I had an experience trading Bitcoin, and I must say it was frustrating. My take profit was hit, but they ended up closing the trade at a price that was $600 off from where it should have been settled!
I requested a payout on a Wednesday but was told to wait two days. Well, that time has come and gone, and I still haven’t received anything! They even put a seven-day timeout on Discord, which makes communication difficult. Emails go unanswered, and the only option is the live chat, where they keep telling you to be patient, despite the fact that the waiting period has long passed!
I would advise anyone to stay away!

I genuinely hope this review gets approved and doesn’t get taken down.
I was given a chance with Blue Guardian, and just last month, on February 15th, I was funded with two accounts of $100,000 each. When I requested my payout, it was rejected. They warned me that my account would stay active but accused me of reversing trades with two random accounts. Out of my 63 trades on one account, they pinpointed just these two, which were vastly different in terms of lot sizes, profits, and losses. When I questioned them about it, they responded arrogantly and breached my account.
On my second funded account, I attempted to withdraw again on March 7th, but they breached it again, making the same accusations without providing any evidence. I’ve done everything possible to explain that I haven’t engaged in any reversing trades, yet they dismissed my requests for solid proof, merely offering some Excel sheet with trades they created themselves.
When I tried to bring this up on Discord, they simply kicked me out of the channel.
I swear I haven’t broken any rules or reversed any trades. My payouts were only 2% and 3% of my account size, and those were rejected as well.
I strongly advise steering clear of these scammers; they will do everything to remove your reviews from Trustpilot and will even kick you out of their Discord community.

After successfully withdrawing payouts multiple times, I was unexpectedly banned from purchasing additional accounts, and they didn’t even provide a reason. It’s also worth noting the conduct of certain moderators, such as Rolex Support. Their unprofessional behavior stands out, as they often remove questions from the Discord channel to keep critical information hidden from the community. To make matters worse, I was also banned from Discord for speaking out.

I have had more than five payouts with Blue Guardian, but it’s worth noting that none of those were ever delivered on time, despite their stated 48-hour processing timeframe.
When I requested my latest payout, my account was suddenly banned because of an accusation regarding reverse trading. I attempted to explain my situation, but I kept receiving generic emails stating that I had violated their rules. I asked several times for clarification on which particular rule I purportedly broke, but their responses remained vague, simply referencing a violation of the terms and conditions without providing any specifics.
After reviewing the contract, trading rules, and terms and conditions, I could not locate any mention of the alleged violation. Perhaps I might have overlooked something, but the staff were not helpful in directing me to the relevant sections. I’ve been trading consistently across multiple accounts since 2023, and now, when I’m in need of payouts, I suddenly find myself flagged.
The service and support have been quite poor.
Update:
I received an email stating that my ban was due to reverse trading. When I inquired about where this is stated in their rules, they provided a list of strategies that supposedly violate their policies. This includes things like using a delayed data feed, tick scalping, and various forms of arbitrage.They note that these examples are common methods where traders exploit demo accounts, but they also indicate that the list isn’t exhaustive. Any account perceived to be employing unfair tactics or unrealistic trading practices risks being ineligible for funding.
I want to clarify that I have not exploited any demo accounts, and reverse arbitrage isn’t what I engaged in. I pointed this out in my email, but now Blue Guardian has stopped responding altogether.
