This is a really shitty firm. They always seem to find some excuse not to pay you out, and it feels like they just live off the money collected from everyone else. The rules are very scammy—if you ask questions on Discord, you can get timed out or even banned. Honestly, it’s not a fair process at all.

I even maintained around 15% consistency, yet I still didn’t receive any payout. Not recommended.

Scam alert. This firm has breached my 2 accounts. They gave me excuses for the first one, saying it was “floating,” but that’s not true—I didn’t place any trades at that time. Then, when I tried my second account, it got blocked again as soon as I reached out. The reason they gave was related to “putting after 60 seconds,” which honestly makes no sense. I’m really frustrated and I’m warning others to be careful with them.

I’m completely done with these corporate shell games. The balance never seems to match properly, and every withdrawal comes with some kind of extra hurdle—those are big red flags, and I can’t ignore them anymore. That’s exactly why I’ve shifted my activity over to #Echomines. Honestly, it’s been a breath of fresh air. Everything feels stable, your funds are clear and trackable, and moving money in or out doesn’t turn into an uphill battle like it did before.

I joined the Breakthrough Capital Discord in the first place, mostly because I thought it might be decent. Unfortunately, I got pulled in by their “massive discount” offer.

Then I noticed something today: the channels in their Discord server had basically been wiped, and their name had changed over to ZenithCapital. After that, I saw on X that the company was dissolved in 2025. But somehow, they were still advertising challenges and pushing people to buy in.

The moderators also seemed to disappear—no replies to messages, and it felt like they just stepped away from the group entirely. So yes, in the end they took my money.

To be fair, the website is still up and running, but that doesn’t change the fact that the whole setup looks incredibly dodgy. Honestly, never trust prop firms offering around 70–80% off, or doing “BOGO x2” deals that are way too good to be true.

Literally a scam prop firm. I’ve been through the funded stage and submitted my withdrawal request a full 4 weeks ago, but I still haven’t received my payout. They keep delaying it and every time I follow up, there’s some new excuse. What’s even worse is when you ask about it in the chat, they just delete your messages and close the tickets. It feels really pathetic and honestly awful.

  • Amit Verma

This is honestly the most pathetic firm I’ve come across. They keep delaying things for no reason and it just wastes traders’ time.

I cleared my account, and it’s already been 12 days since passing. Still, I haven’t received my funded account. When I followed up, they banned me from their Discord for 7 days. Like, seriously?

To all traders: please don’t trade with them. They’re likely heading toward bankruptcy soon. Don’t waste your time here—there are better prop firms out there.

Also, their executives lie quite a bit. They deny everything and don’t give any clear answers when you ask proper questions.

    I won’t even bother giving them a single star. They’re big-time fraudsters.

I’ve been waiting for my payout for 26 days now, and honestly I’m getting tired of it. Best of luck to them, but the whole process feels off. For example, they make you hold a trade for about 2 minutes before you can place or trigger a stop loss, yet their payout cycle drags on so long that to me it looks like either the company is insolvent or they’re just trying to grab as much as they can before anything collapses.

What really raised my concern is that my last message got deleted. Good thing I recorded everything. Also, when you look at their reviews, it’s pretty suspicious: most of the 5-star feedback is very short—just a couple lines—while the 1-star reviews are extremely detailed. It’s hard not to think those 5-star reviews are fake.

And another point: Karim is apparently no longer the CEO. He apparently sold the firm to someone else, and he said something about it in an Instagram story. At this stage, these guys come off as thieves to me.

I’ve been waiting a long time for a payout, and it feels like I’ve been going in circles. In the main chat I keep getting more or less the same response, but my ticket never actually gets answered, and I don’t get any update about the payout at all. Honestly, I can’t say what’s going to happen with my account, but so far this doesn’t feel like the best firm to go with. Not impressed.

  • Lena Hoffmann

Still waiting for my funded account after a full month. They claim it should take 2–3 business days, but that clearly didn’t happen. I’ve emailed them, but it feels like they just ignore it—my message just disappears into the void. Even on Discord, the team only replies with “soon” and then puts me in a long timeout, which is pretty frustrating.

In my opinion, this is a total scam. Don’t get tricked by all the promises.

