The onboarding process has been quite seamless so far. I’ve recently received my evaluation account, though I’m still waiting for my first payout. I’ll be sure to provide an update once that happens. While I am already funded with multiple six-figure amounts at other proprietary firms, the reviews I’ve heard about MFFU have been overwhelmingly positive. Additionally, the customer service has been exceptional in assisting me with setting up my credentials and addressing my queries.

This firm stands out for its exceptional customer support; the support team and Discord moderators are both friendly and professional, especially when compared to some larger firms out there. The trading rules are quite straightforward and reasonable, making them easy to navigate. It’s evident that the firm truly cares about the success of its traders.
However, there’s a request to consider increasing the number of funded accounts available. Currently, traders have access to three simulated funded accounts and one live account. Overall, this is a solid firm to partner with!
Update: Recently, it seems that support has been experiencing delays. This might be due to a shortage of personnel, as the company appears to be in the process of hiring. Much like Apex, this firm is expanding rapidly and certainly has the potential to become a leader in the industry.

If I could rate this zero stars, I definitely would. I had over $5,000 in my funded account, and I was holding a position during the FOMC minutes—not the rate decision itself. From that trade, I made about $65, yet they still decided to fail my account! Just two days later, I received an email informing me that my account was disqualified. I attempted to protest this decision, but they refused to budge. To make matters worse, they even blocked me on Twitter! Isn’t that ludicrous? They promote their customer service and claim to be the best proprietary trading firm out there. Yet, firms like Apex or Topstep would not treat a trader this way!
The rule about not having an open trade during FOMC minutes is hidden away in their FAQ section. There was no warning, no opportunity for a second chance. I lost my entire $5,000 to $6,000 account because of this! This is a genuine review based on my personal experience.
I’ve learned the hard way that it’s prohibited. I can guarantee that many traders may not realize that trading during a JOBS REPORT could lead to the same consequences. It’s such a silly rule! It might be better to lock all accounts during those critical few minutes of the release instead of punishing unaware traders for a rule they didn’t understand!

Customer support is impressively responsive and, most importantly, friendly. I once made an error in a purchase but was able to secure a refund without hassle. Even though they are relatively new in the futures market, their receptiveness to customer feedback on what has proven successful—or not—among other firms really sets them apart as a trader-focused business. Unlike my experiences with other firms over the past year, trading with them has felt far less stressful, allowing me to trade more freely and in line with my usual style.
Of course, not everyone will appreciate some of the limitations they impose, but honestly, these are considerably less restrictive than those found with many other firms.
If you have even a slight interest, I truly believe you won’t be disappointed.
