This is a fantastic firm. They genuinely collaborate with you and have well-structured rules, alongside outstanding customer support. I’ve tried other firms like Apex, Topstep, Fast Track Trading (very sorry to say RIP to that one), but honestly, Bulenox is hands down the best I’ve worked with. Plus, there aren’t any bizarre rules—like treating 1 mini as though it’s a micro—or ridiculous demands, like having to videotape myself while trading. Everything here is quite fair and straightforward.

I signed up after seeing that NinjaTrader is featured, which usually indicates compatibility with Tradovate. Unfortunately, I quickly realized that was incorrect. After making my payment, I tried to set everything up, and within minutes, I knew I had made a mistake.
Since everyone I trade with uses Tradovate, I had previously set everything up with CQG, which only added to my frustration.
What really matters is that none of this crucial information is easily found on their website.
A mere five minutes after the transaction, I requested a refund due to my inability to trade with their platform, but they denied my request.
I typically issue refunds to my customers for such issues; it’s frustrating that there was no clear communication on their site regarding these policies. I even had to open a support ticket just to clarify details about trading contacts and the evaluation rules.
To top it off, they expect nearly $1,000 as a setup fee after passing the evaluation!
This is just my experience, and I anticipate a defensive response, but honestly, this is one of my first encounters with a proprietary trading firm in my years of trading.

First off, I would prefer the elimination of trailing drawdowns. Additionally, it would be great to include the safety amount in payouts when requested.
