    I reached out with a question after I thought I had passed the challenge with a profit of $3,000, only to discover there were additional profit targets I needed to meet for evaluation. While others explained what was needed, I struggled to understand how to calculate it myself. Fortunately, Stephanie stepped in and clarified everything for me after I had already consulted with three other support team members. A big thank you to Stephanie for her assistance!

    I went through the Help Center and checked out the Discord, but I still couldn’t wrap my head around the ‘minimum account balance lock.’ My account mentioned “account locks at 2100,” and I was worried because I was really close to that threshold. So, I hit up the chat for some clarity. Oliver responded SUPER quickly and totally understood my question, giving me a clear answer. Honestly, the customer service at MFFU is probably the quickest I’ve ever experienced in the industry! Five stars! Big thanks to Oliver!

    The customer service experience I encountered was quite disappointing. It felt as though I was interacting with an automated system; my inquiry was read three times but still went unaddressed. They ended up asking how they could assist me, despite the clarity of my message. After some back and forth, they initially promised me a refund but ultimately retracted that offer, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated.

    I admit that I made a genuine error by resetting my account rather than creating a new one just three days before the billing cycle ended. I had only executed a few low-risk trades, and my account was roughly at a break-even point. I really couldn’t afford to lose that money, yet they refused to extend any understanding or support in my situation.

    Overall, I found their service to be incredibly unhelpful.

    Unfortunately, there are no ACH payouts available, which is quite inconvenient. Instead, the firm uses Rise for transactions, but I’ve found that it’s often slow and sometimes restricts onboarding based on where you live. It seems odd that while getting payouts is such a hassle, they still allow you to purchase accounts without any issue.
