Before, this firm was one of the best, but lately things have started looking kind of dubious. Their current Profit Score Rule feels like a trap meant to keep traders “under control.” They’ll tell you the rule is for consistency, but honestly that doesn’t seem true. To me, it’s more like they want profitable traders to be handicapped so we can’t explore our strategy properly.
Also, the limit on trade size is quite restrictive. You can only open up to 5 positions, and once you hit that cap, you can’t go beyond it. Again, it looks like these rules are designed to reduce flexibility and keep traders from making the moves they actually need.
This is a firm I used to recommend heavily. I even referred a lot of people in the past, but I’ve stopped promoting them now because of these questionable policies and overall terrible rule set.

Ten Trade is honestly the best prop firm I’ve dealt with so far. Their services are solid—verification is fast and everything feels reliable. I really like that side.
That said, there’s one downside: their spreads on some pairs are a bit too wide. It can limit what you’re able to trade, especially if you prefer familiar instruments like crypto.
And the part that hits me the hardest is the daily target. You can cut losses pretty easily, no problem. But when it comes to taking only half profits and stopping because you’ve reached the daily goal, it really hurts. Sometimes it’s just frustrating, not gonna lie.

Honestly, Tentrade’s trading restrictions feel both disappointing and kinda counterproductive.
On paper, the maximum daily profit cap and lot size limits are supposed to manage risk. But in practice, they don’t just “limit exposure” — they also cap how well a trader can execute their plan. Not everyone trades the same way or uses a low-risk, high-frequency style. A lot of us depend on higher risk-to-reward setups, like 1:5 or even 1:10, where patience and accuracy matter more than quick, constant entries.
The daily profit limit also creates this weird situation where good performance gets punished. If a setup normally has strong potential, say around 1:10, it can end up being squeezed down to something closer to 1:2 just to stay inside the rules. That isn’t really risk management — it feels more like strategy sabotage.
Then there’s the lot size restriction, which further reduces flexibility. It becomes harder to size positions properly based on your personal risk model, your account balance, and what the market is doing at that moment.
Overall, these controls don’t really support skilled traders. They restrict them. If the goal is to help people succeed, then more flexibility should be the priority instead of rigid limitations that force traders to compromise their strategies.

The customer service and the withdrawal process have really good pace overall. I didn’t wait too long at any step, and that helped a lot since I had some urgent needs. Support replies are usually clear, and they actually guide you rather than just sending generic messages.
That said, it can get a bit slow at peak times—probably due to volume. Still, for me the experience has been fairly smooth, and the withdrawal model feels responsive compared to a lot of other services I’ve tried.

Ho deciso di investire 42.000 dollari (sì, proprio quella cifra) in un fondo focalizzato sullo sviluppo di sistemi di raffreddamento per il calcolo quantistico. In fase iniziale tutto sembrava impeccabile: il “Consulente Tecnico Principale” si è mostrato davvero preparato, con report molto dettagliati su test di thermal profiling e previsioni legate a domande di brevetto. Addirittura parlavano di un potenziale ritorno del 21% al termine del round successivo, e le argomentazioni erano presentate con sicurezza. Per settimane ci siamo sentiti spesso, con call lunghe e tecniche, soprattutto su scalabilità dell’hardware e sui principi fisici della loro tecnologia proprietaria. Dopo tutto quel lavoro, mi sono convinto di sostenere qualcosa di davvero rivoluzionario.
Detto questo, il cambio di comportamento è stato immediato appena il bonifico è stato confermato. Prima ricevevo aggiornamenti quasi quotidiani su Slack e briefing tecnici ordinati, ma da un giorno all’altro è sparito tutto: credenziali del “Tracciatore delle Milestone del Progetto” revocate senza alcun preavviso, e ogni tentativo di contattarli sulla presunta linea “privata” finiva in occupato o in una risposta standard “fuori ufficio”. In pratica, un blackout totale della comunicazione trasparente che avevano usato come base per quel rapporto professionale durato circa tre mesi.
La parte che mi ha colpito davvero è stata quando ho verificato la collaborazione universitaria di cui parlavano. Ho contattato direttamente il laboratorio e la cosa non risultava nemmeno: nessun prototipo in corso, nessun registro di laboratorio, nessuna spiegazione plausibile su dove fosse finito il mio capitale. L’atmosfera colta e “seria” costruita durante il reclutamento è stata rimpiazzata da un muro di silenzio. Non c’era alcun punto di contatto per i miei dubbi, né aggiornamenti tecnici reali.
A quel punto, la mia impressione (purtroppo) è stata amara: il rigore scientifico ostentato sembrava più una messa in scena che un percorso concreto. Ho provato frustrazione non solo per il possibile rischio di perdere 42.000 dollari, ma anche per il modo in cui avevano sfruttato la mia curiosità verso tecnologie emergenti. E, guardando indietro, il silenzio aveva proprio l’aspetto di una tattica—far passare il tempo, far perdere interesse, far smettere di cercare persone e responsabilità.
Per fortuna, non mi sono fermato lì: ho fatto analizzare l’intera cronologia delle transazioni digitali da terze parti competenti (non entro nei dettagli pubblici, ma parliamo di tecniche forensi e controlli incrociati). Hanno rilevato come venissero aggirati diversi livelli di crittografia e come i fondi venissero dirottati tramite una rete di conti di compensazione internazionali. Dopo ulteriori pressioni tecniche e verifiche, alla fine hanno dovuto procedere con la restituzione dell’intero investimento.
In sintesi, è stata una lezione davvero dura: competenza tecnica, documentazione complessa e report “di alto livello” non sono garanzia di onestà. Se un’azienda sparisce appena arrivano i soldi, non sta sostenendo davvero un’innovazione—sta solo vendendo un’illusione. Per me è stata estenuante, ma almeno ora so cosa controllare davvero prima di muovere anche solo una parte di capitale.

Honestly, there aren’t any complicated rules here. Just make sure your profit stays below the 25% profit score and you’ll get a fast payout every time. Their customer support team (and the managers too) are really super supportive, they guide you through everything you need, step by step.
If they continue with this kind of transparent service, I’ll keep recommending TenTrade to many more people. Well done!

For my $3k account, my profit target came out to about 75 USD. But from what you explained in your rules video, if any trade goes past the profit score, you just keep trading until everything lines up again. In my understanding, that means I shouldn’t have to reset the account and start over from scratch.
I’m honestly asking you to return my old account so I can continue trading until I reach the appropriate profit score. Please restore it with the last balance of 3322.17 USD, so I can keep going and close this challenge properly.
Also, I think you should consider adding an option on your website where clients can choose—either they want a reset or they want to continue until they meet the profit margin. You guys are not exactly forward thinking. Do you know how hard it is to pass a challenge, and then suddenly you want to force a reset?
I contacted one of your reps by email and they told me it’s not possible. Please what does that even mean? If the rules say we continue trading, then why was I not allowed to do the same?

What could make TentTrade reset my account without paying me? I followed through after the account hit about 10% of my capital, but then it got reset anyway. Honestly, this is really annoying and I don’t think the process is fair. If the platform is going to close out accounts, they should at least honor what I’ve already earned.
