    I had an absolutely terrible experience with Blue Guardian Prop. They market themselves as “trader-friendly,” but in reality there are way too many hidden rules and unclear policies. Everything looks fine right up until you start making real progress — and then, suddenly, they’re bringing up consistency requirements, risk violations, or vague clauses that were never properly explained in the first place.

    The payout process was genuinely frustrating. It feels like they’re actively looking for excuses not to pay after you’ve passed their challenge and followed their instructions. Honestly, I expected a smooth handover once everything was completed, but that wasn’t the case at all.

    Customer support was slow and, when I raised concerns, they didn’t really help. The responses were repetitive and didn’t address the actual issues I was having.

    Overall, this company lacks transparency and professionalism. If you’re considering them, be very careful and read everything extremely closely. There are plenty of other prop firms that lay out their rules clearly and actually respect traders who perform well.

    Would not recommend.

    £10 offer — total fraud scam. I bought the product, but they never sent me a working password to access my account. When I reached out, they refused to give me a refund as well.

    After 6 emails over 2 weeks, I was basically told there’s “no refund” on “successful purchases”. The problem is, it wasn’t successful for me — I still can’t log in. At no point have they offered an alternative password or any proper solution, so I’m left paying for something I can’t use.

    Honestly, it feels like they keep your money until the terms and conditions let them get away with it. I’ll be reporting them to the Financial Conduct Authority, because this doesn’t seem right at all.

    Big prop firm scam, plain and simple. I still don’t have the account enabled after I paid. The BUY and SELL buttons were greyed out from the start, so I contacted their support by email. Then… what happened next? Honestly, nothing. No useful reply, no fix, just silence.

    So my advice is to stay away from this company (and any similar ones). Also, try to cross-check the reviews here with those from Prop Firm Match and a few other review sites. When you spot a pattern of a couple of 1* reviews back-to-back, don’t waste time—just run.

The only reason I’m knocking it down to 1 star is one small thing, but it matters: there should be a giant notice (or something equally obvious) that clearly tells buyers about the $5k starter instant account payout. Right now, the payout is only for 1x—$225 max. I get why it might be placed just under the area where you sign in, but it really should be posted in a much more visible way. Like, honestly, neon letters or a big banner right at the sign-in step.

    Alternatively, they could just offer the standard instant 10k and still keep the $150 max payout, so people feel confident about what they’re getting and more importantly, keep trading rather than getting surprised.

    Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht über die fehlende Transparenz und den mangelnden professionellen Umgang bei Blue Guardian. Nachdem ich meinen Account erfolgreich getradet habe und dann eine Auszahlung beantragt habe, wurde mein Antrag abgelehnt – mit Verweis auf eine „Red Folder News“-Regel. Diese Regel war entweder damals nicht gültig oder wurde zumindest anders ausgelegt, obwohl die Trades bereits vor über drei Monaten ausgeführt wurden.

    Was mir besonders sauer aufstößt:

    • Rückwirkende Regelanwendung: Die Firma nutzt offenbar aktuelle „Migration“-Vorgaben, um Trades zu bewerten, die schon im Februar gemacht wurden. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war meine Strategie vollständig im Rahmen der FAQ und der genannten Guidelines.

    • Widersprüchliche Aussagen vom Support: Ich hatte vorher den Support kontaktiert. Dort wurde mir bestätigt, dass meine Trades ok sind, weil die neuen Einschränkungen nur für Accounts gelten würden, die erst nach der Regeländerung gekauft wurden. Jetzt widerspricht der Risk Manager (Baral) jedoch genau diesen Aussagen.

    • Inkonsistentes Vorgehen: Bei meiner ersten Auszahlung mit ähnlicher Trading-Aktivität gab es keinerlei Probleme und die Auszahlung wurde genehmigt. Zu sagen, ich hätte „einfach Glück gehabt“ ist für mich schon ein Eingeständnis, dass die interne Prüfung nicht sauber läuft – oder dass man jetzt die Regeln so dreht, dass Auszahlungen am Ende schwieriger werden.

    • Unfaire Abzüge und „Strafen“: Man hat mir $450 von den Gewinnen abgezogen und verlangt, dass ich noch weitere 5 Tage weiter traden soll, um es „wieder reinzuholen“. Ganz ehrlich, das fühlt sich so an, als würde man die Ziellinie nachträglich verschieben, nachdem ich sie längst passiert habe.

    Eine seriöse Prop-Firma sollte die Regeln einhalten, die zum Zeitpunkt des Trade-Starts gültig waren. Wenn die Bedingungen rückwirkend geändert werden und dazu noch frühere Support-Gespräche ignoriert werden, ist das für mich ein großes Warnsignal. Wer neu startet, sollte darauf achten, dass Gewinne nicht irgendwann wegen „praktischer“ Regeländerungen übersprungen werden.

    Wenn ihr einen Propfirm Challenge macht und auch wirklich Auszahlungen sehen wollt, dann nehmt euch den Tipp zu Herzen und lasst es lieber mit Blue Guardian Futures…

    SCAMMER BEHAVIOR!

    I bought a funded account from Blue Guardian Futures because their FAQ and the purchase info clearly said the platform included was DeepCharts Desktop. Even on the receipt, it was listed as DeepCharts. So naturally, I assumed I would get exactly that.

    But after paying, I found out they only send access credentials for DeepDoom, which is a totally different platform. DeepCharts Desktop and DeepDoom are not the same product, and it really feels misleading to advertise one thing and then deliver another. It gets even worse: the login details they gave me don’t work properly with the setup process they describe.

    Their instructions say you should try Volumetrica first, yet the credentials fail there too. And to be honest, I never received any valid DeepCharts Desktop credentials at all, despite what their FAQ and order confirmation stated. If the product changed, they should have said so upfront—this was not the case.

    I reached out to support multiple times to resolve it, but instead of helping, my tickets were repeatedly canceled or ignored. When they did reply, it was always the same generic messages, not actually addressing the core issue. At this point, it honestly looks like they’re dodging responsibility rather than fixing anything.

    So yes, I feel completely misled as a customer. Advertising DeepCharts Desktop while only providing DeepDoom access is deceptive, especially when they refuse to properly respond or process a refund. I requested a refund because the account delivered doesn’t match what was advertised, but they refused to cooperate.

    Overall, my experience with Blue Guardian Futures has been really disappointing and frustrating. Customers deserve clear information, working credentials, real support, and refunds when the delivered product doesn’t match what was promised.