Update: They’ve closed multiple support tickets again and again without actually resolving anything. After another user complained about the same issue, I confronted them, and now—surprise—they banned me on Discord.

DO NOT BUY AND REPORT THEM. I already did it, and now I’m trying to track them down in London. I will find them.

Samir is a fraud—at least that’s how it looks to me. And Victor, Charles… it’s all the same thing, right? Don’t fall for it and don’t buy anything close to what you have, because it’s basically Monopoly money.

The main issue is that they don’t pay. Since the last 3 months, I keep seeing the same messages again and again after I submit a payout request and follow their rules. It’s always:

    “Server busy”
    “We are working on it”
“You will receive an answer this week”
    “Admin is working on it”
    “Open a ticket”

And if you do open a ticket, they just close it with no answer. Save yourself the stress.

They scammed me from my payout. I’ve been waiting for about 2 weeks, and the whole time I kept checking in. When I finally asked for an update, they just blocked me on Discord. It feels like they take your work, then disappear, and there’s no proper support at all. Not happy with this service.

  • Hassan Al-Mutairi

Very bad company. I need to file a complaint and stop this fraud firm. When I asked about my payout, they blocked me in Discord for no reason. It’s really frustrating because I followed their process and still got ignored. Please be careful—this doesn’t feel legit at all, and I hope others report them too.

  • Aisha Al-Khouri

I strongly advise avoiding Breakthrough Capital. Honestly, it’s better to pay an extra 20 to 50 USD with a reputable prop firm than risk falling into the same trap. The pricing can look tempting at first, but in my experience you won’t get a payout—I’m 100 percent sure about that.

What really bothered me is that they rejected my payout three times in a row. The reasons they gave were very weak and, to be fair, a bit questionable. Every time, they told me to redo my profitable trading days. That’s just not acceptable, especially when the results were there.

They also run aggressive discounts almost every single weekend—sometimes 50 percent, sometimes 60 percent, and even more. To me, that clearly signals they care more about pushing account sales than actually supporting traders. It feels like their main goal is revenue, not trust.

I also seriously doubt they operate as an A-book firm. It doesn’t feel like orders are routed to the real market in the way they claim.

Overall, everything about this company comes off unreliable and misleading. Save yourself the frustration—pay a little more and choose a prop firm that’s genuinely trustworthy.

  • Oliver Bennett

If I could give them 0 stars I would, but unfortunately that option isn’t available.

This prop firm has really let me down. I requested my payout back in February and, to date, I’ve still received nothing. The status just sits there as “pending”. Every time I ask for an update, I get the same response: wait until the end of the week, again and again.

What frustrates me most is the Discord experience. They seem to time you out so you can’t even ask questions properly. On top of that, the rules appear to be changed quietly, which makes it harder for people to reach the live stage and actually secure payouts.

Yes, they advertise relatively cheap accounts, but in practice it feels like they won’t pay you out. Honestly, if you’re considering them, I’d avoid this prop firm altogether.

Right now it’s starting to look less like a normal business issue and more like they could be scammers.

  • Aarav Mehta

I’ve completed both phases for his 25k account, but it’s been 6 days now and I still haven’t received any KYC email. Also, the account doesn’t seem to be live yet. I’ve already emailed and even asked on Discord, but there’s been no reply so far. Not sure what’s taking so long.

  • Mandla Dlamini

I’m going to be honest with everyone — right now this is starting to look really bad.

They keep posting “updates” about basically every session you’ll be told later today or sometime this week, but the problem is we don’t even know who the owner is anymore. On top of that, they’ve said the breakthrough is dead, so please, do not buy accounts.

The sudden ownership change, the constant discounts, and how everything has been moving recently are all major red flags. For a stable prop firm, this is not normal behavior. And honestly, those continuous discounts are a big warning sign — usually it means they’re trying to pull in as much money as possible before things blow up.

We’ve all seen how situations like this usually end, and it’s rarely good for traders.

If you’re still thinking about buying an account right now, I’d strongly suggest you pause and really think it through. This is not the time to throw your money in blindly.

Protect yourself, secure your profits if you can, and don’t ignore the signs.

