This project feels like a scam. It’s evident that the owner is deceiving people left and right.
The new owners acquired the firm under dubious circumstances, having seemingly taken over without any real capability to manage it effectively. Unfortunately, it feels like the focus has shifted entirely toward scamming sales rather than genuine business operations. This situation raises serious concerns about the leadership and the firm’s future viability.
This company has proven to be nothing short of a scam. I’ve experienced first-hand their refusal to payout and the constant termination of accounts for vague reasons. Initially, they delayed my payout from July 10th to July 18th, and after much back and forth, they finally approved it on July 18th. The payout amount was around $462, and shortly after regaining access to my account, I managed to earn an additional $2,000 in profits. Yet, like many others, I never saw that money. They kept telling me I would receive my funds “asap” over the weekend, but that promise never materialized.
Then, on July 31st, I received a dubious email claiming my account was breached for unspecified reasons. When I reached out to their support on Instagram, I was informed it was an automated message due to some migration process, assuring me I would regain access once it was complete. Initially, they claimed the migration would take a week, then it stretched to two weeks. After a month of waiting, the Instagram admin mentioned they were rolling out accounts individually and that I would receive my new credentials soon. However, when I inquired about it, they demanded I send the receipt for my account purchase, which I never received.
Despite informing them that I didn’t have that receipt—indicating it might be on my dashboard—I discovered I could not even log into my account because my credentials were removed. The admin insisted the migration was thorough, but it was clear that even the dashboard had not been properly handled. After submitting screenshots of my card purchase, the payout approval, and other documents, I was told to wait for an update from the customer team. Then, out of nowhere, I received a response from someone named Raj, who stated I had been banned from The Forex Funder and promptly blocked me.
This company is a massive scam, taking money from traders under the guise of a legitimate prop firm. I had used a special coupon from their Discord channel that supposedly allowed trading during news events without a stop loss, yet they continued to dismiss my payout requests and the profits I had accrued. In total, they have withheld around $2,460 from me, including the refund for passing their challenge.
In response to my previous review, the new AXE Securities team requested I fill out a form and provide proof of the approved payout. It’s been almost ten days since I submitted everything, and there has been no response. Clearly, AXE Securities isn’t much better and seems just as unhelpful. This organization is rife with scammers who exploit individuals in the name of proprietary trading. They’ll ask for emails and claims, but despite submitting everything they require, they consistently come up with reasons to deny payouts, using migration as an excuse. I have the screenshots and evidence to back up all my claims.
The service here is quite disappointing, and I would caution anyone against trusting them. Unfortunately, it feels like a scam. From my experience, they don’t follow through on payments, leaving many to wonder if they will ever see their money.
I had my withdrawal request accepted, and they issued a withdrawal certificate. However, I’ve been waiting for months without receiving any payment. They keep claiming they’re in the process of migrating, and now that they’ve been acquired by another firm, I find it impossible to reach them. I’ve sent multiple emails to support, but to this day, I’ve received no response. They did send a form for me to fill out to facilitate the payment, which I completed, but since then, I haven’t heard a word from them.
They responded to my review with a link stating they have new management, yet I still haven’t received my payout. When I got funded, there was no contract for me to sign. It seems they don’t honor their payouts. If you’re reading this, I want to warn you that their rating is declining for a reason—don’t fall for their trap. I’ll continue to post updates here until I receive my rightful payout.
Axe Securities currently lacks any reviews on Trustpilot, which leads me to believe that this firm might just be a rebranding of TFF. It wouldn’t be surprising if they decide to discard the TFF name and relaunch under this new banner, especially since they seem to have existing challenges already in place. For those feeling wronged by TFF’s actions, it might be worth leaving a review for Axe as well. The previous misconduct by TFF needs to be addressed, and it’s crucial that they do not simply escape accountability through a name change, only to repeat the same practices.
