I achieved a 5% profit during the funded stage with a $200,000 account and submitted my withdrawal request on February 29, 2024. The very next day, they denied my payout of $8,000, which is 80% of my $10,000 profit, citing “multiple IPs” as the reason. This reasoning seems absurd, especially considering that MFF has previously used similar tactics to deny payouts to Vietnamese traders, leading to legal action against them.
In their email, they stated: “Hi Hung, as mentioned by George, we have identified at least nine different users that we suspect may be involved with your account. Having multiple users from one IP address is generally not permissible at Instant Funding. While one other user is acceptable, having nine users from a single IP breaches our rules. If you cannot provide a valid explanation, we will need to close your accounts.” Without presenting any evidence, they chose to terminate my account and refused to process my payout. I requested proof since I only trade from my personal computer and phone, but all they offered was the email accusing me of misconduct!

Unless you can provide a valid reason, it’s acceptable to have one additional user, but nine users on a single IP violates our rules. Without presenting any evidence, they opted to close my account and deny my payout! I requested proof since I only trade on my computer and my phone, but they failed to provide anything other than their accusatory email. Ultimately, I had no choice but to accept a refund instead of risking losing everything. I strongly advise staying away from Instant Funding!

It’s hard to believe that my review was flagged for not being based on a genuine experience, especially considering I’ve been with this trading firm since 2017! You simply can’t get more real than that. Unfortunately, I have to say this firm feels unregulated and two-faced. They seem to have a habit of removing negative reviews from veteran customers. In fact, I just provided Trustpilot with all the accounts I’ve purchased since 2017. If my review doesn’t get reinstated, I won’t hesitate to take legal action against both Trustpilot and this frustrating prop firm. Bring it on!

The withdrawal procedures could definitely use some improvement, particularly concerning options like bank transfers. This marks the third firm I’ve encountered that struggles with efficient withdrawal processing. It’s puzzling, especially since they accept debit card payments; why can’t they provide a straightforward bank transfer option for UK customers, especially considering they are UK based?
This morning, I was surprised to find my account frozen. It seems that, like many others, they need to reconsider their platform choices. They’ve opted for the rather problematic DX Trade, which presents issues when trading on an iPad—namely, the inability to access charts, forcing users to revert to MT4 for market updates and time frames. Unlike other firms, they didn’t send out an email alert about these changes; I only discovered it through a post on their social media, which I rarely check.
A broader selection of withdrawal options and a transition to a more user-friendly platform would certainly enhance the overall experience.

InstantFunding has consistently engaged in practices that can be described as unfavorable for traders, particularly through excessive slippage that seems to benefit the firm more than its clients. I’ve witnessed multiple instances of this issue, but one stands out: a 15-point slippage on a trade that should have hit my take profit. When I reached out to customer support, the response I received was merely that “market conditions can cause slippage.” However, there is a clear distinction between typical slippage and actions that border on unprofessional. As a result of these experiences, I have no intention of using this company again.
I feel compelled to share an update on my situation. Unfortunately, my opinion of InstantFunding remains unchanged; they continue to operate in a questionable manner. Recently, I was contacted with an enticing offer of a $25,000 account in exchange for deleting my one-star review, which I naturally declined.