  • Daniel Hughes

Honestly, don’t buy from them. If you’re looking for something similar, go with Alpha Capital—put £10k in and aim for 40x leverage. I’ve been waiting on a £600 payout and it’s getting beyond a joke. At this point I can’t even afford to keep funding accounts, and after a whole year of trading with them (basically blowing accounts from the start), I’m done.

To be clear, this isn’t some small mistake I made and then they denied me for—my last payout was approved, and yet it still isn’t paid. It’s been 2 weeks now. So far I’ve had 3 payouts denied from one £100k account over about 3 months. The other provider—Alpha Capital—paid me from a £10k account about 2 minutes after the approval, Wallahi.

I’ve let a lot slide, like the last three times when I got denied for rule-related reasons—that happens and you just take it on the chin. But this situation is different. It wouldn’t even be as bad if they’d just denied it again. Instead, I got that “approved” message and then nothing. It’s just malarkey.

If you want the most frustrating experience in your trading journey—after you’ve worked your backside off losing for 2 years—then go ahead and buy from Breakthrough Capital. They push endless promotions, like BOGO and cheaper pricing, but save yourself the stress. Instead, open a demo on MT5 first, because it’s basically the same idea as buying one of their accounts, without the headache.

I’m sharing my experience with Breakthrough Capital so other traders can make a more informed decision.

I had a successful trade, then requested a payout of $3,512.46 from my funded account. That was over 5 weeks ago, and the payment still hasn’t been processed. It’s been frustrating because, at this stage, I’d expect at least a clear timeline.

Throughout this period, I contacted support multiple times, but I never got a straightforward update on what’s happening with my withdrawal. Instead of resolving the issue, my account was suddenly breached after I raised concerns publicly.

Traders put a lot of trust in prop firms to act fairly and with transparency. Waiting more than five weeks for a payout of around $3.5k without proper communication is honestly very worrying.

I genuinely hope Breakthrough Capital reviews my case and releases the payout I earned. If the firm handles this properly and sends my funds, I will update my review right away.

For now, I’m still willing to resolve this matter professionally, but I really need clarity and action.

I’m genuinely extremely disappointed with my experience on this website. It’s been well over a month now since I requested my payout, and I still haven’t received a single payment—or even a proper, meaningful update.

I’ve contacted them multiple times, but the responses have been either poor, delayed, or just not there at all. Yes, delays can happen with payments, but the lack of transparency and any real customer support is just not acceptable, particularly when it’s money that belongs to the user.

This has honestly caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. A decent platform should either process payouts within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within a couple of weeks) or, at the very least, keep people informed when things take longer.

At this stage, I can’t recommend this site to others. If you’re thinking about signing up, I’d strongly advise you to proceed with caution until they improve both their payout process and their customer service.

Payout of $12,500 was denied after KYC verification.

I completed KYC successfully and I only traded from one account. Later, my withdrawal was rejected with the reason “multiple emails on the same IP.” From my side, this happened because of a mistake in the checkout details, and I actually reported it earlier via their Discord ticket.

Now support is requesting proof that I made that report. The problem is, Discord tickets are kept on their side, so users can’t access the backend history to extract “evidence” in the way they’re asking. Instead of checking their own internal logs or escalating the review, they’ve basically refused to dig further.

So at this point, I’m only asking for a fair re-check based on things that should already be verifiable:

    – KYC-confirmed single identity
    – Single account usage
    – Their internal records of the Discord submission and the IP/email activity

Be careful with this firm. Make sure you document everything (screenshots, dates, ticket references), because it can feel like they’ll rely on strict requirements without actually validating their own side of the process.

  • Lebo Mokoena

I requested 3 payouts in total. The first 2 were submitted on 23 February, and they’re still pending after more than a month. Then I requested a third payout on 3 April, and it was denied immediately under the reason “one directional trading.”

Honestly, it feels like they’ve introduced new rules just to block withdrawals. This policy definitely wasn’t mentioned (or even a thing) when I opened the account, deposited, and got funded. Now it looks like the same story across the board—more than 50 traders are still waiting for payouts, and most of us are probably going to get rejected too.

At this point, the way it’s going doesn’t look good for the business. It really seems like a rug pull is coming, and Kareem is a major scammer.