I’ve shared some thoughts here previously, stating that this firm operates like a scam. With a staggering 39% of reviews being negative, mostly with a score of 1, it’s hard to trust the positive feedback, which seems either fabricated or from traders who haven’t yet passed their challenges. Initially, my experience was acceptable until the migration occurred, coincidentally right after I passed my challenge. After that, everything went downhill. The customer support team kept asking for evidence regarding various claims and offered different excuses each time. My new live account wasn’t migrated, and I never received the promised $1,000 compensation that was supposed to go to all live account holders. That happened a few months ago, and I believe I’m justified in calling them scammers.
I had nearly forgotten about the whole situation until I received an unexpected email this week. It apologized for the previous staff’s actions and mentioned a takeover with plans to rectify past scams. I filled out a form as requested and now I’ll wait to see if anything positive happens from their recent commitments. It looks like there are quite a few people in similar situations, either owed payouts or without their live accounts migrated. Time will tell if this new management can address everyone’s problems and act responsibly. The jury is still out on this, as I need to see new login details for my live account first. I’ll keep you updated on my progress, but until my account is reinstated, I can’t recommend investing your hard-earned money with this company. It will likely leave you discouraged about prop firms, yet there are still reputable ones out there despite my experiences. History has shown me that this company cannot be trusted.
The ongoing migration process at this trading firm has been a bit frustrating. We’ve been able to trade for just one week, and then it’s back to waiting for yet another migration. It feels like the entire company revolves around this issue, making it really hard to engage in regular trading. Honestly, if you come across another firm that offers a more stable experience, it might be worth considering. However, I truly believe that if they can resolve this migration problem, they could emerge as a top-tier company in the industry. Here’s hoping they find a solution soon!
I was rejected with a $10,000 investment, and they never told me which rule I supposedly broke. It’s quite frustrating! Honestly, it feels like TJFX is in a rough spot right now.
I’m still waiting to receive my challenge; I feel like I’ve been scammed! Every day, I find myself leaving a review until I finally get my money back.
I would definitely advise against this proprietary trading firm. It’s a bad experience overall. I passed Phase 1 without any drawdowns, yet they ended up blocking my account. I can’t recommend anyone to invest in an account with them. Just a heads up!
I have serious concerns about this trading firm. Their support team has been incredibly unhelpful, which is frustrating. I reached out to understand why my trade closed automatically, and they casually mentioned something about a migration issue. When I inquired further, asking how long this would take, their response was rude, telling me not to spam them. To make matters worse, they even blocked me without any valid reason.
I attempted to present my case regarding my funds, only to find that they closed my position at a loss, and this wasn’t the first time. It feels like they are deliberately cheating their clients. Overall, my experience with them has been quite negative, and I would strongly advise potential traders to be cautious.
I strongly advise caution when considering TFF; my experience has been quite troubling. Reflecting on my previous review, I reached out to them about my payout, and nothing has materialized. I have now been waiting for over 50 days, and prior to the migration, they assured me that I could request my payout after it was complete. However, following the migration, they’ve changed their story, stating that I must trade again for another 30 days to be eligible for my payout. It’s incredibly frustrating.
On a different note, I had an account valued at 1 million dollars that has now been reduced to a mere 200k after the migration. When I inquire about this, they repeatedly ask for a screenshot of my previous account numbers and other details, claiming they’ll open a ticket. Yet, each day passes without any real progress—just the same routine.
Now they want me to provide proof that my account was active before the migration, which seems unnecessary since they should have access to that information. Anticipating this scenario, I took screenshots and recorded clips, but they dismiss everything as insufficient proof. They request screenshots of the old dashboard, but we can’t even log into it anymore! It’s utterly disheartening.
Please, do yourself a favor and steer clear of purchasing any challenges from this firm. You risk being scammed, just like I was.
This firm operates like pure thieves. I fell victim to their scam and was even blocked from their X platform. I purchased an account, and for four days they kept claiming they were migrating it. I ended up waiting over 26 days, just for them to finally say they would send me the logins. Their live chat representatives, Thelma and Usman, are nothing but scammers. I seriously cannot recommend anyone to buy any of their products. They market their services just to con people, all under the leadership of their boss, TJFX, who seems to be active on all platforms.
