  It’s interesting to note Apex’s response regarding data provision. I recently had a conversation with NinjaTrader support, and they indicated the exact opposite of what Apex claimed. In fact, I even shared NinjaTrader’s reply with Apex, but they never responded. This has occurred frequently enough that I’ve taken screenshots and videos to back up my claims, yet they showed no interest in reviewing that evidence.

  Moreover, there’s clearly something off here. I maintain a personal NinjaTrader account alongside Apex, and the prices aren’t even remotely aligned. The fills provided by Apex consistently fail to meet the specified levels.

  I’ve been trading with Apex for over a year and a half, and honestly, it’s been quite disappointing. Whenever issues arise, customer service is hardly helpful. Their responses often feel scripted and do little to solve the problems at hand. The most concerning issue has been with the fills that don’t appear on the chart but ultimately lead to significant account losses.

  When I reached out to Apex about this, they pointed the finger at NinjaTrader. However, NinjaTrader shifted the blame back to Apex. As a customer, I find myself caught in the middle of this back-and-forth. One would think that if Apex genuinely cared about its traders, they would take the initiative to address these concerns more effectively.

  After successfully passing the challenge and eagerly awaiting my payment, I received an email claiming that my bank information was incorrect. Frustratingly, I re-entered my details a couple of times, only to get a vague email stating I had made an error without any specifics. When I reached out for clarification, their response informed me that I had to wait to be paid, despite their insistence that the issue was on my end. After several days of trying to resolve this matter, a representative finally admitted to not having read my email and acknowledged that there indeed was a problem.

  Coincidentally, during this chaotic period, APEX charged my card six additional times and warned me via email that their attorneys would pursue action if I attempted to request a refund for the monthly fee, all while I was still waiting for my payout. Moreover, I noticed that APEX updated their website to indicate that payments cannot be made under a business name unless one enters the business name in the first name field and their full name in the last name field during registration. This critical information was never mentioned at the time of sign-up, which feels quite misleading, even if it’s now part of their policy.

  It’s worth noting that my account is registered under my name, and the bank card states my business’s S-Corp name, which they have no issue deducting fees from. This isn’t a case of a different name or an LLC, as they try to suggest on their updated page. Interestingly, they altered the website just three days after I mentioned contacting an attorney to secure my payout, and they even changed the author’s name to obscure the previous information.

  This is the only service that has ever come up with such an outlandish excuse for withholding payment. It seems they might only pay those who create promotional content for them online, which is their way of sidestepping accountability. Even if they process the payment under my name, this could lead to significant tax complications and raise flags for an audit. If you’re considering this company, proceed with caution.

The two payout windows each month work well for me; since we receive our salaries monthly in my country, it feels like an extra opportunity to withdraw funds. After I request a payout, it generally takes about one to two days for approval. Once approved, the amount I requested vanishes from my account, allowing me to trade without the worry of losing the money I’ve asked to withdraw. If you have two or more accounts, consider investing in a trade copier—it can be a real game changer. Overall, I like Apex and plan on pursuing more funded accounts in the future.

  A Cautionary Tale About Apex Propfirm Futures

  My experience with Apex Propfirm Futures started with great expectations. I invested roughly $10,000, hopeful for a fruitful journey. Unfortunately, what unfolded was a saga of deception, frustration, and unfulfilled promises.

  Initially, everything looked promising. I put in significant time and effort into trading, believing my hard work would pay off. However, when it came time to receive my returns, Apex Propfirm Futures revealed their true character.

  As the payment deadline loomed, they chose to delay a decision until the very last minute, ultimately rejecting my payout. Their reasoning was astonishing: they requested I re-verify my identity, demonstrate ownership of my payment card, and, most shockingly, submit videos of myself trading for three consecutive days.

  I quickly replied, expressing my readiness to verify my identity and the legitimacy of my transactions. However, I categorically refused their outrageous demand for continuous video documentation of my trading. This was not only a breach of privacy but also an unfair expectation.

  When I warned them that I would publicly disclose their questionable practices, Apex Propfirm Futures retaliated with threats to close my account. This blatant attempt to silence me only reinforced my doubts about their integrity.

  Throughout more than three months, I tackled over 200 challenges and participated in 70 PAs, investing a considerable amount of time and effort. In return, I faced nothing but dishonesty, pressure, and ultimately, betrayal.

  I have arrived at the firm conclusion that Apex Propfirm Futures is nothing short of a scam. I will no longer risk my hard-earned money with them. Instead, I plan to request a refund from my bank and focus my investments on more trustworthy firms like Bulenox, Leello, Elite, Topstep, and the promising newcomer, Flexytrade.

  Investors should take heed: think carefully before placing your trust and funds in Apex Propfirm Futures. Your financial security is too important to risk with their questionable practices and lack of integrity.
