I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience with Rocket21 to help others steer clear of the same pitfalls I encountered.
Initially, I joined Rocket21 with great enthusiasm, drawn to their promising platform and services. Yet, on January 28, 2025, all accounts were suddenly suspended without any prior notice because of a migration to a new platform. Ever since that day, I’ve been cut off from my trading account and the service I paid for, with no clear timeline on when I’ll regain access to my funds.
To add to my frustration, I’ve been unable to obtain a refund, even though I can’t use the platform at all since the migration. The company has only provided vague updates and has hinted at an alternative platform being ready by the end of February. However, this does little to alleviate the stress of lost time and money.
I know there will still be folks who read this and choose to sign up with Rocket21—after all, I was once in that position, ignoring negative reviews. I really thought I could avoid being one of those who got burned. But here I am, having learned my lesson the hard way. My hope is that by sharing my experience, I can spare others from the frustration and disappointment I’ve endured.
Please proceed with caution and consider your decision carefully before moving forward with Rocket21. They took my money, left me without service, and have shown little concern for customer satisfaction.

This company raises some red flags; it seems to present itself as reputable at first. However, when numerous users begin requesting payouts, it appears they find ways to terminate contracts unexpectedly. For instance, after frequently changing their platforms, they now have implemented a policy where you only receive a single payout before being required to purchase a new challenge. I submitted my payout request over a month ago, citing their excuse of migration, yet I am still waiting. What bothers me the most is the looming threat of account termination after having invested two months of hard work.
