I used to be a strong advocate for E8, but my support has waned significantly. Lately, I’ve noticed that payment processing times have ranged from 5 to 14 days for numerous traders. Additionally, the customer support has slowed down considerably across all platforms including their website, Discord, and even through direct emails. To make matters worse, they’re now compelling traders to switch to different accounts with altered conditions—conditions that many did not agree to when initially securing their funded accounts. This behavior echoes the early mistakes made by TFT, where they disregarded communication and delayed payments. If this trend continues, I worry that traders will stop taking challenges, and the firm could falter within just a couple of months. It’s unfortunate because I genuinely appreciated E8 and what they stood for.

Setting stop-loss and take-profit orders is a breeze, and for a swing trader like me, the slippage is minimal. The swap fees are reasonably fair, as well.
But here’s the standout feature: the ability to customize your own evaluation! I opted for the 100k, three-step challenge with a 40/60 profit split, and it was only 165 USD! Honestly, that’s quite the deal. I received that back in my very first payout. It was incredibly easy—hardly any hassle at all!

E8 has proven to be the best proprietary trading firm I’ve ever worked with! Their rules are straightforward, and you can easily navigate everything on your dashboard. When it comes time to request a payout, the process is seamless—upon reaching your goals, you can ask for your payout on demand, and there’s no waiting around. I requested my first payout on a Thursday at about 1 PM, and it was in my Rise account by Saturday at 11 PM. This included all the steps of setting up the Rise account and connecting to E8.
I’ve had frustrating experiences with other firms like Tiger Funded, which didn’t pay me, and Funding Traders, who denied my funded account even after I passed their evaluation. Fortunately, E8 has been different; there have been no unexpected issues, and everything flows smoothly through each step. I also hold a funded account with the 5%ers, and while they are competent, they don’t match the efficiency I’ve experienced with E8.

After successfully passing both phases without any issues, I found myself waiting for ten days only to receive a ban from their services. Despite my repeated inquiries for clarification, they ultimately informed me via email that I was allegedly engaging in prohibited practices. As a result, they refused to fund my account or refund my initial investment. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose my money this way.
In the past three months, I had attempted several challenges and unfortunately failed each one, leading to an overall loss exceeding $20,000. Finally, when I managed to pass a challenge, they banned me without clear justification. This experience feels like a significant waste of both my time and hard-earned money.

I’ve been trading with E8 Markets for several months now, and I’ve found the overall quality of their product to be quite good. However, I’m not convinced that their practices are entirely fair, which seems to be a trend in the industry.
I encountered a situation where a trade was stopped out. It involved a long position with my stop set to break even, but during a market turnover, I experienced significant slippage. While I recognize that slippage is part of trading and I’m willing to accept that risk, I was taken out at break even (1.04743). The average exit price ended up being 1.04694, which is concerning.
Here’s where it gets tricky: the lowest price on the candle during the rollover was actually 1.0743, which should have triggered my stop loss and exited me from the position. Yet, my trades closed at 1.04694, a price that never even had a bid. When I reached out to support about this issue, their response was simply, “We recommend you don’t trade during market rollover due to the risk of slippage.”
Honestly, it felt like they didn’t really engage with my concern or show any willingness to understand the specifics of the situation. Instead, they seemed to hide behind this idea of market characteristics, which, rather conveniently, applies in their favor. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re considering using their service.

I received a lifetime ban from this trading firm seemingly out of nowhere. It all started when Andrew replied to an email I never sent, and the next day—bam! My accounts were banned. I had two funded accounts and one challenge, all of which were performing well, yet they just disappeared. I didn’t even request a refund for the costs associated with acquiring the accounts; I only asked for the challenge fees back, but they refused.
My legal team, which specializes in contract law, is currently reviewing the situation, and I’m prepared to share screenshots and transcripts with anyone interested before they make a purchase. If you do decide to buy an account, I recommend starting with just one. Don’t be misled; initially, it seemed promising.
Every time you pass a phase, you get bombarded with requests to leave a review, and the same goes for payouts. Just take a moment to consider how many positive reviews were coaxed out of people. I’ll provide an update once I hear back from my legal team, as they’re diving into their contracts now.

If I could, I would rank them even lower. E8 Markets appears to be more of a scam than a legitimate proprietary trading firm. While you’ll find some positive reviews online, it’s worth noting that they often solicit feedback before traders have a chance to fully assess the platform. One major issue I encountered was with trade management; they have a tendency to move your stop loss without consent, placing it just below your position. This means that any small retracement can wipe out your trade. I’ve conducted ample testing, employing safe stop loss strategies and keeping detailed records of my trades. Furthermore, I was informed after I began my assessment that I had only a month to generate a 10% profit. Initially, their terms clearly stated there would be no time limit. Given all these experiences, I seriously doubt their commitment to honoring payouts for any profits I might earn.

I had a really positive experience with this trading firm, enjoying several lightning-fast payouts, until today. I currently manage two funded accounts simultaneously, and I was so impressed that I decided to undertake another challenge. I reached out to Lucas to confirm whether I could use a different strategy for my latest endeavor, to which he agreed.
However, today I found myself banned for life, apparently for hedging across multiple accounts. I’m puzzled by this decision, considering I only have two funded accounts of $100,000 each and one challenge account of the same size—that totals three accounts in my view. Could it be that they simply don’t want to make further payouts?
I have collected all relevant photos and emails if anyone is interested in reviewing them. Now, I’m requesting a refund for the accounts they shut down, as I believe I did nothing wrong, and all my accounts were in profit. As someone new to proprietary trading firms, I’m not impressed with this treatment. If they refuse my request, I will consider pursuing legal action. Not exactly a happy camper right now! I will keep everyone updated.
