The accounts I created never appeared on TradingView or Tradovate, which was really frustrating. I signed up for an account and paid $205, but I never got the chance to trade and ultimately canceled my subscription. In a lapse of judgment, I went ahead and opened another ten accounts thinking I could take advantage of their ongoing discount. However, I still couldn’t find any of those accounts to actually trade.
I have no intention of dealing with this firm again. Their customer service leaves much to be desired; it feels like I was only interacting with bots, as I never got to speak to a human. It’s hard to trust them—I’m not sure if it’s just their ineffective system or if they were hacked. They asked me to verify my identity by uploading bank statements, which felt unnecessary and sketchy. Really?

There have been ongoing problems with either the Data Feed or the ETF Platform. Whenever I contact Rithmic, they inform me that, since I’m still in the evaluation phase, I must direct all my concerns to ETF. However, ETF then claims it’s a Tradovate issue. I’ve already failed two accounts, primarily due to problems with either the Platform or the Data Feed, which has at times even increased my Position instead of closing it as it should have. Just the other night, while trading ZB, I experienced one of these frustrating instances.
From what I can tell, the company appears to be credible—unlike some other proprietary firms that often make headlines for unethical practices. Maybe this is because they don’t hold as much market share as their competitors. Regardless, my primary worry revolves around these persistent issues with either the Platform or the Data Feed. I don’t particularly care which one is to blame; my main concern is the time and money I’ve wasted trying to comply with the evaluation rules, only to feel like there are hidden hurdles set for failure.

Avoid making any purchases from this firm. It appears that their main objective is to squander your time while seeking every possible reason to deny your payouts. That’s their primary revenue model. I’m Safi Khan, and I obtained a $100,000 static account after passing their evaluation stage. However, what people don’t tell you is that passing the evaluation means you have to pay $80 monthly for the privilege of having your funded account, regardless of whether you make any profits or even trade during that month. This company’s structure is abysmal, with rules that seem intentionally set up to hinder your success.
I was on the verge of withdrawing my earnings, but they disqualified me because I failed to close my trade by the end of the day, even though I had my stop-loss in place. The reason for this oversight? I had back-to-back exams and was extremely fatigued—I simply fell asleep. Yet, they considered this a “hard breach” of their policies, resulting in the loss of my $1,500 profit. They seem to find any excuse to prevent payouts.
Furthermore, their 23% consistency rule is downright strange. The more profit you earn, the higher your target becomes, which is based on your best trading day’s earnings. For instance, after a standout day where I made $440, I would then have to generate $1,913 to qualify for a withdrawal. On top of this, there’s a requirement to achieve at least 23% of that $440 just to be deemed an “active trading day.” So, even if I made a $100 profit, it wouldn’t be recognized as an active trading day unless I hit about $103. You need ten active trading days to be eligible for a payout, and even then, it’s capped at a mere $2,500. This is completely unreasonable.
A strict rule states that all trades must be closed by the end of the day, otherwise it’s classified as a hard breach. This seems like a poorly thought-out policy meant to trap traders, regardless of having a stop-loss in play. They seem almost pleased when this happens, denying payouts even if the trade was profitable by closing it prematurely. It’s incredibly frustrating.
Ultimately, I lost my account and six weeks of hard work due to this. Even if you had a serious emergency—like a health issue or an accident—you’d still be penalized. Don’t waste your efforts with them. True traders will find success wherever they go, so stay consistent, remain patient, and heed my advice: steer clear of EliteTraderFunding.com.

My experience with ETF continues to be a frustrating chapter. I’m currently embroiled in litigation as I attempt to recover my lost profits.
If you’re interested in a deeper dive into my situation, check out my other reviews. Basically, after several months of trading with six $100,000 funded accounts and making about $20,000 in profits, they denied my payout and erased my accounts.
It’s crucial to note that they don’t save the accounts like other firms do for failed evaluations. Instead, they completely delete them. In my case, I discovered my account was gone only after logging into my dashboard, with no prior communication from them.
This lack of transparency is alarming. If you read my previous reviews, which include exchanges with their support team, you’ll see there’s a clear reluctance to share any information. Once an account is wiped, it becomes impossible to verify your standing personally.
Regarding my lost profits, I’ve been advised by my legal counsel that the only way to potentially reclaim those simulated funded profits—now that my account is gone—is to have recorded every single one of my trades. Alternatively, it might be best to consider partnering with a legitimate firm that operates with integrity and avoids these kinds of issues.
