-making strategies, particularly when it comes to spread levels. I can attest that I passed my challenge without delay and received my payouts simultaneously, which was a significant plus.
However, I have a couple of concerns. Firstly, on the withdrawal page, they offer two options—Wise and bank transfer. Yet, I was unexpectedly required to create a Rise account to access my funds, which feels unfair. Why list Wise or bank transfer as available options if that’s not really the case?
Secondly, the maximum drawdown is based on your initial balance, which can easily be surpassed if you decide to withdraw all your profits.
Due to these issues, I’m giving a 3-star rating, but I still encourage others to consider their services while keeping their terms and conditions in mind.

When I attempted to withdraw my earnings, I encountered some unclear guidelines that I wasn’t adequately informed about. After making the withdrawal, my account was blocked. It’s frustrating to see such poor conditions for traders—if you complete their challenge and manage to get to the withdrawal stage, they might release your funds but then restrict your account afterward. I genuinely cannot recommend this firm.

I would advise caution regarding this company.
For quite some time, I’ve watched the CEO on YouTube promoting his software, often at the expense of the average retail trader, and now he’s established a proprietary trading firm aimed at these same traders.
It’s hard to count how many times his message has been to stop trading and quit wasting time on ineffective retail charts. He often claims you’ll inevitably fail if you don’t adhere to his teachings.
Given all this, I definitely plan to steer clear of this pricey prop firm!
