I had a few trades active when platform 5 suddenly malfunctioned because of some bugs. The CEO, Cristian, quickly implemented an update. While they worked on fixing the issue, my challenge account unfortunately got breached. However, I reached out for assistance, and to my surprise, they provided me with a new account, restoring my previous balance. I truly commend the entire team, especially Cristian, for their prompt support and for resolving my issue so swiftly.

I’ve been funded with them for about two months now, and I have to say, all my payouts came through within a maximum of three days. I wanted to wait until I received a few payouts before writing this review. My previous experiences with EquityEdge and FundedPeaks were dreadful, as they delayed payouts for weeks at a time. Huge thanks to FE and Christian for consistently keeping their promises and helping traders achieve financial stability. I really want to treat prop firms like a genuine career, but the failures of some firms are making it quite challenging. Just keep it real, everyone.

I requested a $19,000 payout and was subsequently contacted by the risk team for an interview. After answering some questions, they confirmed both my identity and trading style. Unfortunately, my full payout was denied due to a breach of one of their rules. I experienced a déjà vu moment with bespoke funding, but ultimately they released a portion of the payout. They adjusted the amount by excluding the trades that were problematic, which had only been held for a few seconds. I’m grateful for their fairness in handling the situation, and as promised to Christian, I’m leaving a positive review.

It’s unfortunate that most of the discussions here seem to stem from Discord, where the admin has encouraged users to leave reviews. For those of you who are seasoned traders, I would recommend steering clear of this firm; they don’t appear to act in good faith and seem more interested in taking your money. On the other hand, if you’re still developing your skills, they’re likely to welcome you with open arms.
I’ve personally experienced significant time and financial loss due to what I believe are their unfair practices. After completing a $200K challenge, they denied me a live account, claiming that my trades were too short. This came as quite a shock since their Terms of Service (TOS) clearly state that there’s no specific time requirement for trades. This discrepancy raises serious questions.
To back up my position, I analyzed the stats from my trading account. I had a total of 20 open positions, with an average closing time of 13.95 minutes, and not one of my trades was shorter than 3 minutes.
Curiously, the second issue they raised actually followed a complaint regarding my use of two different IP addresses. I’m still puzzled as to why this is enforced, unless it’s to hinder traders from finding success—a common theme I’ve noticed in several other reviews here. What if you have a DSL connection that assigns a new IP every 24 hours? We managed to clear that up, only for them to invent another ridiculous reason to withhold the live account.
Be aware of these practices before deciding to work with them!

I previously left a one-star review a few months back, around February 2024, primarily due to poor communication from customer support. Since then, however, I did receive a call from their team. They apologized for the earlier issues and even offered me a free challenge account in exchange for updating my review positively.
It’s been five days since that conversation, and when I followed up with customer support to find out when I might receive that free account, they mentioned they were “waiting for the manager’s account.”
With all that said, I still can’t definitively say whether this company is trustworthy, since I never made it to the funded stage myself. Customer service seems lacking—at least in my experience. I’ve decided I no longer want the free account and will keep my review as it is, as I don’t wish to pursue any further dealings with this firm.

The evaluation process is relatively straightforward. I purchased a couple of challenges and successfully passed both. That said, the Live phase presents more of a challenge due to specific rules they enforce. For instance, you need to trade for at least five days, and if you took a second chance, there’s a 50% profit share from your initial payout. Additionally, it’s important to maintain the same IP address during both the evaluation and the Live phase. Nonetheless, I was able to receive my first payout, and I’ll be sure to update this review if I face any issues down the line.