Caution is advised when dealing with this firm. It appears they consistently fail to process withdrawals from funded accounts. Each time a request is made, they extend the payout timeframe by another 30 days, often citing changes related to a new platform as the reason. Engaging with them seems to lead to a lack of financial returns.
As an update, I did submit the form mentioned in the comments and will provide new information in a few days if there’s any change in my situation.
Two weeks have passed since I filled out the form, and I haven’t received a single response or any form of communication from TFF.
Even after a manager change, I saw no improvement in my situation. Unfortunately, it seems you won’t be seeing your funds. It’s clear that the Forex Funder operates under questionable practices.
I find myself quite disappointed with my experience here. After months of communication with the support team regarding my pending payment of $9,000, I was informed that I would not be receiving it because of alleged Micro Lot usage. However, I truly believe that this claim is unfounded. Unfortunately, I lack the means to substantiate my position since, quite cleverly, they reset the dashboard, reminiscent of a previous migration issue that left many traders unable to validate their accounts. To make matters worse, my payout request led to an automatic logout from the Match Trader app. It’s frustrating that they can assert such claims without any way for me to counter them, thanks to the dashboard reset. I genuinely hoped that they valued their traders, but my experience suggests otherwise.
This is arguably one of the worst firms out there. I purchased an account six months ago on MT5, and the experience has been frustrating. After waiting two months, they finally moved my account to Match Trader. I was just 0.5% away from passing Phase 2 when they breached the accounts again for three weeks, only to ask me to switch back to MT5. To make matters worse, a friend of mine has been waiting for his payout for six months.
I requested a payout in February 2024 and have yet to receive it. Over two months ago, I made another request, but once again, nothing has come through. They keep providing the same excuses, and it’s frustrating. This proprietary trading firm will face consequences for their actions – they really are scammers. I genuinely believe TJ will pay for all the people he has deceived.
I invested in a $50,000 funded account with this firm, and after placing just one trade, I woke up to find that my trade and account had been abruptly closed without any prior notification. They claimed to be undergoing maintenance and migrating systems, announcing that August 13 would be the day. Now, it seems they’ve lost their brokerage and have potentially scammed numerous clients. I genuinely hope they face legal action and are held accountable for their actions. I made my payment through cryptocurrency, leaving me with no option for a refund. This company appears quite dubious, and even their employees seem questionable. I was removed from their Discord chat just for inquiring about when an important announcement would be made; the agent simply responded with, “Stuff happens,” before kicking me out.
Please, save your money and avoid making any purchases here.
P.S. This company remains a scam—stay away!
I really wish I could give a zero or even a negative rating. They haven’t paid my payout for the last four months, and to make matters worse, they terminated my accounts without providing any valid explanation. Please, don’t waste your time and money with these scammers.
I feel compelled to share my experience regarding this trading firm, and I strongly advise against purchasing any tests from them. It seems like they are preying on individuals’ hopes and dreams. Since March 2024, I’ve been stuck in an endless testing process. They have a tendency to vanish without a trace, claiming they’re migrating to different platforms. In fact, this year alone, they’ve done it twice.
You’re left in the dark, wondering about your account and credentials. When you try to reach out, they assure you not to worry and promise a return by a specific date. However, that date comes and goes without any updates. They continue to offer new excuses and set yet another return date, but they never follow through. It feels like a strategy to drain customers’ patience and ultimately their funds.
As someone who has been a trader for many years, I have never come across such behavior in my career. I urge anyone who has aspirations in trading to steer clear of this company. Getting involved could very well result in losing not just your money, but also precious time that you can never get back.
Fifteen days ago, I purchased two funded accounts of $25,000 each from Forex Funder, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Since I made the purchase, trading has been impossible due to the firm’s constant claims that my accounts are “under migration.” Initially, I was assured that the migration process would be finalized by August 13th. Here we are, well past that deadline, and I still haven’t received any updated account details.
