    Up to this point, I have found my experience with Apex to be quite positive. After I qualified, everything unfolded just as promised. Although I haven’t made any withdrawals yet, I’ve heard that the process is just as straightforward. Their qualification system is clear and easy to navigate, designed to mirror real trading conditions as closely as possible. Additionally, they frequently offer discounts, which sets them apart from other firms. Overall, I would certainly recommend them to others looking for a solid trading platform.

    I wish I could cancel all my orders straight from my Dashboard; that would make things so much easier. On the bright side, I appreciate the active support they provide. Plus, the frequency of special offers, such as APEX80, is impressive and definitely keeps things interesting.

    This company is quite impressive. After successfully completing the evaluation, I experienced a quick activation process. As long as you adhere to the rules, it’s entirely possible to pass and start earning. I’ve never encountered any issues with the software or NinjaTrader, which is a big plus. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested, and I plan on pursuing more evaluations during their 80% discount offers.     I can’t give a full five stars, and it’s unfortunate! It’s important to note that once your account is funded, you have to wait 25 trading days before you can request your earnings. There’s another firm out there—I’m not going to name them—that allows you to withdraw your earnings starting from day one after funding. Despite that, I still think you deserve a solid four stars.

    After funding your account, if you encounter issues with their services or with Rithmic, you might find that it’s not their concern at all. It can be frustrating, to say the least, as it seems like customer support doesn’t really prioritize your problems. There’s this particular representative, Chris, who can be quite dismissive; it almost feels like he’s mocking you, as if your concerns don’t matter, even when you have evidence like photos and videos. You might receive offers for coupons or promotions to re-engage with them, but frankly, it doesn’t make up for the lack of support. Their responses tend to be laced with sarcasm, which doesn’t create a sense of reliability.

    Apex has proven to be a solid company over the years. If you’re looking to trade leveraged options but prefer to minimize financial risk, this is a good option. However, there’s one issue that I still haven’t figured out how to address. Many customers, including myself, have experienced delays with real-time data on our PA accounts, and the company hasn’t provided clear answers regarding this problem. I sincerely hope that Darrell Martin takes note of my concerns and works towards a prompt resolution.

    I reached out to Apex because there was a discrepancy between my account balance on Apex.com and the information I was getting from Rithmic. I trusted Rithmic, as it reflected the balance I had during the end of the trading session on September 6th at 11 AM ET. The first response I received was from a representative named Chris, who pointed out that I could view my real-time balance by going to rTrader > Trader Dashboard, but mentioned that the account summary was a day behind.

    I had already explained my confusion regarding the differing balances, making it clear that I was referencing Rithmic already. Apex.com was showing the correct number of trading days, updated accurately, but the balance was off by a significant margin. I also sent over screenshots from Rithmic, so Chris’s response felt unhelpful and like a waste of both our time. When I followed up with Chris, there was no reply, which suggested a lack of concern for my issue. I ended up having to submit a new ticket to seek further assistance.

    Fortunately, the next representative I spoke with was Kha-Yen, and her prompt response provided the clarity I needed. She confirmed that Rithmic’s balance was indeed accurate but explained that due to the holiday, the system hadn’t updated correctly. Kha-Yen assured me that my account would reflect the Rithmic balance by midnight ET. This information was reassuring because I wasn’t disputing Rithmic’s data; I just wanted to know why the balance on Apex.com didn’t match, especially since I had checked it right before the trading session on September 7th. Normally, that would give ample time for updates to take place.

    Thank you, Kha-Yen, for alleviating my concerns about which balance I should rely on for trading and for clarifying the reasons behind the discrepancies between Apex.com and Rithmic in this case. I was already aware that Apex.com doesn’t provide live updates, and that’s perfectly fine. But considering I wrote in just before the next trading session and completed all my trades on the 6th by 11 AM ET, it was crucial for me to express that to Chris. It seemed like either they didn’t fully understand my concerns or simply didn’t convey the details I needed, especially since it had been over 36 hours since my last trade.

    I really don’t think the customer service here is satisfactory at all; nobody ever picks up the phone. I’ve sent emails, and it sometimes takes days just to get a response to a single question. By the time I get an answer, I have another question, which just drags the process out even longer. What seems like it should be straightforward becomes increasingly complex the more I read. I’ve been trading with NinjaTrader for over a decade, and I’ve honestly never encountered anyone quite like this. They just don’t seem to be people friendly at all!
