I’m sorry to say, but my experience with this company has been quite disappointing. I would strongly advise others to tread carefully. They alleged that I violated their rules by purchasing small positions on a $100,000 account, even though they initially approved those transactions. Now, they’ve locked my account, and their support team has been unresponsive. It’s frustrating, especially since I invested a significant portion of my funds through “Trust8273.”
On a positive note, the company does assist consumers in making informed choices with accurate payment information. However, I really hope ACG can improve their practices, or they’ve certainly lost me as a client!

I successfully passed Phase 1 with three flawless trades over three days, and similarly secured Phase 2 with another set of three clean trades in just three days as well.
Unfortunately, my experience took a turn when my KYC verification was rejected due to a failed photo upload. I promptly received an email with a link to re-upload the needed photo, which I did without issue.
However, despite my efforts, I was informed that my KYC still failed, and my account was subsequently blocked without any refund issued. As a resident of Ireland, I find this situation frustrating, especially since everything is compliant on my end. This feels like a scam.
On December 31, 2024, I responded to a comment from “Alpha Capital Group”: Let’s be clear—there was absolutely no issue with my IP address. It appears that the main priority for Alpha Capital Group is to extract funds from clients under dubious claims. I completed two phases without losing a single trade, which might have raised some eyebrows on your side. For the record, I recently underwent KYC verification with Funding Pips, and it went smoothly. If there truly was a problem with my IP—which seems quite unlikely—then it would only be fair to have my funds returned.

When I reached out to an adviser named Ahmed, he didn’t point fingers or blame me for the oversight. Instead of merely offering another 30% discount code, he surprised me with a brand-new code for 40% off. This kind of customer service truly inspires confidence and motivation to thrive.
Moreover, their trading accounts are reasonably priced, and they provide access on the MT5 platform.

I had a disappointing experience with ACG, where I believe I was scammed out of $6,000. It’s been over 70 days, and I’m still waiting for a legitimate payout from my account (number 5016513), which had a total funding of $100,000. Unfortunately, they’ve also stopped responding to my emails. I strongly advise against participating in their prop firm challenges; it seems that they aren’t interested in traders who can actually turn a profit and appear to have hidden rules that aren’t disclosed upfront.
As of December 31st, I received a call from William at ACG, who asked me to retract my review. When I refused, they blocked my number. I have documented email exchanges as proof of this communication. In my opinion, ACG is not a trustworthy firm. Instead, consider more reputable options such as 5ers or Funding Pips, which have a better track record.

I had an unfortunate experience as a trader with Alpha Capital. I started with a €25,000 funded account back in May 2024, and I quickly passed the challenge, receiving several payouts along the way. Buoyed by this success, I decided to take on additional challenges of €200,000, €100,000, and €50,000, all of which I passed as well.
Everything was going smoothly until, quite suddenly, they rejected my KYC documentation. This was perplexing because they had previously accepted the same valid residence permit from Germany when I first joined with the €25,000 account. Yet, out of the blue, they claimed it was no longer acceptable. Although they refunded me for the €50,000 challenge fee, they banned me entirely.
I reached out to their support team several times, seeking clarification, but my emails went unanswered. Not only did they ban my account, but I also found myself unable to set up a new one with them. It genuinely feels as if they do not want successful traders on their platform. I’ve heard similar stories from others who faced the same fate.
For those who are profitable traders, I advise caution. It appears that Alpha Capital is more than willing to take your fees for challenges but will cut ties if you start generating consistent profits. Consider opting for a more trustworthy prop firm, like FTMO.
I’m curious to see what kind of excuses they will come up with in response to this review.
I’ve complied with all the rules and passed my challenges without any infractions. Having been previously funded, I continued employing the same strategies to achieve success once more. I even have screenshots from their Discord channel documenting my accomplishments. However, it seems they deleted my data after I questioned why my funded account hadn’t been provided, which might have been an attempt to push others into purchasing more challenges.
Now, I find myself banned without justification. Throughout this ordeal, I maintained a respectful approach and put my trust in Alpha Capital, but it ultimately proved to be a waste of three months due to their dishonesty and unfair treatment.
Did they really think that banning me would stop me from sharing my story?

When trying to complete the verification on my profile, I discovered that the button simply wouldn’t work, even after successfully passing both stages.
I reached out via support to report the issue.
When I attempted to resolve this from my VPS, they breached my account, rejecting my funded status and denying any refund.

Initially, I was very optimistic about becoming a funded trader after successfully passing their challenge. However, things took a serious downturn when I requested a payout of $10,000.
1. Delayed Payout
After making my request, I found myself waiting over two weeks for any sort of reply, which is frustrating given their claim that payouts are processed within one to two business days. To add to my confusion, I was informed that I needed to complete a “risk interview,” a requirement that wasn’t disclosed in their terms or on their website.
2. Problems with the Risk Interview
During the risk interview, I provided all the requested documentation and outlined my trading strategy. Unfortunately, the instructions during the practical portion were rather vague (like “open a trade with 2% risk”), which led to some miscommunication. As someone with autism, this added extra pressure to the situation. Nevertheless, I managed to show that I trade primarily from my phone, sharing my trading activity through Instagram and TradingView as proof.
3. Poor Communication
After providing my evidence, I made several attempts to contact Alpha Capital Group. One of their representatives reached out to me on Instagram, assuring me that he would assist, but ultimately, he never followed through. He promised to check on my situation, yet my concerns have been completely ignored for over a month without any resolution.
4. Financial and Emotional Toll
This entire experience has left me feeling extremely disillusioned. Despite following all the necessary steps, my payout was unfairly denied, resulting in significant financial and emotional stress.
I strongly advise potential traders to approach this company with caution, as my ordeal highlights a concerning lack of professionalism and transparency.