I placed my trust in Forex Funder for my investment, but they have utterly disappointed me. Now, I find myself questioning whether I’ll ever regain access to my accounts or if this is simply a scam. I strongly caution anyone thinking about teaming up with Forex Funder to reconsider their options. Please don’t fall into their ongoing migration trap, as it causes significant financial and emotional strain.
I would rate this firm zero stars if it were an option. Ever since their so-called “migration,” payouts have completely stopped. I submitted a payout request on May 16, and here we are, August 11, without seeing a penny. Each week, I hear the same story, being told to wait for my payment by the end of the week. Now, they’re going through yet another “migration,” which makes it seem like they’re finally about to pull the rug out from under us for good.
I have serious concerns about this firm. My $50,000 account was compromised for no apparent reason. When I reached out to support, all I got was a repetitive message about their ongoing migration process. It’s disappointing, to say the least. I strongly advise against trusting this firm. Don’t fall for the hype around their 60%, 65%, or even 70% discounts, claiming they’re ending soon. Be cautious!
This company feels like a scam! I’ve been waiting for my payout on account 24530, and if you don’t resolve this issue soon, I’ll start posting negative feedback every day. I’ve tried reaching out through live chat, but you just don’t respond anymore. It’s really disappointing, and I hope to see some action on this matter.
This firm is a total scam. I’ve had nothing but negative experiences here. The level of dishonesty is astonishing. I urge anyone considering them to think twice; it’s not worth the risk. Honestly, there are far better options out there.
Beware of the enticing offers like 40%, 50%, or even 60% off, along with promotions such as buy one get one free. This company really struggles with tech support and seems to be in a constant state of transition between different platforms. Initially, we were on Meta 4 and 5, then moved to TradeLocker, and cTrader is now the latest shift. Unfortunately, our accounts have been unexpectedly disconnected from the trading platform without explanation. We are unable to trade despite not having violated any terms, and logging into the dashboard to check our progress has become impossible. Instead of focusing on providing real value to traders, there seems to be more emphasis on pushing discounted challenges to buy. A suggestion: prioritize the support and quality of service you offer rather than just the price of your challenges. And please, can you restore both accounts that I purchased from your company? Thank you.
I have to say, this is by far the worst proprietary trading firm I’ve ever dealt with. The customer support? Absolutely pathetic. I’ve been waiting for my payout from a $25,000 account for nearly three weeks now, and still no response. It feels like they’re just stringing me along with excuses instead of actually paying out.
The Forex Funder appears to be a scam. I had my payout approved just last week, yet today I found out it was rejected due to a so-called hard breach. The reported reason? I traded a micro lot on my account, which led to the rejection of my approved payout. I strongly advise steering clear of this firm; it seems all their content creators and ambassadors are complicit in this scheme.
My experience with this proprietary trading firm has been incredibly disappointing. I’ve encountered numerous issues with the MatchTrader app on my phone; it can be quite frustrating to find myself needing to tap the buy or sell buttons multiple times—sometimes up to five just to get a trade opened. There have been instances where I even ended up with two positions open at the same time, which is concerning.
To make matters worse, the firm’s communication regarding my account was poor. I was left without access for about six to eight weeks due to an alleged update. Initially, they claimed it would only take a week, but after that timeframe, they continued to provide excuses, dragging on the delay. It feels like there’s been a pattern of unfulfilled promises. Eventually, I regained access to my account, but it was completely out of the blue—no emails, no notifications from them whatsoever. I feel they’ve seriously mishandled my account, and I’m left without any response. I simply want my money back!
I had a disappointing experience with this proprietary trading firm, which I believe operates in a questionable manner. After waiting patiently for an approved payout for ten working days, I was shocked to find that they breached my account, claiming I held positions overnight. The truth is, I never held anything overnight or over the weekend. This feels like a scam to me.
While I have to give credit to their support team—they’re quite responsive during the initial phases—once it’s time to receive payments, everything changes. It’s always one excuse after another, leading to endless delays.
I’m considering filing a complaint with the authorities in London to investigate these practices further. If you’re thinking about working with this firm, I strongly advise you to steer clear. You might save yourself a lot of trouble.
