Scam alert ⚠️
I’d strongly advise staying away from this so-called prop firm. I bought their Evals, and during the evaluation phase they placed me into a “risk management” group—even though that isn’t mentioned anywhere in their rules. At the time I didn’t think too much of it, but it soon turned into an issue.
After I finally got funded (about 16 days in), I requested a payout. Then things got even worse. They told me to schedule an interview, but nobody showed up. First, they made me wait around 4 extra days for the interview, and when the day finally came I ended up waiting for nearly 30 minutes for the interviewer to connect.
Worst customer support I’ve dealt with. Eventually, they rejected my payout using rules that honestly feel pretty flimsy and, again, are not clearly stated on their website. If you’re considering them, please take this seriously and don’t waste your money.

Attention, grosse arnaque. Je déconseille vraiment cette entreprise si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent. Une fois que vous faites une demande de payout, ça devient n’importe quoi : ils trouvent toujours des excuses pour ne pas payer, et plus vous demandez un gros montant, moins ils répondent. D’ailleurs, même les avis positifs qu’ils mettent en avant, je pense que c’est payé—pour pousser les gens à tenter leur chance.
De mon côté, ils m’ont contacté plusieurs fois pour me faire arrêter d’écrire ce commentaire. La seule “solution” proposée a été de remettre ma balance à 0, mais j’ai refusé. Franchement, ne vous laissez pas avoir : tant qu’ils ont votre argent, il n’y a plus de communication claire.

Run away, my trading friend. This company sets impossible conditions, and even after I managed to successfully complete their challenge, they still made me jump through hoops to get funding. After a lot of hassle, I finally received the payout and withdrew it—so I thought it was over.
But then the real issue started: they began increasing the spread size, and it became very clear they were adjusting things in a way that didn’t feel fair at all. I honestly couldn’t tolerate that manipulation anymore, so I decided to leave the company. Save yourself the stress and consider other options.

SCAM! Alpha ignores physical evidence of system glitches and misrepresents facts
I’m writing this to warn other traders about how Alpha Capital Group / Alpha Futures handles technical errors and payout requests.
I’m a profitable trader and I’ve already got about $12,500 in gains on my account. Recently, a payout of $1,367.60 was rejected because of a “rule breach” involving 102 trades (their limit is 100). The annoying part is that this happened due to a documented technical glitch on their dashboard on January 20th.
The most concerning parts are:
I reported the glitch the very next day, January 21st, via email. I also have timestamped screenshots proving I contacted them immediately.
Support has since claimed (on Trustpilot) that I didn’t escalate the issue for 4 months. Honestly, that’s a lie and it’s pretty easy to disprove—my sent-folder records show the escalation dates clearly.
Now they’re hiding behind another excuse: their platform provider (Project X) supposedly went down in February, so they say the logs are “unretrievable.” But that doesn’t really matter, because the evidence was provided back in January, while everything was still active.
This company seems totally fine taking your money. But once you start performing well and you hit a system error, they ignore your proof and then misrepresent the timeline publicly. My case is currently trending as one of the top posts on r/Forex and has over 15,000 views, mainly because people are shocked by the lack of integrity.
Avoid them until they learn to respect evidence and actually own up to their own technical failures.

Great experience with ALPHA CAPITAL GROUP. Firm overall. Today, I just passed my phase 2 verification, so I’m really hopeful they’ll approve my Qualified Analyst Account, aka the Funded Account. They mentioned they’ll review my trades within 48 hours or up to 3–5 business days, so I’m waiting for that final update.
Fingers crossed I meet all the required parameters. Either way, I really enjoy trading with ACG, and the process so far feels pretty organized. Hopefully everything goes smoothly next.

Guys, don’t buy accounts here. I used to take payouts from other prop firms, and honestly, almost all of them were much better than this one.
I passed my account in a normal way: I usually try to complete the challenge in just 1–2 trades. Here, I made it through the first and second phase. Then I got an email saying that I now fall under their “1% risk limit” rule, basically because I passed too quickly. That’s already insane to me—what, they want you to struggle longer to prove you’re not a “gambler”?
After that, I still had a good run. I made around a 3k profit day on the funded account. But in the very first trade I took a loss of about $1,003 due to slippage. I set my stop loss at $980, but after slippage it ended up closer to $1,003. Since then, all the profits I made get reset after 14 days, so I have to wait those full two weeks to even think about another withdrawal/account purchase.
And if this happens again, they’ll close the account. So yeah… I’m genuinely asking you: do yourself a favor and don’t buy accounts here. At least consider other firms like FTMO, FundedNext, or FundingPips—I’ve traded with them, received lots of payouts, and never had these kind of issues.
Imagine closing someone’s account over a difference of just a few dollars above the risk limit. They don’t even seem to allow any margin for error, and that’s just not normal.

Alpha Capital has completely ruined my life. It feels like a proper scam, honestly. I’m not saying this lightly—please don’t make the same mistake I did.
They told me to go ahead and follow their rules, which I did. I had been with the platform for a while and even though there was an orange folder news event going on, I followed the news restrictions as required. Still, the trade I was in got closed roughly 2 hours after that, and they claimed it somehow impacted the payout. That makes no sense to me at all, because I never received the pay-out I expected.
For context, I had a $6,300 payout in mind (and it was all tied to the way the account was progressing). I also had already spent more than £5,000 with them. On top of that, they refused to offer any proper service/resolve it like they promised. Absolute terrible company.
I genuinely can’t afford the fallout from this. I’ve been struggling with debts and bills, and it’s got to the point where my parents kicked me out of the house because of everything that happened. I’m trying not to exaggerate, but this has been a nightmare. If you’re looking for a trading prop firm, go with FTMO instead.

To pass the evaluation, you need to write down your goals—specifically, what percentage you want to receive within a year. For most people, aiming for around 10% to 20% is realistic, and if you stay patient, you can actually reach that same 10% to 20% range in about three months. Even if you don’t get everything by the one-year mark, you still build the confidence to keep going and improve.
