Even after they unblocked my card and I tried to complete the purchase while on the phone with MasterCard, it still didn’t work. My girlfriend’s card also faced the same issue and blocked the transaction. It took a full 24 hours for my card to function again. Then, I didn’t receive my login information or access, and I’m still waiting on that. I reached out to support, and they created a request for a higher level review, so now I have to wait another three days. It’s quite frustrating to receive an email asking about my experience while I’m still waiting for access!