After waiting three months for my migration and another three months for my payout, my request was rejected. They breached my account with their new rule against weekend holding! When I initially purchased their challenge, I was allowed to hold positions overnight and over the weekend. Suddenly, after the migration, they enforced this new rule without any prior notice. There were no emails, no messages from support, and not a single post on social media to inform us. It’s clear they’ve denied payouts across the board—no one has been paid in the last six months! This has to be one of the worst proprietary trading firms out there; I feel scammed!
This proprietary trading firm raises serious concerns for potential investors. Those considering making a payment should exercise extreme caution, especially with the persistent 60% discount they promote year-round. I purchased an account with them recently, and since July 7th, my dashboard has not been updated. I achieved 80% of the profit target, but unfortunately, Ctrader is not functioning properly with this firm. After reaching out to Ctrader support, I learned that they have no association with this company. They provide you with fake account credentials that may work initially in Ctrader, but you risk getting logged off after just a week.
To add to my disappointment, their customer support is notably inadequate. It seems like it’s always the same representative available—either Thelma or Osman—and they consistently deliver the same scripted responses.
I strongly advise caution regarding this firm; they appear to be among the most deceitful operators in the industry. They even restrict communication in their Discord to avoid being exposed. Additionally, the influencer promoting them seems to be in it solely for the money, so take their endorsements with a grain of salt.
In summary, this situation seems to be a significant scam!
This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I reached out for clarification on their rules, but they were never clear, leaving me confused with their responses. Eventually, they accused me of violating these vague rules and terminated my account just as I was waiting for my payout. I strongly advise against working with them. Their lower prices come at the cost of service quality and honesty, which are both nonexistent. If you care about your hard-earned money, it’s best to steer clear of this firm.
My experience with this firm has been incredibly frustrating. I requested a payout on June 9th, and I was informed that the approval would take between 1 to 5 business days. Initially, I was fine with that timeline. However, as days turned into weeks—one week, two weeks, then three—I found myself repeatedly reaching out to their live support. What I encountered were excuses after excuses.
The team claimed that today was a migration day, and the next day, they said it was impossible to process the payout through crypto, urging me to provide my bank details instead. The following week seemed to bring even more excuses, with promises to check back then. Nearly a month later (almost two weeks ago), they finally approved my payout, telling me it would take 24 to 48 hours for the funds to reach my crypto wallet.
As the time passed, I returned to live chat for an update, only to hear that it would still take 1 to 5 business days, and I should expect a response by Monday. Now, here I am on Tuesday, left in the dark about whether I will ever see my funds.
In my opinion, this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a proprietary trading firm.
My experience with this firm was quite disappointing. They failed to return my funds, and when I expressed my concerns in a review, their response was to direct me to their support team. I reached out via email, but received no reply. I also tried contacting them through the live chat—still no response. It’s important to exercise caution with these guys; I feel they’ve been dishonest.
I’m quite disappointed with TFF right now. Back in early July, I initiated my payout, and it’s been 16 business days with no resolution in sight. I’m not outright accusing TFF of any wrongdoing just yet, but their only feedback has been that I’ll be contacted shortly regarding the payout issue. If they manage to process it successfully, I might just rethink my rating and bump it up to a full 5 stars.
I began my journey with this firm on January 22, 2024, purchasing a $10,000 account that came with two evaluation phases: one at 8% and the other at 5%. Unfortunately, what followed was nothing short of a series of disappointments. Right after buying the account, I encountered a server outage, and even after several months of waiting for service to resume, I received a completely incorrect account with just a 10% evaluation phase—without any prior notice.
Numerous attempts to reach out to customer support about this issue have gone unanswered. When I started trading, I quickly realized that my account didn’t match the parameters of the original account I had purchased. I successfully hit the 8% target in the first phase, but there was no action from their end. The trading application itself is quite frustrating; for instance, an error caused me to hit the maximum daily loss limit. Despite contacting support again, nobody seems willing to address my concerns or provide a satisfactory solution.
