Occasionally, it freezes, and I’ve experienced glitches during several of my trades. Additionally, I can’t view the details of my previously closed trades, which is frustrating. To be fair, I should mention that I am familiar with MT4 and MT5.

After completing the $160,000 copper program, I finally got their decision—not to offer me a funded account, but they did refund my fees. Honestly, I kind of expected this outcome. I had only a handful of trades with larger lot sizes, and while I didn’t technically break any rules, it felt like something was off. The firm could easily have laid out clear guidelines, specifying the need for consistency in lot sizes or a reduction in the daily maximum drawdown. Instead, it seemed they preferred letting me invest my time without clarity.
I used a price averaging trading strategy and even checked with their chat support to confirm if it was permitted. They assured me it was fine. However, the reason given was, “Unfortunately, the review has determined that the trading style and techniques used were not in alignment with our requirements and expectations. As a result, we must exercise our right to refrain from providing a funded RCF account.” It’s frustrating when there are unwritten rules that can cost you, and it feels like the firm doesn’t value transparency.

Because of this, I couldn’t execute my trade, resulting in a missed opportunity of $400. Unfortunately, there was no support from the company, and they didn’t offer any compensation. This isn’t just an isolated incident; I’ve encountered several issues where the support seemed lacking. Therefore, it’s crucial to invest your money wisely.
However, just two days later, I was contacted by the internal team at RebelsFunding. They took the time to understand my situation, and I appreciated their acknowledgment of the previous issues.
