    I honestly thought I was making real money for months with what seemed like a legitimate site. Then it all unraveled, and I eventually found out I’d been hit with a carefully planned scam totaling $124,300 in losses. The whole thing ran on slick, fake dashboards and super polished messages meant to keep me confident and invested.     I bought a 5K instant account and followed the rules as they were listed. I kept the trading consistent for several days, and honestly, everything seemed fine.

    Then, when I requested a payout of $720, it was rejected. The reason given was an alleged Trading Interval Restriction violation.

    What I want to highlight is this:

    1. If the violation truly happened on 2 May 2026, why wasn’t I notified the same day, or at least very soon after?
    2. I kept trading for roughly 10 days. I built the profit step by step and maintained consistency throughout. The payout was only rejected when I submitted the withdrawal request, which doesn’t feel right.
    3. One of the accounts had already been terminated and was fully inactive. It wasn’t usable anymore, so it was effectively closed.
    4. The trade on the second account was placed about 55 minutes after the first account was terminated. So, in my case, applying a “1-hour interval between two accounts” rule seems unreasonable. At that time, only one account was actually active.

    I’m kindly asking for a fair manual review that takes the real account status and the timestamps into account.

    Update soal masalah yang aku hadapi di WeMasterTrade setelah baru sempat baca balasan mereka dengan lebih lengkap.

    Jadi, menurut penjelasan support, akun MT5 aku (ID: 1093160) diputus/terminated karena pelanggaran Trading Interval Restriction yang katanya terkait dengan akun lain (ID: 1095642). Mereka bilang akun 1095642 sebelumnya sempat reactivated setelah pelanggaran aturan yang lebih dulu. Nah, aktivitas trading yang dipermasalahkan terjadi di masa ketika akun itu dianggap sudah aktif lagi.

    Aku sih menghargai pihak perusahaan yang mau kasih konteks tambahan dan menjelaskan posisinya dengan lebih jelas daripada balasan awal.

    Tapi, jujur saja, aku masih punya beberapa kekhawatiran soal bagaimana kebijakan ini diterapkan:

    Pertama, trade yang mereka tunjukkan itu nggak “risk-free”. Ada exposure ke market beneran, termasuk potensi kerugian.

    Kedua, hasilnya sangat keras: akun kena termination dan penarikan dana juga ditolak sekaligus. Buatku ini termasuk konsekuensi yang cukup ekstrem.

    Ketiga, kriteria untuk “intentional risk transfer” masih terasa abu-abu dari sudut pandang trader. Aku kurang paham indikator atau patokannya itu apa.

    Keempat, sepertinya nggak ada proses review independen atau jalur banding kalau keputusan terakhir sudah dibuat.

    Aku paham betul prop firm butuh kontrol risiko yang ketat, dan aturan harus ditegakkan. Tapi kalau sampai menyangkut penolakan withdrawal dan pemutusan akun, aku merasa trader layak dapat transparansi setinggi mungkin: bagaimana kesimpulan itu dibuat, berdasarkan apa, dan sampai level detail seperti apa.

    Aku tulis ini supaya trader lain bisa dapat gambaran yang lebih realistis tentang bagaimana aturan bisa dipakai dalam praktiknya, khususnya di kasus yang melibatkan beberapa akun dan akun yang sempat diaktifkan ulang.

    Semoga feedback ini juga mendorong komunikasi yang lebih jelas serta prosedur dispute review yang lebih transparan ke depannya.

    Kalau ada yang di komunitas trading pernah mengalami situasi mirip, aku pengen tahu kalian waktu itu diprosesnya gimana.

    Worst Customer Service Ever
    The platform has been down for about 7 hours now, and honestly it’s not a small inconvenience. I’ve got open trades in Bitcoin where the Stop Loss might not execute properly, so I could end up losing the account. I tried contacting them through live chat and email, but I didn’t get any real response at all.

    Update: they closed the position at a loss, even though the price later moved and hit the Take Profit level. So tell me, what do you need to do more than this to prove you’re not running some kind of scam? WeMaster, I’m serious.

    I’m watching this firm crash, and it feels exactly like what happened with Funded Trader a couple years ago. There’s no stable system here, and you can tell a company is falling apart when their customer service is slow and their actions are all over the place.

    At this point, I’ll probably lose the account because of their platform—and they’ll still try to make me accept it. I’ll update you all.

    Update: the dashboard is also not working now. I’m trading without full visibility, and that’s just ridiculous for any “professional” firm. It’s not acceptable.