The firm seems to have a serious issue with payouts. After more than four months of waiting, I’d say it’s in the danger zone. It’s frustrating when you put in the effort but don’t see any returns. I strongly advise caution if you’re considering working with them.
I wish I could give zero stars. Right now, I’m feeling completely drained. After six months of hard work, I finally got funded, only to face major issues with the payout. They seem to always find a reason to breach your account. For instance, they claimed I didn’t trade in January, yet I bought my account in March after the migration. It’s honestly frustrating!
This is arguably the worst proprietary trading firm I’ve ever encountered. To say their customer service is inadequate would be an understatement. I’ve had multiple issues, and it feels like they simply won’t follow through on payouts. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I’m just starting out with this firm, and I have to say their customer service is pretty quick to respond. I’m giving them a solid 4 stars for that. Once I get more settled and start seeing some payouts, I’ll definitely be back to update my rating to 5 stars!
I haven’t tried this proprietary trading firm myself, but after scanning through these reviews, there’s absolutely no way I would ever consider paying for their challenge! Trading in the forex market is tough enough, and the idea of dealing with dishonest prop firms is just absurd! I’m really grateful for the insights shared here. You’ve saved me a substantial amount of money because I was on the verge of purchasing a challenge this very evening. 🫠
The Forex Funder does not seem like a credible proprietary trading firm. They asked me for a screenshot of my dashboard, despite the fact that I had already provided it. It feels as if they’re attempting to mislead their clients.
This proprietary trading firm has proven to be a scam, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Based on my personal experience, they have been unable to process any withdrawals, regardless of the situation. It’s frustrating to deal with a firm that doesn’t deliver on their promises, so I would recommend exploring other options for your trading needs. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
The discounts offered by this proprietary trading firm are quite appealing, but unfortunately, there are significant shortcomings as well, particularly regarding payouts. Delays are not uncommon, often exceeding the promised four days; in some instances, traders wait for several months to receive their earnings. As traders, we have elevated expectations, especially when we invest our hard-earned money to partner with a firm like this.
Another concerning aspect is the 10-second rule, which I find frankly outrageous. If you happen to close a position that’s been open for even less than 10 seconds, you risk being breached. This can occur even after just one or two such incidents, resulting in the loss of your hard-earned trading funds. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this prop firm. They seem to prioritize profit over trader satisfaction. Don’t be misled by attractive prices or discounts—even if the profit split is as high as 95%. It would be more beneficial for them to concentrate on enhancing their services rather than producing podcasts.
I purchased a $10,000 challenge account on July 14, 2024, and as of now, I still haven’t received my trading credentials. They keep citing technical issues and telling me to wait. Initially, they said to give it 12 hours, but here I am—39 hours later—and there’s been no update.
I’ve even provided them with my order receipt, yet they continue to ask me to hold on. This feels very much like a scam, and I urge others to be cautious of the enticing 60% discounts they offer.
This proprietary trading firm doesn’t quite operate like a real prop firm. Instead, it feels more like an online network designed to lure in new traders willing to pay for various challenges, all in the hopes of transforming their financial future. Unfortunately, it seems clear they have no genuine intention of delivering any payouts. I genuinely caution against taking advice from the guy known as FX Carlos on YouTube; he endorses this firm but I suspect he’s just another scam artist. The reality is that when you pay, you’re primarily just paying for practice. You’ll likely find greater benefits in using a demo account instead. It’s simply not worth the stress—this company isn’t the right choice. After dedicating a lot of effort to pass my $400,000 evaluation, I’m left feeling frustrated knowing that the payout I requested over a month ago will probably not come through. And to TFF, please avoid responding with those robotic messages asking me to reach out, because I won’t be doing that.
Mireille Terry
I genuinely feel like they are running a scam. It’s hard to shake off the feeling that their practices aren’t entirely above board. I’ve encountered numerous issues with their operations, which left me questioning their integrity. From my experience, it seems more like a setup than a legitimate trading opportunity. It’s disappointing because I had high hopes initially, but now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
