I opted for the Hydra Funding account, aiming to trade a curated selection of mid-cap altcoins. My intent was to take advantage of the unpredictable nature of altcoin trading, gradually building up my account balance over time.
Initially, it appeared promising, but soon I found that most altcoins had been removed from the platform, leaving only Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash available for trading. This situation wasn’t even the most frustrating aspect. When some altcoins were eventually reintroduced, they were not added back to my existing account. Essentially, the investment I made to trade altcoins became irrelevant. This was the primary reason I chose the Hydra Funding challenge account, so I would advise others to think twice before making a similar decision. These accounts can be reset at any moment, potentially barring you from trading assets for which you purchased the account. Additionally, there have been times when I was unable to close trades or take profits, which can lead to significant losses.
At first, I enjoyed the platform, and their customer service is rather commendable. However, considering this review is hosted on Trustpilot, I must admit that my overall trust in the service has diminished significantly. Now, I primarily use the platform sporadically to execute occasional trades with currency, Bitcoin, or Ethereum, all in an effort to recover my initial investment.