    Dear readers,

    Please be aware that the company is having some serious issues. This is actually the 2nd time I’ve paid for an “instant funding” request, and again I didn’t receive the account. The first time, they did send it after about 24 hours, so I waited. But this time, 48 hours have passed and nothing has been delivered at all.

    To be clear, I’m only trying to get a demo account. If this is how they handle even the demo delivery, then what’s going to happen when someone requests a payout?

    Honestly, it really feels like they’re starting to scam clients. So please be careful and don’t buy anything until they fix the issues they’re dealing with.

    Jangan gampang percaya. WeMasterTrade menolak profit saya dengan alasan palsu, yaitu tuduhan “Tick Scalping”.

    Beginilah kronologinya (dan ini benar-benar terjadi):
    1. Durasi trade saya hanya sekitar 45–100 detik. Jadi jelas bukan HFT dan bukan tick scalping juga.
    2. Setiap entry selalu pakai TP & SL yang jelas, artinya memang ada rencana trading yang rapi—bukan asal pencet.
    3. Mereka justru menilai penggunaan fitur “Close All” bawaan platform sebagai sesuatu yang “manipulative”. Padahal itu fitur normal dan saya pakai dengan cara yang wajar.

    Yang paling bikin kecewa, support nggak mau melakukan pengecekan oleh manusia. Mereka cuma balas pakai template otomatis, tanpa penjelasan yang masuk akal. Rasanya mereka cuma nyaman kalau trader rugi—kalau Anda bisa konsisten untung pakai skill scalping manual, mereka akan cari-cari alasan supaya profit Anda nggak dibayarkan.

    Menurut saya ini benar-benar tidak adil dan kurang profesional.

    I’d like to share my experience with WeMasterTrade so other traders can consider the platform more carefully. I’m writing this in hopes it brings some clarity, not just frustration.

    I previously had an account on MT5 (MT5 ID: 1093160). Everything was fine until I submitted a withdrawal request, and then the account was terminated. According to them, the termination happened because of a violation of their “Trading Interval Restriction” (Section 3.3). The issue, they said, was related to my activity being connected to another account (MT5 ID: 1095642).

    However, that second account had already been closed before the trades they referenced took place. From my perspective, a few things don’t fully add up:

    First, the rule seemed to be applied across accounts, even to an account that had already been terminated earlier. When I first read it, I honestly didn’t understand how it would affect my case.

    Second, the trades they pointed to weren’t exactly “risk-free” or guaranteed profit. There were losses involved, so I don’t really see how that was still categorized as “risk transfer.”

    Third, I didn’t receive a detailed breakdown or clear criteria showing exactly why the activity qualified as a violation. I only got the general statement, but not the specifics.

    Lastly, when I asked for clarification—or at least for an additional review—the request was declined.

    I do understand that platforms must enforce their rules. Still, when the outcome is account termination and withdrawal denial, I think they should provide clearer explanations and more transparency so users can understand what happened. It would definitely help build trust.

    I’m not posting this to start drama. I’m sharing it constructively. I’m open to changing my review if the WeMasterTrade team replies, and honestly I’d be happy just to get my withdrawal payout back or to have my case reviewed again by their team.

    If anyone else has gone through a similar situation, I’d like to know how it was handled on your end.

    I’ve had some experience with prop firms, and just recently I tried WeMasterTrade. For now, I can say my experience has been mostly positive. The platform runs smoothly most of the time, and I like that the trading conditions are pretty clear from the start. I also contacted support a couple of times with questions, and they replied quite fast, which was a relief. I’m still working through the process, but so far—maybe after about 2–3 weeks—everything has been pretty much as expected.

    Es pésimo. Me dejaron registrarme desde Venezuela y, según ellos, en el contrato dice que se reservan el derecho de verificar tu identidad de forma manual. Sin embargo, en la práctica no lo hacen. Como empresa y como profesionales, deberían cumplir sus propias políticas; si no, es totalmente injusto.

    Compré muchas cuentas sin darme cuenta de esto. Fue hasta que un colega venezolano me comentó que le habían negado un pago. Me puse a investigar y sí: el problema era el mismo. Ya perdi todo mi dinero en cuentas que ustedes me permitieron comprar. Y para ser honestos, para eso sí fueron “buenos”: para dejarnos registrar y vendernos cuentas que al final no nos iban a servir. Por lo que entiendo, esto podría ser ilegal y lo estoy considerando seriamente para denunciarlo ante Customer Protection de Canada (BBC Customer, si mal no recuerdo). Quizás lo haga pronto.