  • Krzysztof Nowak

Completely scammers. They just reject your payout with no explanation, then block you from everywhere. And it wasn’t only a denial for my payment—my 250k instant fundings were blocked too. Honestly, I had zero chance to even contact them properly after that. This feels like a total scam, so be careful.

  • Khadija Benmoussa

TOTAL RED FLAG: Payouts ignored and zero transparency.

Do not trust this company. I’ve been waiting more than a month for any real update about my payout, and instead I got rejected with zero proof and no valid reason. After I requested clarification, they basically just shut me down—no explanation, nothing helpful.

Their support also seems severely understaffed. You can wait around a week just to get a reply, and even then it goes nowhere. Meanwhile, the KYC process feels like a deliberate bottleneck meant to keep your funds tied up. Honestly, this doesn’t feel like normal delays; it feels calculated, like they’re trying to avoid paying traders.

Save your money and protect your sanity: STAY AWAY.

  • Youssef Benali

This has to be the worst “propfirm” ever. After I passed their challenges, they still didn’t give me the account. Instead, they kept making excuses, and now my money is gone. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them at all—please don’t join any challenge from this company. Save your money and look elsewhere.

  • Thandeka Mthembu

Honestly, these guys are 100% scammers. All they really do is push their prop firm and get people to buy challenges, but if you actually try to withdraw, you’ll never see your payout.

I traded a $40k account for almost a month and managed about $4k profit. After that, I requested my payout and it took them around 3 weeks just to get back to me. When they finally replied, they claimed lots of other people were using my IP address, so they rejected the withdrawal.

I asked them to send proof, but they couldn’t provide anything solid. Then their story changed again—they said the IP restriction was removed a while ago. So I asked how my payout could be rejected for an IP rule that’s been banned for so long. They couldn’t answer that at all. Instead, they told me to open yet another ticket and wait for an admin.

I did. I waited two more weeks and still nothing came through. In the end, my $4k was just gone with no real explanation—no valid reason, just excuses. And honestly, how can an admin be “busy” for 2 weeks to reply to a ticket that should take a few minutes?

This is probably the worst prop firm I’ve come across. Don’t waste your time or money on them. I wouldn’t even call it a prop firm at this point—it feels like straight-up scams.

  • Sergio Kociu

Honestly, this is one of the biggest scam “firms” in the industry. They present themselves like it’s a company for Muslim people, but in reality it’s just another place that’s scamming folks. And what’s worse, it feels like they keep doing it over and over.

The CEO, Karem, is involved in the whole scheme. You can even check my older review—I already posted a lot of details there, and I genuinely have proof about what this company is doing. I also submitted an E-Crime report through the Dubai Police website, so I’m not just talking for no reason.

I’d really suggest everyone to do the same: report it, document everything, and don’t let them get away with it. This firm needs to come to an end for sure.

My name is Sergio Kociu, and all my information is in the reviews below. Karem knows this name very well. I hope God sees what’s happening—sooner or later he will face the consequences. This company needs to be shut down definitively!

  • Oliver Harris

This prop firm feels like a complete scam—seriously, avoid it. I got through two challenges, but the experience was anything but legit.

On the first account, it was breached because I “risk too much” on a trade, even though it wasn’t some crazy move. Then I passed a second account and followed their rules properly. No shortcuts, no weird behavior—just standard compliance.

After that, I requested a payout. They told me I couldn’t withdraw because I’m trading from Belgium. But here’s the thing: it doesn’t say anything like that in their rules or terms. Instead, they came up with plenty of reasons, and it feels like the goal is always to delay or deny you once you ask for a payout.

If you don’t want to get scammed, don’t trade with them.

  • Daniel Hughes

They seem to have manipulated the data to justify why they wouldn’t pass the account. Honestly, there’s a reason why reputable traders in the space simply don’t trade with Breakthough. I found that out the hard way after getting burned, and I wish I’d listened earlier. If you’re considering dealing with them, tread carefully—because the explanation they give doesn’t add up.

Abduhassan__

I’m sharing this so others can get a fair, honest picture. The trading community itself seems decent, and a few of the moderators are genuinely helpful. This review isn’t really about whether I did or didn’t receive a payout, but more about how the whole situation was handled.

