I purchased a trading challenge recently, but I encountered an issue logging into MT5. The default server for the broker’s demo account didn’t show up, and it took me a while to figure out that I needed to manually select and change the server.
After a few emails describing my struggle—admittedly, I’m a bit slow on the uptake—one of the customer service representatives kindly sent me a screen recording demonstrating how to change the server. Thanks to that guidance, I was finally able to log in. I truly appreciate the help!

In my experience trading with this firm, I’ve noticed that most currency pairs exhibit a discrepancy of roughly half a pip between the 8 cap on MT4 and the 8 cap on TradingView. There have been instances where I’ve been unexpectedly exited from a trade on MT4, while the 8 cap on TradingView didn’t come close to my stop loss. Another aspect I’d appreciate seeing improved is the inability to avoid being stopped out during major news events. While I understand the necessity to prevent unrealistic profits or sudden market spikes, it’s crucial for effective risk management to have my stop loss in a strategically placed area. This limitation often forces me to prematurely close a promising trade when significant news is imminent.
On a positive note, I must commend your customer service – it has been quite impressive. Additionally, the payout rates and fees appear to be reasonable overall.

The company alleged that I had two separate accounts under different names, trading two distinct instruments from the same device. This claim is completely unfounded, as I only trade gold on a dedicated server. I provided evidence to back my position, but my efforts seem to fall on deaf ears. Even more troubling is their assertion that this issue arose on the very first day I was funded. I had already received my first payout, and now that I’m requesting the second, they refuse it and come up with this fabricated story to close my account. This is truly disgraceful and comes off as scamming. Before anyone jumps to conclusions and suggests that I’ve violated the rules, let me clarify: I have adhered to every single guideline without fail and trade consistently over time. This situation is beyond frustrating. I am considering legal action and plan to report this LLC to the FCA.