    Yo hice las compras directamente desde mi propio usuario. Desde su página, el pago salió de mis cuentas personales. Además, tengo otro amigo venezolano que también les compró; cuando fue a retirar, le negaron el pago por el mismo motivo.

    Lo más grave es que su propio sistema parece contradecirse: en el proceso de verificación aparece Venezuela, y también aparece Venezuela en los métodos de pago, incluso sale como apta para compras y verificación. De hecho, en otras empresas intenté registrarme y no me aparecía la opción Venezuela, o directamente no me dejaba. Aquí entonces hablamos de una negligencia profesional por parte de ustedes.

    También considero que tengo derecho a solicitar un reembolso. Según las cláusulas de protección al cliente de Customer Protection Canada, si el producto es defectuoso para el cliente y aun así te lo permitieron adquirir, existe el derecho a un reembolso inmediato, incluso si fuera fuera del propio contrato. En este caso el contrato pierde validez porque omitieron aplicar lo que dicen que controlan.

    Tengo pruebas de todas y cada una de mis compras, aunque ustedes me hayan quitado el acceso a mi cuenta y al historial. No se preocupen, ya me adelanté. Por eso solicito el reembolso de todas las cuentas que adquirí o, si no responden, presentaré una demanda y lo haré llegar a Customer Protection de Canada.

Honestly, I’ve followed up many times, but they always come back with different reasons. At this point, I’m really worried and it feels like the refund keeps getting pushed back.     Propfirm is a scam—please be careful. From my experience, they won’t pay you, and you’ll just end up wasting your money. They’ll try to cheat you in every way they can.

    They advertise a “very cheap” instant account, but it’s not as easy as it sounds. They’re quick to point out small mistakes, and then they use that as an excuse to block your account. Honestly, the whole setup feels designed to stop you from passing, not to support you.

    My experience with WeMasterTrade was really bad. I tried to withdraw my profit, but they refused it 5 times, each time with reasons that seemed made up at will. On top of that, I was also blocked from their Discord group. And what’s worse, it looks like they have people in the group—buzzer types—who push back on customers when we complain, instead of taking feedback seriously.

    I’m warning you: stay away from this propfirm. Don’t get fooled by the promo price or the “instant” claims.

    This is a scam prop firm. They basically pay people to post good reviews, and on top of that they also use bots to boost their rating.

    I went through their account phases, step by step, and once I finished, they stopped replying and refused to fund my account. Even my refund request was denied. Honestly, it feels like a complete scam from beginning to end.

    Honestly, my experience with WeMasterTrade was disappointing.

    I bought a $30,000 trading account and I managed to hit the 10% target. After that, they asked for verification. The whole process took roughly 8 days, and during those days I kept getting different excuses about why it was taking longer. In the end, the account was verified, but the communication wasn’t really consistent.

    Once I requested my payout, my consistency score showed 27%. Still, I was told the profit share would be calculated only from 10% of the target. So instead of anything bigger, I received around $300.

    Then I waited again for the withdrawal, and after that I got an email saying I had to complete extra steps before being paid. One of the requirements was leaving a review on Trustpilot about my experience.

    In my opinion, a few important rules weren’t clearly explained at the start. Some conditions felt a bit unclear or like they were only mentioned later. If you’re thinking about buying an account, please read every term carefully and make sure you fully understand how payouts and consistency are actually calculated before you pay.

He llegado al objetivo como 6 veces ya, pero la consistencia no me deja avanzar; al final da la sensación de que es una trampa.     This is just my own experience with WeMasterTrade, but I’m sharing it because what happened felt completely unfair.

    I was trading a funded MT5 account with them that was already doing well. At the time the issue occurred, the account was roughly £8.5k–£9k in profit, and around 170%–175% above the profit target. I also had a 20 ETH buy limit order sitting on the account.

    Before price even got close to the level, I changed my mind. I wanted to cancel the pending order to reduce risk, and I attempted the cancellation multiple times.

    Each time I tried to cancel, MT5 rejected it with a “No prices” message from the server. So, in practice, the platform wouldn’t let me remove my own pending order, even though everything was sitting well above target.

    The order later ended up getting filled anyway. That move pushed my account past the daily loss limit (by roughly $160–$170, which they then treated as a breach), and that caused the account to be breached.

    I sent their support team screenshots showing, for clarity:
    – the account was around £8.5k–£9k up and well beyond target, and
    – multiple failed cancel attempts on the 20 ETH order, all logged as “failed cancel order – No prices.”