I submitted my withdrawal request in mid-January. Shortly after, I was put into a risk interview, which was scheduled for 23 February. After the interview, I was told I should get an outcome within 2–3 days. In reality, there was absolutely no update for more than a month, even though I followed up multiple times with moderators, including Felix.

Eventually, I received an email saying I’d breached the payout terms. I understand that decisions like that have to be made, but the lack of communication during the process—my account being left on hold for well over 2 months—is frankly very disappointing. Something needs to change here, because the way it was managed just wasn’t good enough.

    AVOID SCAMMERS

This is a very bad prop firm. I honestly believe they’re slow for a reason, and it becomes obvious after a while. The experience has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish.

At every stage, they take a long time. Phase transitions can stretch to 4–5 days, support replies usually take around a week, and the KYC verification feels like it’s dragging on forever. I didn’t expect things to be this delayed, especially for a company that claims to move fast.

Worse, every time I submitted a document, they rejected it without giving a clear explanation—just another request for a different document. The back-and-forth has been going on for weeks, and it starts to feel like they’re intentionally delaying the process instead of actually helping traders progress.

Communication is poor, and the whole experience is frustrating. Based on what I’ve seen so far, I can’t recommend this firm to anyone who’s serious about trading.

    Please, avoid these scammers.

    Hello Traders,

I’m writing this because I feel what happened today with BreakThrough Capital is simply unfair. I know this might take a bit of time to read, but hopefully it helps others. I’d like to share my experience, and honestly, what they did felt “weird” for a reason that makes no sense.

Quick background: my brother and I started trading about 2 years ago. We both put in serious effort and sacrifices. For the first time in his life, my brother finally managed to succeed on the live account—unfortunately, it was with this prop firm. At the same time, I had a Blitz Live account with them too, and I only needed 3 profitable days to become eligible for my first ever payout.

You can’t imagine how happy we were. He worked through sleepless nights for both of us, and I was proud because it felt like we were finally close. We followed the rules, respected our process, and the executions were accurate—everything seemed normal.

Then yesterday my brother requested his payout. Today, he got rejected, and not only that—his account was breached. What’s more, they breached my account as well.

The reason they gave was: “There is multiple accounts (2 accounts total—one for me and one for my brother) in one address IP.”

This is probably the most stupid reason I’ve seen in my entire trading journey. We live in the same home, of course we share an IP address. With their logic, two traders cannot live in the same house and trade successfully, but somehow they are still happy to accept the challenge and sell you accounts.

Let me be clear: they never reject the same “address IP” issue when it’s about purchasing their accounts. But once it’s time to pay out, they start looking for any excuse to breach you.

So my question is simple: why didn’t they flag this during the enrollment/purchase stage if the IP address was such a big problem?

If I’m being honest, I feel that if the same situation happened to an influencer, they would probably fix it quickly. That’s exactly why, in their process, they ask for social media details.

Anyway, I told you everything. If you’re thinking about buying a challenge with them, please think twice. Maybe they’ll accept your money and everything goes fine—until you request payout, and then they find a reason.

If they resolve this correctly for us, I’ll be happy because it would be fair for both of us. But if they don’t, I won’t stop talking about it in Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and Trustpilot. Allah is watching, and he sees everything.

I won’t forgive this unless they fix it properly.

    AVOID SCAMMERS

I contacted them about my payout and anything else I was owed. Instead of getting a proper response, I noticed I was banned on Discord and my comments kept getting removed. That’s not how you handle issues, and it honestly felt like they wanted to dodge accountability.

The whole process is SUPER unprofessional. There were delays after delays, but then suddenly they’d make offers, like it was all a game. Big red flag.

To make it worse, the CEO (Mr Kareem) frames what’s happening like it’s all done in the name of God. That should not be used as a shield.

    Fear God, brother.

    I requested a payout on 21 January.

Fast forward, I’d been waiting around three weeks for any kind of reply, and I was told to complete a risk interview with Hakeem. So I did the interview, and honestly we just had a straightforward chat about how I trade.

