Ryan, the bodybuilder, seemed to reject quite a few payouts and even turned down funding for traders who had successfully completed two phases or were making significant profits. It’s disappointing to see SPT change their rules to disqualify traders in this manner. This company really leaves much to be desired. If you’re looking for a reputable proprietary trading firm, I strongly advise against going with this one.

Spt exceeded my expectations. I received a prop relief code granting me an impressive 80% discount on my purchase. However, I did need to reach out to customer service for my credentials since the process wasn’t automatic, likely due to crypto transactions. That said, the customer care team was exceptional—they guided me every step of the way and even promised a timeline for when I’d receive my account. To my surprise, I got it even sooner than expected. Overall, I have to say it was a fantastic experience.

I’ve been experiencing a drawdown on my SmartPropTrader phase 2 account for about 10 months, hanging at -7.9% since last July. I decided to reach out to the support team, specifically Christian and Olabanke, to request a switch from DX Trade to Match Trader. Now, technically, the company’s rules don’t allow for such a switch, but to my amazement, Christian not only offered to make the change to Match Trader but also provided me with two additional phase 2 accounts totaling 200K. This effectively wiped out my drawdown, which is simply mind-blowing.
I can’t express how surprised and thankful I am for their thoughtfulness, especially in a time when it’s hard to trust proprietary trading firms. Smart Prop Trader really stands out as a beacon of reliability. They genuinely value their clients and are focused on building long-lasting relationships with their traders. I’ve encountered other prop firms that have arbitrarily changed their rules, complicating the trading experience, but Smart Prop Trader remains consistent. I highly encourage everyone to consider using Smart Prop Trader. Huge thanks once again to Christian and Olabanke. You truly are the best!

I’ve been experiencing a drawdown on my phase 2 account for about nine months now, sitting at a current drawdown of -7.9%. Recently, I got in touch with the support team, specifically Christian and Olabanke, to request a switch from the DX Trade platform to Match Trader. Even though their policy typically doesn’t allow for such changes, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me two new 100K phase 2 accounts while canceling my drawdown. Plus, they are moving the new accounts to Match Trader. It feels like a 2-for-1 deal, which is honestly incredible. The level of consideration this company shows towards its traders is truly remarkable. I’ve dealt with issues at other firms, but it’s clear that Smart Prop Trader stands out from the crowd, especially during times when it’s hard to trust anyone. They aren’t arbitrarily changing trading rules either. I believe in this firm and wholeheartedly encourage others to give them a try. Huge thanks to Christian and Olabanke – you guys are exceptional!

Following that, they blocked my access to their Discord and even prevented me from logging into their website. After having successfully withdrawn a total of $15,000 and even going through an interview process, they suddenly banned my account for reasons unknown to me. Now, my account seems to have vanished entirely. I would caution others to proceed with skepticism regarding their practices.

This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve encountered with a proprietary trading firm. The platform, dxtrader (definitely look up their reviews before you sign up), frequently freezes, leading to significant losses—mind you, I have fiber, and everything else operates smoothly. I literally had to threaten to contact my credit card company just to get a refund from them. On top of that, I’m bombarded with emails despite repeatedly requesting to be removed from their mailing list. Honestly, I have no clue how they manage to stay in business. Giving them one star feels excessively generous.

On another occasion, I wanted to switch from DXtrade to Matchtrade. After submitting my request, my account was changed in less than a minute. Thank you, KED!
The team on Discord is incredibly responsive and provides excellent guidance and support. I received fantastic help during Phase 1 and Phase 2, leading to my FUNDED account. The KYC process went smoothly, and the team got me set up with my funded account as quickly as possible.
