    I’ve been with this firm for quite a while and, honestly, I’ve had some significant successes, especially recently when I built an impressive expert portfolio. However, out of the blue, they identified a minor infraction and, to my shock, wiped my entire account. Now, I understand that mistakes can happen, but they weren’t open to discussion at all. It seems like they strictly enforce their rules only when it benefits them. When I was purchasing without a hitch, it was all good. But as soon as I got close to a sale, that’s when they decided to clamp down.

    I encountered a problem with the NinjaTrader platform that ultimately resulted in me failing an evaluation—though I admit part of it was my own fault. I took the time to explain the situation so they could investigate. To my surprise, they offered me a free reset. I sense a strong, lasting relationship with MFF. After looking into my situation, Akhi discovered that my request, which had been denied by a different agent the day before, could actually be approved by MFF within their company policies.     I really wish they would allow photo uploads. I felt penalized for a rule that seemed to be hidden; I couldn’t find it anywhere. Before making my purchase, I dedicated 17 days to combing through their guidelines as I had been caught up in the Fast Track Trading hype before and wanted to approach this with more caution. They claimed my account had insufficient funds, yet they proceeded to charge the account for the amount they alleged was missing (which turned out to be untrue, so the charge went through). Interestingly, it appears that to make a purchase via ACH, you need to maintain a $750 buffer in your account—but this requirement isn’t stated clearly. Overall, I cannot recommend this firm. While their customer service seems accessible, it becomes quite frustrating when you encounter an actual issue.

    The service here is absolutely terrible. They closed my funded account while it was still in profit for no valid reason. They claimed I traded during a major news event, but that’s simply not true—I closed the trade well before anything hit the news. It really feels like they are just looking for excuses not to pay out. I won’t be returning to this firm again! The customer support seems robotic and detached, almost like they don’t care one bit. It’s honestly a miracle how bad it is. What a complete joke—this should be rebranded as a disaster!