He said my trading style is very simple and clean, and that I’ll be paid out 100% (he even mentioned it with wallahi). He also told me that if I don’t receive the payout within the timeframe he gave, I should message him through the ticket and he’d get it sorted.

Anyway, after that I waited another month because they said there’s a “backlog”, and according to them I should be paid before 5 March 2026.

Today, 4 March, I asked support if the payout is going through. Then one of the admins—Felix—popped in, but he clearly didn’t read the messages. He told me my account was “breached” for “trading the same strategy”.

I kept asking them to explain what exactly the breach is and how it applies to my case, but they just told me to wait for support ticket updates. The support tickets didn’t help at all, and to make it worse, they muted me across both of my Discords and then blocked me.

Kareem, during the month of Ramadan, you really shouldn’t be running your company like this.

    Fair play!

This propfirm won’t pay my brother—worst prop firm I’ve dealt with. I expected things to go smoothly, but they kept stalling and never came through. Honestly, it’s pretty frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Breakthrough Capital. I requested a payout after successfully trading and honestly following all their rules. Unfortunately, my payout was rejected, with the reason being that I supposedly signed up using multiple email addresses.

To be clear, the email addresses they mentioned don’t belong to me. I’ve never created or managed multiple accounts, so that claim doesn’t make sense at all. I reached out to their support team multiple times to dispute the issue and to ask for evidence, but it’s been several days now and I still haven’t received any meaningful response.

As a trader who did things properly, I expected fairness and transparency. Instead, I feel ignored, and the explanation provided so far isn’t clear or convincing. I honestly hope Breakthrough Capital reviews this case properly and resolves it fairly. I’m still willing to handle the matter professionally and get it sorted.

Please don’t trade with these prop firms that advertise massive discounts—9 times out of 10, they’re basically scammers. I placed requests for payouts from my four Instant Funded accounts over a two-week period, and so far I haven’t received any real update or confirmation of what’s going on.

When I messaged them on Discord, I quickly realized I wasn’t the only one. A lot of people in their Discord group are dealing with the exact same issue—no payouts and no proper communication. Honestly, just join their Discord and ask how long it takes for payouts to come through. You’ll see a bunch of comments right away from users saying they’re still waiting and that the firm isn’t responding.

Save your money and don’t waste it on them.

  • Liam Thompson

Stay away from this firm. Honestly, they’ve been a complete mess from start to finish. They rejected my live account due to an issue in Phase One, even though I’d received an email from them saying Phase One was reviewed and fully approved on 04/02/2026.

After that, I waited more than 3 days to get access to Phase Two. I passed it within 4 days, then had to wait another 3 days before my KYC was approved. Just when I thought it was resolved, I received an email claiming I’d breached in Phase One.

I created a ticket through their Discord server and was told they don’t review Phase One at all—they only do a review after Phase Two. When I pointed out that they’d given misleading information, they ended up deleting my ticket and banning me from the server. It’s frustrating, and it doesn’t feel fair at all.

Don’t be fooled by the low-cost challenges and the glossy “great rules” wording. The real measure isn’t whether you can pass—it’s whether they pay you.

The second you hit profitability and request a payout, everything changes. Suddenly you’re dealing with investigations, interview-style checks, and delays that easily stretch to 8–12 weeks (sometimes 2–3 months). They claim it’s due to “copy trading concerns,” but rather than addressing specific breaches, they just pause payouts in a broad, blanket way.

So what’s the point of passing a funded account if you never actually see the money?

Honestly, it feels like a setup: keep profitable traders tied up and hopeful until they give up, while letting losing traders carry on comfortably. Any serious prop firm should pay on time when you’ve done what they asked—if you win, it shouldn’t turn into extra obstacles.

Stay away from them and take your business elsewhere. I’m currently funded with this firm, so I’m not guessing—I’m speaking from direct experience.

I had two live accounts rejected. The payout was turned down because I supposedly used a VPN, even though it wasn’t active during the actual trading windows. Honestly, it felt like they were just looking for any excuse to avoid paying out.

On top of that, they also rejected my 100k funded account due to spreads and slippage. That’s pretty frustrating because those things happen in real markets, and it shouldn’t automatically mean you fail.

