I faced an issue during my challenge and reached out for assistance. After Waldy suggested I conduct some tests, I still wasn’t able to get my challenge refunded. Instead of helping me, neither Waldy nor Clarette offered any solutions or alternatives; it felt like they just didn’t want to assist at all.
The problem that Waldy created remains unresolved. This has been the worst service experience I’ve encountered so far.

I really can’t recommend this firm. No matter how much you invest in operations, it feels like you’re not getting your money’s worth. They also charge for their commission, which adds to the frustration. Plus, the spread is quite excessive. When your trade hits the stop loss, they end up charging you double, which is just not fair.

Additionally, the reality that the live accounts are essentially the same as demo accounts, not truly linked to any real trading, is really a deal-breaker for me. Being unable to use a regular account to replicate your own trades is quite a flawed model. Instead, you’re required to open a separate account with distinct objectives. There’s really nothing inappropriate about copying your own trades regardless of the account type. This rule seems designed to create unnecessary obstacles, making it more challenging to achieve success. It honestly doesn’t seem logical; it only serves to complicate matters.
Furthermore, the Apollo 11 strategy doesn’t align with the main goals necessary for passing the challenge.