    Over the following weeks, I spoke with several different support people (Ocean, Onus, Marcus, Tommy). What I basically kept getting were emails saying the risk team was “still checking”. There was no proper decision, no real explanation, and no clear resolution.

    This review is based only on what happened to me, but I do genuinely think other traders should know that a profitable funded account—well above target—was breached after their platform blocked my attempts to cancel a pending order.

    Update (27 April): After I posted factual evidence in WeMasterTrade’s own public Telegram group, their admin (Tommy Tran, Account Manager at WeCopy Fintech Inc) banned me straight away instead of addressing the concern. I have screenshots.

    Update (28 April): After nearly 2 weeks of stalling, broken promises, automatic ticket closures, and even being banned from their own Telegram group for posting the evidence, WeMasterTrade only acted and reinstated my account after I told them I have an active TikTok following of 180,000+ followers and would be posting daily content about my case. No response to the technical evidence for 2 weeks. Then, after mention of social media reach, the account was fixed within hours.

    So, you can draw your own conclusions from that.

    I’m willing to update this review if WeMasterTrade addresses the underlying consistency rule issue caused by their own 2-week lockout of my account. I’ve noted the account was reinstated and payout happened, and that’s when I’ll change my rating.

    This review is based entirely on my personal, documented experience. All facts are supported by MT5 Journal logs, timestamped email correspondence, and screenshots. No false claims are made. Every named individual contacted me directly via the company’s official support email, and I’m happy to provide full evidence to Trustpilot if needed.

    من ناحية البرامج الفورية المتاحة، كل شيء واضح وسهل الاستخدام. أكثر شيء أزعجني كان قاعدة الخسارة العائمة RC لفكرة تداول واحدة فقط، حسّيتها تقيدني شوي وتضغط علي. بعد فترة، تلقيت بريد إلكتروني يوضح إلغاء القاعدة في بعض الحسابات بناءً على مقترحات العملاء، وهذا تحسن ممتاز.

    سمعة الشركة جيدة جدًا خصوصًا بموضوع تقاسم الأرباح، وكذلك سرعة استجابة فريق الدعم—ممتازين بصراحة. لحد الآن التجربة إيجابية، ولي عودة قريبًا إن شاء الله بعد ما أجرب على إعدادات مختلفة.

Saya benar-benar membantah tuduhan itu dan saya bisa buktikan bahwa tidak ada hubungan sama sekali dengan orang tersebut.

    Menurut saya, “bukti” yang mereka pakai juga tidak menunjukkan kemiripan yang nyata. Tidak ada kesamaan strategi, pengelolaan risiko, maupun cara eksekusi. Hanya karena saya dan pihak itu sama-sama trading instrumen yang sama, XAUUSD, di timeframe yang mirip, itu tidak bisa dijadikan dasar kuat untuk menyimpulkan adanya koordinasi hedging.

    Yang bikin ini makin parah:

    * Pending payout saya langsung dihapus/dianggap batal tanpa penjelasan yang adil
    * Saya diban dari Discord mereka, jadi komunikasi benar-benar diputus
    * Appeal saya ditolak dengan alasan “final decision”, padahal saya tetap siap kerja sama sepenuhnya
    * Saya bahkan sempat menjalani tiga interview untuk menjelaskan cara kerja/strategy saya, tapi tetap diperlakukan tidak fair

    Belakangan saya baru tahu pihak yang mereka tuduhkan itu seperti ada kaitannya—dan saat itu dia sedang proses penarikan sekitar $20K. Ini bikin saya makin khawatir, karena terasa seperti tuduhan tersebut bisa saja dipakai dengan cara yang tidak transparan.

    Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman saya sangat tidak adil dan tidak profesional. Saya sarankan para trader lain untuk lebih hati-hati dan jangan terlalu percaya begitu saja.

    Saya tetap bersedia memberikan bukti dan ikut proses verifikasi apa pun. Tapi kenyataannya, saya malah langsung dipermanenkan tanpa peninjauan yang layak dan wajar.

    My main issue (and what I want to flag for other traders) is that it still seems like payouts can depend on an internal review and interpretation, even after the stated criteria are supposedly met. I get that risk management is necessary, but the way it’s currently described leaves a lot of room for doubt.

    Clearer definitions and more objective, measurable standards would go a long way toward helping traders understand where the actual boundaries are. Even small tweaks to the wording or examples would make things much easier.