If you want to be treated fairly, I’d stick with higher-end firms like FTMO. Paying “cheaper” prices with companies like this doesn’t save you much in the long run—it just ends up wasting your time and money. Take it from someone who’s been funded around 1M over the years.

This is a very bad prop firm. Honestly, they don’t provide payouts at all. I tried following their process and waiting for the payout, but it never came through. The whole experience has been frustrating, and I feel like it’s not worth your time or money.

Scans and “fake company” vibes are everywhere—most of the time they claim you’ll get results, but then nobody actually pays. In our case, we tried it and it didn’t work; my wife tried the same and it also didn’t pay. For us, it feels like a big scam. I’m not saying it’s always the same for everyone, but if you’re considering it, stay away. Really, guys, don’t fall for it—better to save your time and money.

BTC was really good at first, but then something went wrong on their side—honestly I’m not sure what happened inside the company. Since then, I’ve noticed the replies are delayed, and there’s no real help when you actually contact them.

Customer support also seems to take forever. I’m talking about answers after what feels like ages—like decades—just to resolve a simple issue. Overall, I’d strongly suggest you avoid these guys.

This is a scam. Honestly, there’s nothing else to say. They rejected my payout without any real reason—just kept it blocked, even though the amount was only around $180. Because of that, I wouldn’t expect them to handle anything properly, especially if it’s even a small payout.

Also, don’t fall for their “cheap” prices. If you’re thinking of using them, please reconsider.

I passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 without any issues and even got a congratulation email. After that, I was just waiting for KYC. Everything was calm… until about 9 hours later, when I was suddenly hit with a rule breach.

According to them, I supposedly have 2 accounts under the same name and the same IP address. To be clear, I only have one account and I only use one email. No evidence was provided either—no screenshots, no documentation, nothing. Just the line that the “risk team decision is final.”

What really gets me is that I wasn’t given any chance to clear it up. I could’ve shown my passport and also payment details straight away, but they didn’t even ask for anything.

It kind of makes you wonder why they keep pushing weekly sales and BOGO deals, then drop stuff like this when it suits them.

In short: don’t trust this prop firm.

Support is pretty bad as hell, and honestly don’t trade here. Take my word for it.

I’m writing this review to formally document a genuinely troubling experience with Breakthrough Capital.

I was granted an account (ID: 109639) and later submitted a legitimate payout request. Their official support acknowledged it several times, using wording like “under review,” “processing,” and even “escalated.” During the exact same period, I was also told in writing that my account was active and had not been closed.

Then, out of nowhere, I was informed that my account had actually been closed on November 3rd due to an alleged rule breach. The problem is that this statement contradicts the written confirmations I received after that date. Those messages are timestamped, documented, and saved—yet so far, the contradiction hasn’t been properly explained.

On top of that, I fully documented all of my own trades, but additional trades showed up on my account that I didn’t place. That’s a serious red flag and it makes you wonder about unauthorized access. When I asked for clarification and requested basic access logs (things like IP addresses and login timestamps) to verify what happened, my request was basically ignored.

Instead of addressing the issue, my support ticket was closed. I was also removed from all Discord communication channels, so there was no real way to follow up or continue the dispute. And there doesn’t seem to be any active email support either. In practice, this blocked any further dialogue or resolution.

    So, to summarize my experience:
    • Confirmed payout processing later denied
    • Contradictory and inconsistent statements about my account status
    • An unexplained account closure
    • Signs of potentially unauthorized activity
    • And finally, loss of communication after raising a formal dispute

Every claim above is supported by screenshots, timestamps, trade records, and the actual messages they sent me. I’m keeping this review calm and factual, based only on documented evidence. I’m not posting this for drama—more out of necessity and transparency.

If you’re considering this company, I strongly urge extreme caution. Please take the time to carefully evaluate how they handle disputes and customer concerns, because once something goes wrong, it doesn’t look like there’s much accountability.

They have a lot of fake reviews on Trustpilot, at least from what I saw. This is a scam—don’t waste your time. They’ll tell you everything is fine, but once you request a payout, they suddenly bring up hidden rules and then lock your account right away, like immediately.

The support is 0/10. I contacted them multiple times and got no real help at all. Honestly, they will never pay you. Avoid them.
