BrightFunded initially struck me as the most frustrating proprietary trading firm I’ve ever encountered. Out of the blue, my account was terminated without any solid justification, with the firm alleging I engaged in “prohibited trading practices.” Honestly, it felt like a complete farce.
However, an update from December 21, 2024, took a surprising turn. After the sudden account termination, I was quite distressed, certain that I hadn’t breached any rules. Following my decision to leave a one-star review, I was taken aback when the CEO, Jelle Dijkstra, reached out personally. He looked into the matter himself, discovered it was an error from their Risk Department, and offered a sincere apology.
Quickly, they rectified the situation and restored my account. This experience genuinely demonstrated their commitment to traders and their willingness to listen, even to unfavorable feedback. It’s refreshing, as not many firms tend to do that.
I’ve been trading with BrightFunded for some time now and have enjoyed consistent profits. Their payouts are reliable, contributing to a generally positive experience.
I’m rating them 4 stars instead of 5 due to the stress this error caused, but I do appreciate how they addressed it. Mistakes are inevitable, and what truly matters is their resolution. I’m pleased to continue my trading journey with BrightFunded!
